Friendly and courteous staff. Everything was in order. Site was ready and in order. Only small issue is one of the 3 showers (no pressure for both H & C) was not working. Would not have been an issue had I found out before getting ready to go into the shower ;-)

Was amazing,very clean campground. Their was hick up at check in but the staff were quick to address and get fixed, all the staff were great and very welcoming to day the least will definitely go back hopefully next time their will be no fire ban but still a great experience,none the less

As always, we absolutely love coming here. It’s now our family tradition! Normally everything is kept well, this time the washrooms were not clean in the morning. Hopefully this was a one off, as we love it here! Thank you for all the wonderful memories

Nice place. Site was ok no trees or any shade which wasn’t the greatest but we were there for the night so it worked out fine.

We stayed two different nights during our trip to and from Montreal. This place does not believe in putting calcium on there roads to limit the dust when vehicles driving by. We were constantly eating dust and our rv/vehicle was saturated with dust. No internet as advertised, uneven lots and this place is run down. Not up to KOA standards…..

Great experience! My first time back at a KOA since I was a kid. My family really enjoyed it, as well as all the activities to keep them occupied. Thanks Renfrew KOA we will definitely be coming back

Gorgeous campsite right on the lake. Very clean. Friendly staff. I love waking up to go for a swim, and swimming right before bed. This was perfect for that. My dream was to retire on water. Well, I didn't get a place on water (although my hometown has 331 lakes), but I got my dream camper. Staying at a campground like this during my travels is the next best thing.

We booked the group site. There was about 80 people in the group site. It was big and comfortable enough for 80 people. What the group think was missing and very important to the group was WATER , and not enough picnic table for 80 people. We were just given 4 initially, We requested 2 more and.theyhesitantl given us 2 more. So 6 picnic tables for 80 people. Other than that , we enjoyed our stay .

Great welcome made it super easy to park at the end of a very hot drive, thank you. Mini golf and swim a great way to start the day. Lovely spot.

My family stayed for 4 days, 3 nights at KOA, it was very welcoming and everyone was so kind and friendly. We loved everything there was to do at the camp. My kids especially loved the splash pad, park and beach. Eerything was well maintained, and clean!! Can't wait to stay there again next year!!

It would be nice if the fire pits were equipped with these especially in non electric sites. Helps with cooking. Was quite loud with a party going on past midnight somewhere, lots of music and yelling.

Transient lots need improvement. A big grass field with no trees is not a very pleasant stay for any length of time.

Staff was nice and helpful in getting us a large back-in spot. Voltage was a bit low at 112-115, but usable. Site was dirt, as were many of the park roadways with dust being a constant in the air. Several full-timers including a site near us doing construction with power tools during the day.

Tight spots and a lot of seasonal but the lake was nice, the driving range was awesome, the mini-golf was well kept, lots of grounds to walk about and a prairie path, plus book exchange. Starlink worked great and we were in site 33.

Best location! We love swimming in the lake every day. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We spent most of this summer here and plan to be there all summer long next year.

Amazing staff. Kids loved the mini putt, remote control car race track, and swimming area. My 6 year old says “best campground in Canada” we drive 2.5 hours to camp here

The staff - friendly, accommodating. Lots to keep kids busy. Body of water advertised had a sandy beach area but is pond and has leeches. Our group of 5 kids had one each time they came out. Sites are surrounded by sand - messy and mud pit if it rains. Missed having pool and jump pillow. KOA seemed little run down compared to other KOAs. Missed having pool & jump pillow. Will not stay again.

We have been coming to renfrews koa for a few years now, we rent a kabin for weekends and sometimes a week. We really enjoyed the facilities, clean, friendly staff. The lake is a bonus and boat rentals. We have been to 6 different KOAs and they all have their charm. Renfrews KOA is by far the most affordable, and I nice place to stay and relax

Very welcoming and friendly staff..they put on a wonderful long weekend with events and meals in support of care camps. A great time was had by all. Looking forward to our next visit.

We specifically chose this campground for ammenities. The jumping pad did not exist but still shows on the website. Playground swings not well maintained. I will say that the mini golf course looked new. The volleyball sand area full of weeds and was being tilled the day everyone left. Power was good unfortunately I didn’t realize I would be field camping as most KOA have gravel pull throug

They took away the bounce pad and the splash pad doesn't work! They still show it on their website , which is false advertising! I doubt I'll be returning next year, those were the only two items that my grandson liked and they're gone. Last time we brought him this summer,he kept asking if we could go home.He doesn't like the lake because it has leeches. So he won't go in the water.

The site was well maintained along with all other areas of the campground. We were pleasantly surprised to find there were many kid friendly amenities included free with our stay, in addition to events scheduled in support of a cool charity initiative KOA supports. Our six year old thrououghly enjoyed her stay, as did we! Not to mention the friendly staff that went over and above! We'll be back!

Poorly maintained camp ground. Dusty because of gravel roads not being treated with Calcium. Leach infested beach and interesting demographic! So much under developed property… we 100% will not be returning

It was an okay stop for one night if travelling thru… site was very rough, dusty and rough. If you need wifi and/or cell service… it is very limited here. Staff was friendly

I feel like some amenities lacked and could be upgraded such as the park and splash pad. Online it also says there is a jump pad which we never saw. There wasn’t always golf balls for the driving range available. Campsite wasn’t great, no privacy.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Do to the weather, extreme heat days and air quality it is not conducive to have an activity which could burn or be detrimental to a childs wellbeing so it was decided to not have that available this season

Many barking/aggressive dogs (seperate zone for families with dogs), sites were very close together, unsupervised kids at the beach, no fish as advertised, no jumping pad as advertised. Washrooms not checked for neccesities (toilet paper, paper towel). Liked the mini-putt, paddleboat was fun, site was nice but too close to next site. Quick/easy check-in/check-out. Staff were friendly.

We do apologize that the actuator is not working however when asked we do turn on as we direct on check in. To reduce wasted resources, Lake is a natural lake which is not stocked

Absolutely the best little campground for families with kids. So much to do included in your stay. Small, safe community feel in the campground. Facilities are clean and well maintained. You can feel the pride in ownership here! Staff are friendly. Really can't think of a single bad thing. We'll definitely be back!
