I wish somewhere that I had had advance warning about the mosquitoes at this site in late May. I get bitten very easily and react very badly to bites. To say I was eaten alive is actually an understatement. The reaction to bites was so severe that I could not walk for more than 24hrs due to swelling in my ankles, it spoilt an otherwise great campsite

We stay here every opportunity we get. 10 plus times. We love the easy going staff, the peaceful quite area, the lake is a major plus.

staff placed us in a better sight then we usually had and we enjoyed our stay much better. The staff were very good.

Booked a spaciuous drive throigh site. Got a vey tight back in site among seasonals . Sand no grass. I expected more from a KOA

It was wonderful staying in a Cabin for us and our dogs. Clean (cabin and public bathrooms/showers), spacious and affordable - i would definitely recommend; and will be renting one of these "cottages" again. Also, the staff was absolutely delightful! Sonja, Ta and Hannah made the stay so much better!

The site around Yuills Lake was fantastic, very peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly, highly recommend checking it out!

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Offering to escort each camper to their site and explaining what how to obtain fire wood or take part in planned events is very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and will be returning again.

We stay here every year at the same site 98 beside the pine forest. Love the beach and activities. Very friendly staff.

unfortunately there were people that were throwing off fireworks and firecrackers etc. at 1:00 in the morning on site 94 and 82 there was a staff worker that was given a and alcoholic drink from site 82 site 94 a cabin had their dog off leash majority of the time even though that they were told by staff members. all in all, it was a great experience that I would not accept going back to having to

Coming from Toronto it was a beautiful drive to Renfrew no traffic- arriving to KOA the staff were welcoming and friendly- our site was across from the small beach tranquil view and we had a quiet 1 night stay

Great place to stay on my journey from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Love that the cabins were pet friendly and had a fridge with a freezer so I didn't have to repurchase ice for my cooler. The location was also quiet and tucked away with lots of trees, and the cabins are across from a water feature/pond. Absolutely coming back some day on my next adventure!

Very clean and well maintained campground. The park staff is very welcoming and always happy to help. The facilities are warm and inviting, the park store is much appreciated for those items you always forget to pack. The campground has many amenities which provides varierty of options to all age groups. We like that it is located far enough from Ottawa to escape the busy everyday life.

I had a great trip at the Renfrew KOA - this is my 3rd stay there and I would definitely recommend this park. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean facilities and beautiful tent site with a great view of the lake (especially at sunrise!), very nice shady trails for walking my dog, and some cool activity spaces including an RC car track which I was able to take advantage of this time. Great spot!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The park has a lot to offer in activities. I would give it a 5 star rating if they updated the shower heads and paved the road into the park. It doesn't matter how slow you go it's stirs up the dust and on windy days it blows the dust right through the park.

This KOA is the best we have stayed at. The staff is friendly, the grounds well cared for, decorated for Halloween. Highly recommend.

We popped in for the night on the way through. We arrived late and they accomadated us. I really appreciated the little heater and mini fridge in the little cabin.

Stayed October 11, 2025. Passing through Ottawa stayed a this lovely KOA. Didn't have a reservation. Friendly checkin experience. Offered a pull through site. Quite night. Dog and pet friendly. Enjoyable!
