The staff was very friendly - the laundry and bathroom was very clean. The deluxe patio spot was full sun and not the norm for KOA

Advertised was a big bouncy mat. One of the main things my 3 kids were shown on the websites and they were crushed to find out there isn't one. Your map has the lake shown as 110' deep. ' = feet, except this lake is not 110 feet. It is 110 inches, which should be written as 110"! Talk about misleading. Please advertise honestly. We felt duped. Also, most of the time the splash pad was off in 30

A very pleasant stay, easy check in and escorted to our site. We have a 30' class C and no issues what so ever. Very quiet and clean, appreciated the bathrooms and friendliness of the staff. Will stay again.

We had such a great visit at your KOA. Did some canoeing, badminton and mini putt. The camp ground is absolutely beautiful and every single person that works there is amazing. Great job in keeping the bathrooms clean. Not an easy task with so many people. We will definitely see you again. Cheers, Glynn and Brenda

Best KOA campsite in the region…lots of room to accommodate our family of 35! Truly appreciate the events put on for the children.

For the price koa renfrew is great not the most fancy or up to date facilities but very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with anything you need. Great activities for the kids that they set up as well. My kids had a blast. If you are looking for a down to earth simple but great camping experience with your family I would recommend and give it a try.

This was our first time out in our new rv so we stayed close to home but we will be back to the renfrew koa for sure. So much for the kids to do!

We arrived after being on the road all day, heading home from a trip out east. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The camp site given worked well for us. I took a short walk and found that the park is very tidy and attractive. Many seasonal occupants have decorated their trailers and sites very nicely.

I was parked in the middle of an open field with no trees. Not a very nice spot IMO. I did have access to water, sewer and electric. Wifi was good the first day but terrible/non-existent on 2nd and third day. Dog park was small but my dogs still enjoyed it.

I wish somewhere that I had had advance warning about the mosquitoes at this site in late May. I get bitten very easily and react very badly to bites. To say I was eaten alive is actually an understatement. The reaction to bites was so severe that I could not walk for more than 24hrs due to swelling in my ankles, it spoilt an otherwise great campsite

The site around Yuills Lake was fantastic, very peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly, highly recommend checking it out!

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Offering to escort each camper to their site and explaining what how to obtain fire wood or take part in planned events is very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and will be returning again.

Camping très chouette. Belle petite plage Il y a beaucoup d'activités pour enfants qui sont gratuites. Le personnel est vraiment sympa et aidant. On a l'impression d'être à la campagne en étant à 15 min de toutes les commodités.
