Lovely staff, beautiful campsite, friendly place very family oriented. The staff and owner are amazing. Great place to camp. Lots of things for families to do. We go every year quiet a few times. Love it here. Highly recommend if you have never been, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Love this place!! Super friendly and accommodating staff! Have been here several times and will definitely be back. The Halloween in the Park activities are truly something special! Thank you very much for the wonderful experience from me and my family!!

Really wish other campers would respect the quiet time of 11pm to 7am. Perhaps have someone walk about to reinforce the 11pm “curfew” and give out notices or fines

We do have staff that patrol the park. If there was an issue I do hope you let the office staff know so it could be addressed

Friendly check in, grounds were clean, but very loud and bright at night and bathrooms were rough shape, good spot if you want to go Glamping.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The lot was as advertised but less private than anticipated. The beach however does have sand fleas and leeches, which was a large con our stay. It’s unfortunate that we’d have to avoid water if we ever went back. There is other activities but obviously swimming or enjoying any water activity was a big aspect for us.

Our stay was amazing- Sonya was incredibly helpful in assisting the organization of our group’s annual camping trip this year. The Renfrew KOA is an amazing location for camping trips with very large groups, and we definitely will be coming back next year!

I have been camping at this KOA for years now in the tent area. Great friendly service nice area clean water. The equipment is becoming aged and some of it is broken (Mini-Putt games) I did notice the RV area was more of a field then an actual site. The wood order can be confusing for the takers. 2x in the couple of the years of almost missing my order isn’t horrible but with the kids it could b

We found this campground because it was halfway between our group. We 10/10 recommend to everyone. The kids had a blast Saturday morning making lanterns under the gazebos, the beach was beautiful and the campsites are massive! We even ended up lucking out with our very own secluded area! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, Sunday morning they even made us coffee while we were packing up!

There appears to be no monitoring of noise at night and unfortunately we were located near a family that let their children scream and howl until 11pm. Once the children went to sleep the adults took to rowdy noise until 3am on both nights of our stay. This and the proximity to highway noise made sleep challenging. The park is well organized otherwise and very clean.

It was fantastic, my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. People were very friendly and nice. Although it wasn’t to secluded we didn’t mind at all. It was quit and enjoyable. We will definetly go back.

Stayed in a tent- moved to a cabin- liked it so much wanted to stay another night but it was all booked up.great place for small kids.

The stay was great! All the staff were friendly and had answers to all my questions. The lake was great to swim in and the facilities were well maintained.

Friendly service, quick response to any issues. Our firewood order got missed but they were quick to get on it and complete the service asap. My kids love it too.

Very noisy. Too much going on. Our 4 year old was overwhelmed we left night early. Had it not been so crowded and noisy it may have been better but we were unaware of all the events or were not told of them when we booked. Bathrooms weren't working there should have been extra porta potties our vacation was very disappointing. Mabe try again next year.

The camp ground is at a great location if you want to visit the Ottawa area and certain parts of Quebec. The amenities are great for tent camping however the only improvement that could be made was another water station closer to the sites. (I was in 26). Very helpful and friendly staff. It was my first time here and overall a very good experience! Keep up the good work. :-)

Staff was very friendly and always generous. The grounds were always clean and the tent sites are a great size! We will definitely be coming back!

It was a spacious campsite. �for the basketball court. Our kids spent most of the day there. Just a heads up- when it rains please remember to sweep the water from the basketball court. We had to ask the office 2 times before it was cleaned later in the morning��. I would recommend it to others and it’s less than an hour from Ottawa.

We loved our waterfront tent site and how close the beach was. The activities are amazing! The staff are very friendly. We had a great time and will be sure to come back soon!

I did have a problem. The camp's computer system was not working properly and they could not enter my KOA rewards card number. They were nice enough to give me free firewood to compensate for the loss of the 10% rebate for members, but I would also have liked to add to my points total. Otherwise, this is a first class wonderful place to overnight or stay and explore the area.

Very clean and quiet. The reception was super friendly and helpful even though we arrived 5 min before closing. She still took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I would stay again in a heart beat.

It is a really good camp site. Only issue was that I wasn't given the site I really reserved. Even if I reserved about 9 months ago, it is like first come first serve. Went when it was Halloween weekend and Hunted Woods was Amazing!
