Very welcoming and friendly staff..they put on a wonderful long weekend with events and meals in support of care camps. A great time was had by all. Looking forward to our next visit.

We specifically chose this campground for ammenities. The jumping pad did not exist but still shows on the website. Playground swings not well maintained. I will say that the mini golf course looked new. The volleyball sand area full of weeds and was being tilled the day everyone left. Power was good unfortunately I didn’t realize I would be field camping as most KOA have gravel pull throug

They took away the bounce pad and the splash pad doesn't work! They still show it on their website , which is false advertising! I doubt I'll be returning next year, those were the only two items that my grandson liked and they're gone. Last time we brought him this summer,he kept asking if we could go home.He doesn't like the lake because it has leeches. So he won't go in the water.

The site was well maintained along with all other areas of the campground. We were pleasantly surprised to find there were many kid friendly amenities included free with our stay, in addition to events scheduled in support of a cool charity initiative KOA supports. Our six year old thrououghly enjoyed her stay, as did we! Not to mention the friendly staff that went over and above! We'll be back!

Poorly maintained camp ground. Dusty because of gravel roads not being treated with Calcium. Leach infested beach and interesting demographic! So much under developed property… we 100% will not be returning

Staff is always amazing. kayaking out on the water took a walk on the trials for a long weekend Price was awesome as always had a great mom vacation

It was an okay stop for one night if travelling thru… site was very rough, dusty and rough. If you need wifi and/or cell service… it is very limited here. Staff was friendly

I feel like some amenities lacked and could be upgraded such as the park and splash pad. Online it also says there is a jump pad which we never saw. There wasn’t always golf balls for the driving range available. Campsite wasn’t great, no privacy.

Do to the weather, extreme heat days and air quality it is not conducive to have an activity which could burn or be detrimental to a childs wellbeing so it was decided to not have that available this season

Many barking/aggressive dogs (seperate zone for families with dogs), sites were very close together, unsupervised kids at the beach, no fish as advertised, no jumping pad as advertised. Washrooms not checked for neccesities (toilet paper, paper towel). Liked the mini-putt, paddleboat was fun, site was nice but too close to next site. Quick/easy check-in/check-out. Staff were friendly.

We do apologize that the actuator is not working however when asked we do turn on as we direct on check in. To reduce wasted resources, Lake is a natural lake which is not stocked

My fiance and I stayed at a tent site for the weekend and had an amazing time. We generally avoid provincial parks and stick to the back woods. But KOA Renfrew did not feel like a stingy Government run establishment. Very accommodating and laid back. Highly recommend, especially if you have children

I do wish we could request our cabin site number before arrival. It's hard if you want to book with another family, you may not be beside each other. Also, a pool would be a great addition!!

You can call the office and we can adjust the cabin you are in if at all possible. There is also a section for special request for online booking

Amazing staff. Beautiful location close to home. We booked already for 2026 x 2 weeks. Our son asked to live there. Lol so many friendships built and return vacations booked with family and friends ����

Nice location with spitters taking you to your site, very nice service. Lost power 2 days around 5pm, that’s on us running air and convection oven at same time (watchdog did its thing) but not sure as others close by apparently lost it to. Would return but separation from families and travels without kids would be nice along with limb trimming so RV’s don’t scrape when driving through.

I only stayed 1 night but in that short time I got to enjoy the charm of the campground. Staff were lovely, I had a cherry site (#26) and tons of amenities! Definitely will stay again Definitely will be staying again

We had a lovely visit. The staff were wonderful. They kept the bathrooms and grounds so clean. I was very impressed with the young adults. They were very friendly and thorough!!

The park is clean and well maintained. Washroom are well kept. Our only recommendation is don’t camp near the septic tank. You get a blast of smell every once in a while. The seals on the tank lids need to be replaced.

Great campsite, with a bunch of stuff to do. Lake is nice but small with a beach. I would definitely return.

Stayed October 11, 2025. Passing through Ottawa stayed a this lovely KOA. Didn't have a reservation. Friendly checkin experience. Offered a pull through site. Quite night. Dog and pet friendly. Enjoyable!
