Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The owner even helped with guiding me into my site. While it’s early in the season, they were well groomed sites, and there were quite a few activities for campers. The lake and sunsets are terrific. Great place to stop or stay and it’s close to Ottawa for day trips. We enjoyed our stay

I had a blast to be able to get out of the town and Away in nature with my daughter for the first time forever was amazing it was a little much having a lot of children next door a little loud but it is to be expected the fire pit that is on this side is very dangerous due to the fact that it is on an incline the office is aware will be planning more trips to come back with my family

Lot 102 was perfect for us, so much that we booked again for May 2025. Being close to the hub of everything was ideal for us. Also being within a 10 min drive to Renfrew, Walmart & Canadian Tire, is nice when you just have to buy a new TV for your RV. There were a couple large dogs that barked a lot near our site, but that’s not a fault of the campground. We definitely like this park!

This is a very nice, older campground. We were only there one night and the region experienced a terrifying thunderstorm with high winds, rain and sleet. It knocked the power out in the area. Unfortunately the water in the campground is dependent on an electric pump-so no electric, no water. The campground refunded our camping fee-what a nice gesture. We would definitely stay there again.

Not a large KOA, but staff were pleasant, and the place was fairly clean. Bathroom could use an update. Nice lake nearby.

Our stay was very nice, a lot for the kids to do and the special events for the long weekend were great. One small suggestion would be to add seating in the mini putt and around the play ground.

The WiFi don’t work and the dog near our site was always barking �����‍���

I am very sorry about the dog. I didn't see any notes in regard to that nor did my staff at the office have anyone come in to complain. Had that happen we would of addressed it immediately

It was a small inconvenience that the dryers in the laundry didn't function. But � we were allowed to hang up some clothes lines between the trees.

Arrived after 8pm and a lovely lady told us what RV spot to pull into and asked us to just pay for the night in the morning. In the morning we went to the office to pay and a different employee was there. We were charged and extra $20 for a patio RV site and when we said we were told to park there she just said nothing. So if you don’t want to be over charged don’t arrive after 8 pm.

Had a great time. Only complaint would be the internet. Maybe an upgrade would help. Other than that. KOA Renfrew was a fantastic time with my son. The staff are the most nicest and polite people i have met at a camp place. Thank you all so much. I will be back a lot this summer.

We were there on Opening Day - 2024, May 1st. It is a very pleasant park with what will be a wonderful location with a lake to swim and play in. Lots of amenities to keep everyone happy and amused. Sonja was very cheerful and helpful on check-in and knowledgable on information of the area.

Rented two cabins and an rv site. Staff so wonderful and accommodating. Love the surroundings and numerous trees.

We had a fantastic stay. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful We were very disappointed to see that the jump pillow was put away early. This is the main reason we stay at the koa renfrew. I understand why it was put away, just very disappointing for the kids.

We have stayed here a few times. It is convenient to visit family in Renfrew. The grounds are clean and attractive. We love your little lake. It is so scenic!

We were booked for 3 nights but site was in a field , no shade and no wifi even though they claim to have it it’s only accessible in the office The wash rooms were old and grungy Not what we expected for a KOA campground Lester. They did however refund our 2 nights and we moved on!

We stayed in sites overlooking the lake. The trees on the lake had begun to change and the scene was spectacular. This is one of the best campgrounds around Ottawa. Peter and Debbie

It was my choice for my 50th Birthday and we enjoyed our stay, campfire, meal. Thank You KOA Renfrew we love the peaceful night and full moon too. We will be back again �������ϋ�������

It’s a nicely-situated basic campground with friendly staff. We have stayed for a single night on several cross-country trips, although always at the beginning or end of the summer season. The facilities are well kept, and the sites have ample space. About half of the sites seem to be occupied by long-term units, but there’s plenty of room for shart-stay customers.

This is a great little KOA! Friendly staff & seasonal campers. Some fun amenities you don't often find, like the driving range & 18 hole mini putt. We stayed in site #31 which was across from the little lake and beach. Amazing site with plenty of room and lots of shade. Put this stop on your list of you'r sin the Ottawa area. * AND be SURE to take the short drive into Renfrew to visit the "NHA/NHL Birthplace Museum" while you're there! *

Great place to visit! This was the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly, campground very clean, and the sites are well groomed. The escort to our site was a very charming touch. Will definitely be back again. 😎
