We really enjoy going at the KOA Renfrew. The people at the main office are very helpful, polite and make you feel welcome. The sites are simple and well maintained. Overall it is quiet, most people are respectful and keep to themselves. We are planning to go back this summer.

Super friendly staff. They gave me the perfect set up for my needs as I came in on a rainy day on my motorcycle and made sure I could be warm and dry out for a goodnight sleep. Had a place to get my clothes clean and dry and a nice hot cup of coffee to get going for the next day of riding. The perfect way to go!!! So appreciated it so much. Thanks Crystal!

Right by the beach, kids loved the lake and played all day at the lake. Camp guests were friendly and polite. Facilities were good and had no issues. Camp store was closed when we ran out of wood, so plan ahead for your campfires.

Booked 2 nights left after 1. Staff were very good but the site was narrow and no shade in the middle of the field. We moved on and were told no refund but a credit if we want to come back. My bad! No more booking 2 nights site unseen. Doubt I will be back there any time soon.. ��

The people working are very nice, but we found that a lot of the amenities noted on the website were not available. The games room was not open, the RC track didn't have any cars available to rent. My grandson was quite upset as i had promised him the racing and the jump pad. We left early.

So sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We have new cars on order. Our cars were damaged last season and we are investing in some better quality cars.

Love being here! We had to leave the campground early because my dog had a seizure and we were credited our stay. Sonya and all the staff that work there are amazing! The campground is beautiful. Lots to see and a lot to do. We always stay here, its a great get away. Thank you for everything and we will see you again soon.

Wifi sucks and staff recommended to just sit in the store to check email. Campground map outdated and not of use. Couldn’t pay us to stay there again!

The owner and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They really cared about our needs and desires, even though we were only there for one night. We will definitely return in the fall. Thanks so much.

We were not expecting to be stuck in a center of a field sandwiched between several other trailers with no privacy at all. No ability to have a fire because of the fire pits in proximity to our vehicles.

Although the booking system was having a problem, they fix the problem at the same time. The staff were approachable. The bathrooms were clean. The campground was beautiful.

My husband and I love this campsite? We try to get there as much as possible every year. We love the lake, and the grounds a very well maintained. The seasonal residents are also very welcoming.

The sites were great. Bathrooms were dirty and lacked hand sanitizer or soap. The seasonal site folks were super noisy and nothing was done about it. There was no “spirit” to the place like other KOAs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and very kind.

We were upset to see that there was no longer a bounce pillow. The park is still very outdated with many broken items. The activities were fun for the kids over the weekend and despite the weather, everyone was friendly and made the best of it!

Great campsite, with a bunch of stuff to do. Lake is nice but small with a beach. I would definitely return.

Stayed October 11, 2025. Passing through Ottawa stayed a this lovely KOA. Didn't have a reservation. Friendly checkin experience. Offered a pull through site. Quite night. Dog and pet friendly. Enjoyable!
