The sites were great. Bathrooms were dirty and lacked hand sanitizer or soap. The seasonal site folks were super noisy and nothing was done about it. There was no “spirit” to the place like other KOAs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and very kind.

We were upset to see that there was no longer a bounce pillow. The park is still very outdated with many broken items. The activities were fun for the kids over the weekend and despite the weather, everyone was friendly and made the best of it!

It was in lovely setting and very quiet. The birds in the morning added to the away-from-it-all ambience. It had all that we needed, laundry, showers and a small convenience store. The staff was cheery and helpful.

My weekend stay was excellent. Love this campground. The staff are wonderful as well. There is so much that you can do. Beautiful sceneries all around. Its a very clean campground. If you have any questions the staff will be very happy to answer them. I have already booked my next stay with them. I love it here!!!

We camp here so that we nay visit family nearby. The staff are always cordial and helpful. The setting is peaceful and beautiful! We will stay here anytime that we come to this area.

We wanted to stay close to grandchildren before heading south. Renfrew KOA was a great four day stay. Clean grounds with a lot of green space and seems to be a great place for families at the height of camping season. We were greeted with smiles and politeness. Beach is small and more of a glorified pond, but the grounds are beautiful.

Need wifi at camp site unable to access without going to the office building. Half the washers and dryers did not work. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping us find out about the area. The site was spacious and had amenities for kids of ALL ages. Beautiful backdrop. I would recommend this KOA to any and everyone. Thanks for the stay.

We (and someone else) were overcharged by quite a bit and though it was eventually resolved, the whole thing looked out of sort. Furthermore, their pull-throughs with full serviceare an open field. I used some of my points but still ended up overcharged. Didn't want to deal with it.

it was lovely to be at the KOA in Renfrew. Really appreciated the extra time to go for a canoe ride on the lake after checking out : ) Maybe see you before the end of the season. Pauline

Wonderful place for families to spend quality time together. Lots of space within the sites as well as throughout the grounds. All staff respectful and willing to help. One of my all time favourite places to stay.

Great little place! Very friendly staff who went above and beyond (Crystal). Took the time to talk to us and gave us helpful information. Stalls were not separated or large but they served the purpose. Overall because of the friendliness, and comfortable atmosphere, I would recommend.

What an amazing park! It was super quiet, clean, great landscaping between the trees, grassy areas and the lake. The staff were helpful and friendly. This KOA was extremely dog friendly too. We had a grassy site and it was level and easy to park our big Class A with ample space between neighbors.

This is a great little KOA! Friendly staff & seasonal campers. Some fun amenities you don't often find, like the driving range & 18 hole mini putt. We stayed in site #31 which was across from the little lake and beach. Amazing site with plenty of room and lots of shade. Put this stop on your list of you'r sin the Ottawa area.

Absolutely the best little campground for families with kids. So much to do included in your stay. Small, safe community feel in the campground. Facilities are clean and well maintained. You can feel the pride in ownership here! Staff are friendly. Really can't think of a single bad thing. We'll definitely be back!
