Difficult to find. Drive way looks more like a landmine. The office people stay seated... Buildings are overdue for a renovation (everything is tired). Water broke somewhere, I had to tell them to find the problem. (our guy is not working at the moment). The laundry, only, has 2 washers and 2 dryers from the 70's. Dirty and small. The entire park is in great need of TLC. Too many fulltimers

Quick overnight on route back to Manitoba. Walked around and saw a nice campground with lots of activities to do. I would consider spending multiple days there if I had to stay in the area for a while. Very friendly staff.

Les toilettes sont très sale , nécessite rénovation bloc sanitaire Espace pour laver la vaisselle très sale et lavabo bloqué. Les cabines très sale , frigo sale table à picque nuque gommé Aucun sac à poubelle dans la poubelle Personne fait le ménage dans les cabine avant l’arrivé de nouvelle personne . Très déçu de l’entretien Les salle de bain sont lave à 11:00

Very nice park - lovey setting - very friendly people. Our lot left us a little concerned about pulling out due to crowding in other sites and vehicles however everyone was accommodating and helped us navigate. Overall Lovely Stay at the site.

I needed a place to stay, nice facilities, nice staff. I would have liked more access to the laundry room as they close at 8:00 pm? They said quiet hours after a certain time, but people were up talking loudly at midnight. It's not a huge deal, but if you have rules enforce them, or don't have them.

Very nice and quiet campground! We enjoyed our stay very much even though it was only for an overnight stop. Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful.

Site is great, The lake and beach are great Driving range is quite new ! The mini putt needs some love, but playable. The RC track is great, my kids enjoyed it. The inflated jumping balloon was also appreciated. But unfortunately it needs major updates in the toilet/shower area.

Very close together. No privacy spots were small not much shade at the sights , but lots of fun things to do with the kids great staff and excellent service. Store could have more items you need while camping if you forgot anything.

It was clean. Peaceful at night. However tje amenities need upgrading. The rc car we rented was dead after 5 min. We tried 2 times to go to golf range but there was no balls. There is a huge green area for kids to run around. If you are a camper that just wants to use your site and no amenities then this is a great place. Otherwise pass on it.

What a great place- plenty of space- lots to do not only for the kids but adults too. I dont remember the name of the lovely lady that checked us in but she is wonderful. We will be back....

People are camping too close together. It's very noisy (the people and you can hear the highway). People driving around at 5am waking people who sleep in tents up or coming back to their cabin at 10:30pm and shining their lights directly in the tent. My kids found the water gross and weedy too.

The mini golf and basketball net are in very poor condition, play ground is only good for 4years and younger. Was not happy that we were put into a large open field when we booked 8 months in advance. The one major complaint is the number of dogs were off leash, the dogs were on the beach off leash and let in the water and this was not being enforced.This KOA does not meet the KOA standards.

The area and site are very nice. The sites for big RVsare limited to a few with decks and then the field. We had a deck and liked the site. There is a lake for swimming and lots for kids to do; mini golf, water park, driving range and a RC vehicle track. The parks is below standard for washrooms and showers. Modernizing and cleaning required to match the cost of staying.

We had great 3 nights stay at KOA Renfrew. The weather was perfect for camping. The pedal boating was enjoyable. We met new friends during our camping days. Also, a huge BRAVO to the entire staff.���

The Renfrew KOA is well located along the Trans Canadian highway 17. The personnel are polite and helpful. The sites are on grass or sands, nothing fancy. This KOA is at majority for seasonal campers leaving a limited amount of sites for travellers. The small lake is clean and swimming is allowed in the designated area.

The staff were super friendly but for dog owners it wasn’t a great experience. I camp alone and dogs aren’t allowed in the store but they also can’t be kept at the campsite alone? They have to be more accommodating. There also isn’t a place for dogs to swim at the beach which was also quite annoying.

Not what I expected from a KOA. I arrived after the office closed. A young lady called me to confirm I would be arriving and told me she would leave me an info package. I arrived around dusk and no package was left. I knew my site number but no clue how to get to it. Campground is small. Lots are small. Roads are very narrow making turning difficult. There are better options in the area.

Washrooms need to be checked more often to make sure there are paper towels at all times.

Absolutely the best little campground for families with kids. So much to do included in your stay. Small, safe community feel in the campground. Facilities are clean and well maintained. You can feel the pride in ownership here! Staff are friendly. Really can't think of a single bad thing. We'll definitely be back!
