We had an amazing family camping experience. The staff was super friendly and was always available. Facilities were so clean and in excellent condition. It was more than I expected. I definitely recommend this KOA to everyone. We will be returning again. Thank you everyone at KIA giving us a great time.

We were placed on their ‘new sites’ in a field - no Wifi as we were too far away from the hub. Good for 1 night as a stopover. Did not meet our KOA standards.

Always enjoy you KOA Kampgrounds and on a new campsite 109 was just awesome and quite. The staff were always ready to help.

my first 4 days were ridiculous thanks to a freedom convoy takeover of the park , after that it was what i expected from a koa booking

Firstly, our site in this mostly seasonal campground was fine. The problem was that we arrived at the end of a weekend where our hosts welcomed right wing anti-vaccination trucker convoy sorts who had apparently kept other campers up with their rowdy self-entitled ways. The poor woman working the desk was frazzled dealing with this. However most we’re leaving as we arrived except a few.

We had an absolute blast, the manager steve even helped my mom and i set up our tents when he saw us struggling with 2 kids, everyone was so helpful and polite. We definitely will be back, our kids had such an amazing time great place to make memories:)

Loved everything, nice and clean. friendly staff great play area driving range and good mini golf. would be nice if they offered cable and had a pool, (rather than a lake)

They were very accommodating for a last minute spot. Only comment is the young girl directing us to our spot wasn't sure what she was doing.

The was a huge event happening at the camp grounds this weekend, while attendance was incredible and the park was packed The staff did everything they could to assist each guest with their needs.

We like the campsite because it is usually clean and quiet and close to home. However, this past weekend was not pleasant at all. The noise pollution from the Freedom truckers was unacceptable with continuous loud music and “Freedom “ shouted over and over. We would never return if that was going to happen again.

Owners allowed so called "Freedom Rally" to take over the park and break every rule (noise, liquor, cleanliness and site courtesy) in the book. Our worst stay ever at a KOA - very disappointed. The urine smell was so bad in the washroom that our guests would not go into the facility. No excuses for this decision on the owners part.

Thank you for a fantastic stay with you this past week at Camp Canada Day. I know there was probably a lot more people in your campground then there ever has been in the past and the staff was great and worked with everyone to help sort out issues promptly. I will definitely stay with you again if I am ever in the area. Thank you for opening your arms and hearts to all of us. ���

Was expecting a nice Canada day weekend relaxing with the family, instead the campground was full of protesters taking over the entire place. And honking there horns and yelling all night and day long. How the renfrew koa aloud this is unacceptable for the actual paying customers who payed for there sites and wanted to relax.

Worst experience ever. The campground was overrun by the freedom Convoy. We actually left early on Saturday morning. I will be pursuing a full refund!

We stay at Renfrew KOA alot. This weekend, I hope, will be an exception. There was a convoy of approx 300 or more people overtaking the campground. The influx of people was everywhere. This passed weekend was not relaxing, was not really enjoyable. Campers should have been informed what was going on so a decision could have been made to pick another weekend. We have been a little tainted.

Very noisy. Too much going on. Our 4 year old was overwhelmed we left night early. Had it not been so crowded and noisy it may have been better but we were unaware of all the events or were not told of them when we booked. Bathrooms weren't working there should have been extra porta potties our vacation was very disappointing. Mabe try again next year.

We camp at Renfrew KOA on a regular basis, but this time I was surprised that the convoy had set up shop as well. They were peaceful for the most part but was a little uneasy with their presence. Will still camp there though, I think it would of been nice to be warned ahead of time they would be there

I thought the sites are extremely spacious and the whole campground is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommand this campsite as part of you relax time or holidays and we hope to see you soon

Staff were helpful. Laundry room & office very clean. The area we stayed in was new, basically a big field with services, no trees for shade. Many permanents/seasonals but their sites were quite well maintained. Wifi was useless unless you were at the office.

This is the worst Koa I have ever stayed in. Sewer hookups are absolutely ridiculous. Sticking out of the ground and on an angle. Fire pits are sunken in the ground so dangerous for someone to break a leg. Sites are very close . Looks like an old park that needs some repair and upgrades. Mostly all seasonals.

Nice area for tents and seasonal but if you want 50 Amp you are in a open field that has grass, ants, sand fleas and lots of heat. Still I would go back

Great overall. I would suggest having more snack and souvenir options in the store. Nice option for free mini golf - kids loved that. We’ll be back :)

Very clean and quiet. The reception was super friendly and helpful even though we arrived 5 min before closing. She still took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I would stay again in a heart beat.

It is a really good camp site. Only issue was that I wasn't given the site I really reserved. Even if I reserved about 9 months ago, it is like first come first serve. Went when it was Halloween weekend and Hunted Woods was Amazing!
