Need wifi at camp site unable to access without going to the office building. Half the washers and dryers did not work. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping us find out about the area. The site was spacious and had amenities for kids of ALL ages. Beautiful backdrop. I would recommend this KOA to any and everyone. Thanks for the stay.

We (and someone else) were overcharged by quite a bit and though it was eventually resolved, the whole thing looked out of sort. Furthermore, their pull-throughs with full serviceare an open field. I used some of my points but still ended up overcharged. Didn't want to deal with it.

it was lovely to be at the KOA in Renfrew. Really appreciated the extra time to go for a canoe ride on the lake after checking out : ) Maybe see you before the end of the season. Pauline

Wonderful place for families to spend quality time together. Lots of space within the sites as well as throughout the grounds. All staff respectful and willing to help. One of my all time favourite places to stay.

Great little place! Very friendly staff who went above and beyond (Crystal). Took the time to talk to us and gave us helpful information. Stalls were not separated or large but they served the purpose. Overall because of the friendliness, and comfortable atmosphere, I would recommend.

What an amazing park! It was super quiet, clean, great landscaping between the trees, grassy areas and the lake. The staff were helpful and friendly. This KOA was extremely dog friendly too. We had a grassy site and it was level and easy to park our big Class A with ample space between neighbors.

This is a great little KOA! Friendly staff & seasonal campers. Some fun amenities you don't often find, like the driving range & 18 hole mini putt. We stayed in site #31 which was across from the little lake and beach. Amazing site with plenty of room and lots of shade. Put this stop on your list of you'r sin the Ottawa area.

Booked Labor Day weekend for our first visit. Got a serviced waterfront site. Ended up being right beside the beach. Was great for my 5 and 2 year old. Enjoyed all the Halloween Weekend activities with the kids.

The sites are small and narrow. Once our 25 foot trailer was on site we had to park our truck across the front on the site. We couldn’t have a fire due to the location of the fire pit and had to back out across the site behind us upon departure as we couldn’t drive out due to the location of a tree and the fire pit at the front. The dog walking trail was great!

Park is very clean and well-cared however the lake is more like a pond, none of us really wanted to swim in it. A pool, in this case, would be beneficial.

The park, jump pad, mini putt, RC racetrack, and splash pad were all broken/ old/ unsafe. The volleyball and basketball nets were not up or functional. Park is really run down. They did put on nice activities for the Halloween weekend which was really fun.

Very enjoyable stay, extremely reasonably priced and awesome staff. My only negative comment would be that we prefer a pool over a lake especially with the water conditions and beach closures throughout Ontario this summer.

The staff was very sincere and accommodating. We had a broken down rv. They made room and extra time for us to stay. They even aloud us to leave our rv there, when we couldn't get it fixed for a week. Thank you so much for your help!

Great campsite, with a bunch of stuff to do. Lake is nice but small with a beach. I would definitely return.

Stayed October 11, 2025. Passing through Ottawa stayed a this lovely KOA. Didn't have a reservation. Friendly checkin experience. Offered a pull through site. Quite night. Dog and pet friendly. Enjoyable!
