You accommodated our families (4 total) when we were displaced by the Aspen Acres Fire. You adjusted our bills and gladly refunded our personal bill when we chose to leave on Wednesday afternoon as the fire crept closer. You opened up your large room Monday evening so our group of 16 could be together (out of the wind) to play games. Your KOA was well kept, excellent employees and quite hospitab

Very nice park and the staff were very professional. When we were concerned about staying due to the closeness of the Aspen acres fire. Staff were very courteous to us when they themselves were evacuated due to the fire. The sies were large and spacious and the bathroom I used was immaculate. Would stay again when in the area.

Pretty rough. Don’t count on anything but weeds. The double wide 30 amp sites are awful. There isn’t any site watering going on contrary to what the website says. Don’t pay attention to the nice site pics on the website either as there isn’t any actual resemblance. The pool wasn’t heated and the all purpose center locked and closed. The downed branches are everywhere.

We apologize for not watering. We are on water restrictions. As soon as those are lifted we will be watering. The bathrooms in the social hall are always open to the public. We had a hail storm come through earlier in the week that did a lot of damage we've been in clean up mode.

My husband and two kitties stayed for a few nights and Clay and the staff were SO LOVELY. Incredibly helpful, and even when we checked out early they were understanding due to our extenuating circumstances. They made us feel at home in their beautiful KOA. Also the neighborly horses were a delight! Quiet, peaceful, excellent facilities. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The grounds of this KOA was in bad shape. Our site had weeds and no grass or platform to put our chairs. The picnic table was wood and in bad shape. They had a wheel rim on a rod for a BBQ grill that needs to be replaced. Seems like the long term people got the best campsite.

we apologize for the weeds. We are on strict water restrictions and we are just trying to keep some green in the park. We try to keep it cut and looking nice. As soon as we get water we will be back to grass Sorry for the inconvenience. We will look at the table and grill. Thx for letting us know.

Very nice campground. Great location and clean. Easy access from the highway. We didn't use any of the facilities as we have a class A. The mini golf course looked fun. Great place to acclimate to elevation before heading to 10,000 ft. A couple of nice restaurants within a half mile.

Had a nice short stay at this KOA. Small pool is nice in the afternoons and not crowded. The deck has a great view of the mountains and a shaded pergola. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pull through spots are level. There is also a very good BBQ brewery / dispensary up the road that is really good and a short walk from the KOA.

Staff were terrific! We arrived after hours and staff had left check in instructions in a secure location which were clear and helpful. We left early in the am without seeing anybody. They made the quick stop-over staff outstanding. I highly recommend!

We had a short 2-night stay. The park is kept up very nicely. Our site was very close to other campers but was level and shaded which was nice. If I had one negative it was only that the pool was very cold, and I was sure that it said that it was heated. But we always enjoy staying here when we're on our way to see family in Denver.

Camp was clean and quiet. The staff friendly. Enjoyed the evenings views, the mountains were then highlighted at this time. I had option to request a Mountain View which I did but no , you have be standing outside and look through other trailers to see it. :( Was disappointed in the non existent hot tub ? It looks like been good a long time. It still on the camp map?

Unfortunately we had to remove the hot tub about 2 weeks ago. We had all the maps made up before it was removed. We try to cross it out when checking in. We apologize if that was missed. Unfortunately the view of the mtn we can not guarantee. A large vehicle parked in their site might block it.

Very friendly staff. The park is small but very well kept and clean, and it was surprisingly quiet for being close to the highway. We got a very nice spot, easy on and off and shaded.

We had a lovely couple of days in Colorado City KOA. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The view here is quite breathtaking. We will stay there next time we’re in the area!!!

The park is not the same as the last time we were there. Looks trashy and the guess were speeding through the park. We were put on the ghetto sites. the last time we were on the other side of the park where you would have to drive through a long site to get there. I didn't mind that side of the park. The guy that checked me in as I stood outside looking through a window was rude and unprofessional

You staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our truck and your staff recommended a mobile mechanic. The mechanic did a great job, over a holiday weekend no less. So glad everyone got us back on the road on schedule. This is our go to camp ground when we are in Pueblo visiting relatives. Highly recommended this KOA.

We couldn’t even enjoy being outdoors due to these tiny bugs that are everywhere. Thinking they might be coming from the dead tree on our site. Then the noise and yelling and partying going on while we tried to sleep. Very unfortunate.

The internet was awful. Could not stay connected to even send a message. ALSO, it is ridiculous to charge so much for the meeting room. Last year we paid ~78. This year is was almost $200. Our group each paid for a camping spot AND for the use of the room. Not sure we will be back.

Room rental for our group was too expensive compared to previous years. The dog area needs to mowed on a regular basis. Otherwise, the stay was just fine.

This is a treasure! We had a RV space and the deluxe cabin. The RV space was large, easy to pull in to and had grass! The cabin was super spacious, clean and had all the amenities that you need. We were so happy. The grounds are clean and beautiful, playground, put put golf, goldfish, pool, so many things to keep everyone entertained and happy! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite KOAs and will stay here again.

Cabin 3 is extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Rubens (owner) and Clay & Kim (staff) are considerate and very helpful. The location is right off the highway with easy access and moderate traffic noise. I highly recommend this KOA!
