Very disappointed in the site location as we were traveling with our dog we were placed one of the farthest sites and I asked why I was told I had requested to be close to restrooms and showers which I had not requested. There were many open sites that would have been much better. The woman checking us in was not friendly.

You booked your site online, with no notes that you needed near a dog park. If you would have told us this we could have moved you. When told where your site was you said that was fine.

I did not receive a receipt for my stay and the propane charge. This is unacceptable

You were in the office, signed your receipt and got a copy of it. Not sure what you did with it but it was given to you.

We have stayed here in past years and always like it. Very groomed with nice staff and large sites. Perfect for our frequent trips to Santa Fe, because after Colorado Springs and Pueblo, the rest of the trip is a breeze...no large cities at all. This KOA is on the south side of Pueblo. Beautiful view of the mountains. Clean rest rooms and laundry.

The campground is very well kept and the signage leaves no room for errors getting in and out and observing campground rules! The staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. One of the best KOAs we’ve stayed at.

Sites are nice, checkin and setup is great. Views are spectacular. KOA policy on refunds for plan changes does not provide sny flexibility for winter travel plans thst change based on weather. I will use other campgrounds in the future.

The owners have spent a lot of money to update this RV Resort. Great job for the sites, the playgrounds and other amenities. Nice hosts too. Great family destination for summertime. Convenient to I-25 and we’ll be back!

Was a same day reservation and it was a great overnight stop. Very clean campsite and restrooms/shower house. Sites further spaced than many private campgrounds. Only downer is some traffic noise from the interstate, but it really didn’t bother us in February. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight.

Great campground! Only stayed one night, but very accommodating and clean. TV service wasn't very good, but otherwise thumbs up!

As rookies to the RV world, it was a fantastic place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds are well maintained, two great dog parks, a long dog walk area, office/store/laundry room clean and well stocked with things you might need, large playground for kids. We look forward to returning.

I really enjoyed my interaction with Rubens the owner. He put me in the best spot and was a very interesting man. Rubens has several two wheel drive motorcycles manufactured by Rokon. I always wanted to ride one and finally did. Very cool park with very reasonable prices for a HOA.

It’s an older KOA but very clean. We have a large 5th wheel and it was a little hard to get in the sites. We were there in the winter they have a great system set up so we didn’t have to disconnect our water because of the freezing temperature. The staff are wonderful. Very helpful and nice.

Great place to stay. Easy access. The entire staff is a perfectly run TEAM. We had some issues with our tow vehicle. They had a mobile RV technician ready for us upon arrival. Issues solved by a very knowledgeable technician. Dog parks and dog friendly. Large spacious pull throughs. All common areas very well kept. Will stay again on our return trip.

Beautiful views. It was an easy on/off the highway. Great BBQ joint down the street. We had a new Pull through site. It is very narrow at the exit end. You had to be careful getting in and out of the truck. It dipped down to drive out of it, and we didn’t feel the legs on our fifth wheel were high enough, so we backed out. Needs improvement. NIce park, would stay again.
