Worst stay ever

I am sorry you feel that way, I do however wish you had of came to the office with your issue as you arrived earlier than check in. I will be looking into this.

Stayed for a week in our 34’ travel trailer. Had a beautiful site at the edge of the pine forest. Very private but also a short walk to the office and the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of extra activities for the August long weekend which our grandkids loved. Enjoyed it so much we booked the same spot for a year from now for the same weekend.

Drunk neighbours stayed up screaming racist and homophobic slurs until 4am and threatened violence against us when we told them to quiet down. Informed staff and they were given an empty warning because the behaviour continued a second night while we were continually harassed with no intervention from mgmt. We left a day early with no apology or refund. Will never be back. Horrible look for KOA.

It's fantastic for the kids. I love the little lake and peaceful surroundings. It's my favourire place to camp.

We were passing through after a 3 week vacation, just wanting to get home. The park looked great with lots of things for the kids to stay. The staff was great! Hopefully we can stay longer next time.

One night stop on our way to Saulte St Marie. Quiet location with lots of amenities if there’s no rain. Escorted to our site. Very friendly staff.

Loved the little park, transient lots are tight but ours had room in front and behind our rig. We opted for the deluxe 50a and found it very nice. All the flowers on the lots and all around looked lovely and very well maintained. Clean park, nice little lake we went out on the inflatables and also paddle board! Will definitely return as this was our first visit here.

Friendly people running the campsite. The people who were camping were also very friendly and welcoming. The whole family had a wonderful time. This KOA was also affordable.

Was pretty good wood that they sell is wet but overall was good for a short stay wouldn't spend a week locales that stay all season arent great to deal with but in a pinch would stay again

Activities for young kids if you have them Full service sites small and crammed together, with little to no room for your vehicle. If vehicle is kept on site, not much chance you can have a campfire. Seasonal site behind us was loud, and parents swearing at their kids made for a very unenjoyable stay

We were able to get our same spot for our tent trailer which was awesome , staff are always friendly helpful etc… the bathroom was always out of paper towel near the store one but there was a large group camping that weekend so understandable ! The wood they’re selling is clearly wet though and. Smoked a lot hard to burn that and smoke was pretty heavy throughout campsite that was the only dow

We’ve stayed here three times since 2018. Each time has been a pleasure. The staff are excellent, friendly and make you feel welcome. The park and its facilities are always clean, tidy and well maintained.

Dogs let run loose People not picking up after them Should have had then at the overflow or entrance

The lake is not a real lake. It’s a pond. They have attempted to kee it circulating with some pumps or something, but it’s not a lake. The swimming area is extremely small. It’s sectioned off with some sort of bubble system that seem to kee the leeches out when it is on. When it is off it is leech central. The whole pond is. Not really swimmable…

We were lucky to get a spot on the lake, that has beautiful views, the water was warm and spent the days at the beach. They should definitely plant some trees and make the sites more private where people were camping in open fields with no trees what-so-ever. The play area is also very old and dated and has no trees or shade. We'd go back if we could get the same spot but definitely needs some TLC

This was our first KOA stay. We enjoyed our time at the campground. The restrooms were close by and well stocked. The children enjoyed the beach and our 13 year old granddaughter was able to enjoy playing with other children close to her own age. Our 2 year old grandson had a blast. We adults were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful weekend.

I had a good time however, we had booked a deluxe site and when we arrived we end up in a field site with no drive way. Picnic table was next to my neighbours sewer dump, my wife was very upset all week. Note: they should do something with the entrance, very narrow and extremely ruff and full of holes, needs levelling.The rest of the camp ground was clean and seemed well maintained.

I just checked the booking and it was a 50 amp site that was booked online and not a patio site. I highly recommend calling the office to make sure the site is exactly what you would like.

Excellent welcome, polite and accommodating staff. Proximity to the highway while being very quiet. New pull true site section 100 ok but if they can in the future finish them with crush stone for the pad and lawn for the patio they will be wonderfull. We will come back.

Beautiful, pristine campground. Wonderful, caring staff. Quiet and peaceful. Our two shelties loved the pet trail and the long walks we were able to take them on along the Perimeter of the huge RV parking field. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the time we spent there. Super friendly folks, nice sites and facilities, lots of open fields to stroll in and some things to do for pastimes. I would recommend a bit of an upgrade to the minigolf but even as it is, we had some fun. We’ll be visiting any time we are passing through. Thanks!

Enjoyed our overnight stay and would certainly stop there again. It would be helpful if they had some provincial highway maps though as we don't travel every year and we do not use GPS and there has been many changes in some of the highways.

We were in on the Friday and got a lot of help and ideas from the friendly folk beside us in I believe it was site 47 and also Melissa and Len across from us. Would recommend this KOA.

Very efficent ,easy in and out ,close to 401 , staff very friendly , nice beach , hook ups were laid out nice , pull through were out in feild but solid ,camped with 38 ft motor home. no wifi but mobile data worked fine .

The only drawback was no trees for shade on our site. People are great no problems at all. We stayed 2 weeks

Very clean and quiet. The reception was super friendly and helpful even though we arrived 5 min before closing. She still took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I would stay again in a heart beat.

It is a really good camp site. Only issue was that I wasn't given the site I really reserved. Even if I reserved about 9 months ago, it is like first come first serve. Went when it was Halloween weekend and Hunted Woods was Amazing!
