Had a site that faced people we didn't know, will never do that again, but will be back.

We had a family reunion of 50 people and the staff were outstanding helping us any way they could delivering bbqs recycling bins garbage cans thank you again

All of the staff is always nice and welcoming. Recommended it to my family this year and we all had so much fun. We will be coming back for sure!!

Very pleasant, quiet and friendly courteous staff on-site. The only concern would be the cleanliness and functionality of the second washroom facility (not the store location) as these washrooms were overflooding and without paper during our stay. The dog hair left along side the walking roads after brushing and not put into garbage.

Overall a good stay. The breaker to our friend’s site (#70) tripped a number of times and had to be reset. Hopefully it will be replaced to alleviate this issue in the future. Thanks!

I arrived late, passing the road to the campground. The map left for me didn't have the site marked on it. Ooops :) Thankfully, two night attendants making their rounds came along and were able to look up where I was supposed to be and direct me, as well as guiding me into the spot. Had a restful evening campfire. Wish I could stay longer.

The staff is nice when checking in. However, the campground is mostly for seasonal use with very few transient sites available. All of the shaded sites are taken by the lake. The restrooms are some of the worst I've ever seen camping, especially at a KOA. Dirty, damaged items throughout the room that you can tell have been that way for awhile. I just can't recommend this campground, sorry.

Given a site beside a large group who were there to party. Why does KOA surround campers who are staying one night beside a large group of campers who are clearly there to party? All we wanted to do was to relax and get a good nights sleep before heading out in the morning. Nope! This group broke every rule. The loud music started at 10 pm. The park is lovely to look at but is not quiet.

A group was there to party and music was load.Wrote an email to the camping and was answered that they been going there for many years and they were respectful, sorry that my little boy could not sleep because of the party. Our stay was absolutely memorable. Our 6byear old son learned to ride his bike there! And spent many hours with his new friends biking around the grounds. We met some amazing people who became part of our camp family for the week. Great place for kids and families with pets. We already booked to go back next year. We initially had a site that was too small for our camper (I made reservations online so may have picked that site myself, but it would have been very tricky getting our 34 ft travel trailer between the campfire ring and the tree. The young woman at the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a bigger site. The showers were very dirty and my husband's shower experience was poor.

Tired campground. Basketball net broken, park old, jumping pillow had holes in it and didn’t work. Sites were clean but very small. Tried to get balls for the driving range but they were sold out (weird given it was a Tuesday and the 3 employees weren’t very busy). Beach was okay and the price was decent.

We had site 79 and it is an amazing site! Beautiful view. Just a wonderful experience. Amazing set up for kids, many activities. And is exceptionally quiet at night.

Difficult to find. Drive way looks more like a landmine. The office people stay seated... Buildings are overdue for a renovation (everything is tired). Water broke somewhere, I had to tell them to find the problem. (our guy is not working at the moment). The laundry, only, has 2 washers and 2 dryers from the 70's. Dirty and small. The entire park is in great need of TLC. Too many fulltimers

Quick overnight on route back to Manitoba. Walked around and saw a nice campground with lots of activities to do. I would consider spending multiple days there if I had to stay in the area for a while. Very friendly staff.

Les toilettes sont très sale , nécessite rénovation bloc sanitaire Espace pour laver la vaisselle très sale et lavabo bloqué. Les cabines très sale , frigo sale table à picque nuque gommé Aucun sac à poubelle dans la poubelle Personne fait le ménage dans les cabine avant l’arrivé de nouvelle personne . Très déçu de l’entretien Les salle de bain sont lave à 11:00

Very nice park - lovey setting - very friendly people. Our lot left us a little concerned about pulling out due to crowding in other sites and vehicles however everyone was accommodating and helped us navigate. Overall Lovely Stay at the site.

I needed a place to stay, nice facilities, nice staff. I would have liked more access to the laundry room as they close at 8:00 pm? They said quiet hours after a certain time, but people were up talking loudly at midnight. It's not a huge deal, but if you have rules enforce them, or don't have them.

This is a great little KOA! Friendly staff & seasonal campers. Some fun amenities you don't often find, like the driving range & 18 hole mini putt. We stayed in site #31 which was across from the little lake and beach. Amazing site with plenty of room and lots of shade. Put this stop on your list of you'r sin the Ottawa area. * AND be SURE to take the short drive into Renfrew to visit the "NHA/NHL Birthplace Museum" while you're there! *

Great place to visit! This was the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly, campground very clean, and the sites are well groomed. The escort to our site was a very charming touch. Will definitely be back again. 😎
