I needed a place to stay, nice facilities, nice staff. I would have liked more access to the laundry room as they close at 8:00 pm? They said quiet hours after a certain time, but people were up talking loudly at midnight. It's not a huge deal, but if you have rules enforce them, or don't have them.

People are camping too close together. It's very noisy (the people and you can hear the highway). People driving around at 5am waking people who sleep in tents up or coming back to their cabin at 10:30pm and shining their lights directly in the tent. My kids found the water gross and weedy too.

Really enjoyed the camp so I thought it was on this time. Campsite 26 is very beautiful and clean staff was great. People were great. I had a blast,

Very underwhelming. The kids playground could use an investment. Lots of space to invest to make improvements to the park. Was first time staying at a KOA and it was disappointing to say the least

Lovely staff, beautiful campsite, friendly place very family oriented. The staff and owner are amazing. Great place to camp. Lots of things for families to do. We go every year quiet a few times. Love it here. Highly recommend if you have never been, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Love this place!! Super friendly and accommodating staff! Have been here several times and will definitely be back. The Halloween in the Park activities are truly something special! Thank you very much for the wonderful experience from me and my family!!

Really wish other campers would respect the quiet time of 11pm to 7am. Perhaps have someone walk about to reinforce the 11pm “curfew” and give out notices or fines

We do have staff that patrol the park. If there was an issue I do hope you let the office staff know so it could be addressed

Friendly check in, grounds were clean, but very loud and bright at night and bathrooms were rough shape, good spot if you want to go Glamping.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The lot was as advertised but less private than anticipated. The beach however does have sand fleas and leeches, which was a large con our stay. It’s unfortunate that we’d have to avoid water if we ever went back. There is other activities but obviously swimming or enjoying any water activity was a big aspect for us.

Our stay was amazing- Sonya was incredibly helpful in assisting the organization of our group’s annual camping trip this year. The Renfrew KOA is an amazing location for camping trips with very large groups, and we definitely will be coming back next year!

I have been camping at this KOA for years now in the tent area. Great friendly service nice area clean water. The equipment is becoming aged and some of it is broken (Mini-Putt games) I did notice the RV area was more of a field then an actual site. The wood order can be confusing for the takers. 2x in the couple of the years of almost missing my order isn’t horrible but with the kids it could b

Absolutely the best little campground for families with kids. So much to do included in your stay. Small, safe community feel in the campground. Facilities are clean and well maintained. You can feel the pride in ownership here! Staff are friendly. Really can't think of a single bad thing. We'll definitely be back!
