The area and site are very nice. The sites for big RVsare limited to a few with decks and then the field. We had a deck and liked the site. There is a lake for swimming and lots for kids to do; mini golf, water park, driving range and a RC vehicle track. The parks is below standard for washrooms and showers. Modernizing and cleaning required to match the cost of staying.

The Renfrew KOA is well located along the Trans Canadian highway 17. The personnel are polite and helpful. The sites are on grass or sands, nothing fancy. This KOA is at majority for seasonal campers leaving a limited amount of sites for travellers. The small lake is clean and swimming is allowed in the designated area.

The staff were super friendly but for dog owners it wasn’t a great experience. I camp alone and dogs aren’t allowed in the store but they also can’t be kept at the campsite alone? They have to be more accommodating. There also isn’t a place for dogs to swim at the beach which was also quite annoying.

Not what I expected from a KOA. I arrived after the office closed. A young lady called me to confirm I would be arriving and told me she would leave me an info package. I arrived around dusk and no package was left. I knew my site number but no clue how to get to it. Campground is small. Lots are small. Roads are very narrow making turning difficult. There are better options in the area.

We loved our site and the campground! The only thing we didn’t like was all the “traffic” through our site between our camper and our fire pit (campground employees on golf carts, other campers on foot, people walking their dogs, kids playing, etc.). It is really disrespectful for people to be using it as a shortcut. I would have liked a more defined border for such a premium site.

Poor signage to find campground. Drove 45 km past because we didn’t see the sign. Was going to charge more cause prices went up after we booked. They didn’t. Parked in a field with hook ups no lights or garbage cans. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Worst KOA we stayed at our entire trip. Would never stay at this one again. Didn’t like it at all!!!!!!!

Lovely pool/hot tub area. Grounds were very nicely kept. Showers and bathrooms clean. Loved the shuttle in to Quebec City, that was wonderful and relieved a lot of stress & parking hassles. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were there just for 2 nights but was able to extend our stay by 1 night due to bad weather. The staff was very helpful. Very clean and quiet. Not our first time at this KOA

Notified KOA staff of sewer odour coming from long term site beside us. 2 supper evenings were ruined with same odour. The Basement entertainment area was an uncomfortable area for 2 young girls. They suggested the odour and low light. Funny odour has repeated twice in this visit. We hope upgrades can help this KOA.

This was our fourth stay at the Renfrew KOA, and we have been happy with the experience. The staff are great, as are the location and grounds. Many of the sites are close together, and some of the fire pits are very close to the neighboring site's boundary, but fortunately our neighbors were very respectful and quiet. The bathrooms were clean but seem a bit dated.

Need a much better noise management system. Party next door went on well past 11 pm.. Also no phone contact number to report excessive noise. Sewer caps at an angle. Very difficult to keep sewer hose inside cap during dumping process. Have lots of activities

We have often stayed at this KOA. The staff are pleasant and the grounds are well-maintained. It is very convenient for us to stay here while visiting family in the area.

Wow! I picked your campground blind. As in never been there, didn't even know Renfrew had a KOA. I'm not sure what impressed us the most. There were just too many O.M.G. moments. From the COMPLETE welcoming, you are safe here, to staff that went out of their way to warn of us an impending storm, spotless site and amenities and then the awe inspiring pines. Thank you. Bathroom and shower facilities are in obvious need of help, renovation, and upgrades. Campsite was fine, met the needs for an overnight. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Stayed October 11, 2025. Passing through Ottawa stayed a this lovely KOA. Didn't have a reservation. Friendly checkin experience. Offered a pull through site. Quite night. Dog and pet friendly. Enjoyable!
