Bright spots: wonderful beach, polar plunge friends try out the cold splash pad dunks!, beautiful trees, shrubs, & flowers all around the park & very well maintained. Great staff. Needs work: Bathroom needs a refresh, Cabins were dusty sandy HOT & smelled like an old library but with fans this was easily aired out 38 degrees would have been cooler in a tent@ nite. Wood bundles on the small side

Location is conveniently close to the highway. While there is a playground, jump pad and miniputt to keep kids busy it is outdated and in need of TLC. We stayed in a cabin for a one night stay. The cabins have a strong closed in cabin smell. They are in need of good sweeping or vacuuming from ceiling down. Lots of dust bunnies, cob webs and spiders. Ok for one night but not as extended vacation

Our stay was absolutely memorable. Our 6byear old son learned to ride his bike there! And spent many hours with his new friends biking around the grounds. We met some amazing people who became part of our camp family for the week. Great place for kids and families with pets. We already booked to go back next year. Les toilettes sont très sale , nécessite rénovation bloc sanitaire Espace pour laver la vaisselle très sale et lavabo bloqué. Les cabines très sale , frigo sale table à picque nuque gommé Aucun sac à poubelle dans la poubelle Personne fait le ménage dans les cabine avant l’arrivé de nouvelle personne . Très déçu de l’entretien Les salle de bain sont lave à 11:00

We had great 3 nights stay at KOA Renfrew. The weather was perfect for camping. The pedal boating was enjoyable. We met new friends during our camping days. Also, a huge BRAVO to the entire staff.���

It was a great stay! Only issue…the first RC car rented was the large one which wasn’t charged. It was replaced with a smaller one and refunded $5, however, the 2nd one didn’t work well in the RC lot so we returned it (11:45am). On two occasions later that night (6-8pm), staff came to our cabin looking for the RC cars we returned hours before. That system needs to be more organized.

Wasn’t a terrible place but have been to many KOAS. Before and this is the first time we mentioned we wouldn’t go back to it again. The lake was full of leeches so we couldn’t swim, we are use to a pool not a lake but didn’t catch it before booking and then I found overall other koas offered more - pedal cars, wifi, propane bbqs - overall the Koa was just meh

We had such a lovely stay. The people we met, both staff and other campers were very friendly. Everything was clean and well organized. The kids area, mini putt etc was fun but needs some maintenance. Would stay again.

It was my choice for my 50th Birthday and we enjoyed our stay, campfire, meal. Thank You KOA Renfrew we love the peaceful night and full moon too. We will be back again �������ϋ�������

Nice quiet and clean campground. Hours need to be updated on Google as it stated open until 8 and when I arrived at just before 7, the lady told me they closed at 7. Even though it was near the end of her shift, she took her time to get me checked in and was super friendly. Shower heads could be replaced. A plug (or ext cord) beside the bed would be useful. I would stay again.

Stayed in a cabin with my small grandchildren. We had a blast. Playground and splash pad was a hit. Very clean washrooms and friendly staff. The kids didn't want to leave!

Relaxing, peaceful and a great getaway as always!! The staff is very friendly and washrooms are clean. Lots to do. By far the best KOA I have been to . Been going there for 20 years since my kids were toddlers/babies.

We rented the 4 cabins and we had a great time! The park was so very clean, the staff were so polite and helpful! Having free access to mini putt, playground, trampoline, and lake was so wonderful to get out together with the family! Thank you for such a relaxing happy spot to visit! Donna O’Grady

I came here every Summer as a child but will not ever return after our last visit. Aggressive, drunk neighbours kept us and our daughter awake until 4:30am and threatened violence against us when we asked them to quiet down. MGMT gave a warning but the threats continued a second night with no repercussions from staff so we left a day early, with no apology or refund. Completely embarrassing.

My daughter and I had such a blast. She loved seeing the turtles, swimming and playing at the playground. We also enjoyed many games of mini putt. The cabins were nice and we can’t wait for our stay next year�

Absolutely the best little campground for families with kids. So much to do included in your stay. Small, safe community feel in the campground. Facilities are clean and well maintained. You can feel the pride in ownership here! Staff are friendly. Really can't think of a single bad thing. We'll definitely be back!
