I stayed in the lodge/cabin and it was quaint, cozy, and clean. The amenities inside the cabin were outstanding. The staff was extremely kind and went out of their way to accommodate me. Loved the coffee and pizza shop! One of the best KOA’s at which I have stayed!

This was our first stay at a KOA. We loved it, everyone was very friendly. We have two doodles and this is a wonderful place to stay with pets. Lovely grounds for walking your pets. We stayed in a lodge, it was very clean and just the right size for the 2 of us and the pups. We especially loved the screened—in porch. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked another stay this fall.

There was hair in my shower so after being on the road all day and wanted a nice hot shower I decided to take a sink bath. No coffee creamer had to go to office. Stayed here many times and this was the worse time

We have spoken with the new staff and it is corrected.We did offer to come in and re-clean or move you to a new unit, you stated you knew it was not usual from your stays prior & were ok

The staff was very friendly. We stayed in a small cabin was very comfortable. The area behind the cabin was beautiful our dog loved the squirrels. We did get to see an armadillo which was really cool.

Cabin was very clean and relaxing. I loved the screened in porch in Cabin 4. We loved the porch swing in Cabin 2. We were very pleased with how the cabins looked inside and out. Staff at the camp were friendly and very helpful. This camp is a welcome retreat from traveling on route 95 and I am so glad I booked two nights on our way to FL. We enjoyed it so I booked it for the return trip too.

My cabin was very clean, WiFi was strong, grounds are well-maintained. I felt safe and secure during my stay.

Very nice, although a bit expensive. The staff was very friendly, and the campground/cabin was well kept.

It's not possible, in 400 characters or less, to tell you how absolutely amazing Point South is. The people who work here are always welcoming and helpful. The owners are awesome. The campers are all friendly as well, you'd think there was a screening process to stay here!! Our cabin is always well appointed, super clean and comfortable. We had a quick family trip to get away from life for a bit. It was a nice stay! Our boys loved the bunk beds and playing Monopoly!! I guess I missed that there was no stove but we made it work with the grill, even in the rain!

Staying in your Deluxe Cabin with our dog was like a tiny home away from home. We had everything we needed and it was a comfortable and safe place to keep our dog while we attended a wedding in Yemassee. The staff was delightful! They were friendly and helpful. We will use KOAs in the future. At our ages, we can still enjoy the out doors without the work involved with RVing. Thank you.

The bed was broken could not sleep there. Coffee was stale. The floors turned the bottom of my feet black. I have never been so disappointed in a koa. I have been visiting all over the country at koas for over 40 years. For the cost and disappointment I won’t ever be back.

Ms. Swanigan, the bed was fixed the morning you alerted us. We can't fix It if we do not know an issue. Our coffee is freshly roasted and ground from Charleston Coffee Roasters and is replaced frequently. As you see from reviews cleanliness is a top priority. We will follow through on that issue.

The trolley car is such a fun concept, and well executed. The grounds were clean and clearly well cared for. Lots to do for the kids. Excellent service. Will return!

Although it was a short stay, it was a very nice, cozy and comfortable stay. Loved the cabin we stayed at. Small. but so comfy. Staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely come back, and, also recommend.

We stay here quite frequently, in the lodges and the sites. This trip was a little different though. We had a mechanical breakdown about 100 miles from the site. We called, and Debbie was absolutely amazing. From offering to move our stay to another date, explaining what to do if we came in late, to having a pizza waiting for us when we did arrive just before they closed! Many thanks Debbie.

We spent two nights in the Honeymoon Cabin. It was perfect for us and two fur babies! Super clean space and super friendly helpful staff! Enjoyed the pizza and the Wine Tasting �ϋ�

KOA basic cabin is quite adequate for a short travel stay. Plus it offers wine tasting, coffee and pizza options. The outdoor pool is not heated. The bathhouse was very clean and had plenty of hot water.

stayed in cabin 2. they mattress was thinner than a paper towel. The door warped and very noisy.

Mr. Ackerley, know that KOA primitive cabins require 5" mattresses which is what is in cabin 1 - 3. Our lodges have queen size pillow top mattresses beds made as an alternative. We will check the settling of the cabin if the door is dragging. We wish you well on your travels. Jennifer ~

Very nice well kept campground. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cabin and the cabin neat and clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in a lodge with my dogs for the night. I enjoy the back deck that I can put an x pen across the opening and let my dogs stretch their legs in safety. I always get a glass of wine and a pizza at the wine bar on my visits. There is also a great trail out behind the dog park area to walk the dogs. I would highly recommend this KOA if you are in the area.

As always excellent care and accommodations. Lovely people who offer excellent care. We have stayed at this cottage multiple times and it is wonderful. The pull out couch has become a little careworn and might need attention soon. We will be back as this is one of our favorite stops.

We stayed in the deluxe lodge; a cabin with full bathroom, full bedroom, and a small bunkbed room. It was clean and well-stocked with linens but smelled of urine. We opened windows since it was gorgeous weather and did not complain for our one night stay. The cost for a 5 oz cup of wine to go was $10 and bottle $34 for basic quality cabernet. Bring your own. Otherwise, well-run, efficient RV Park

We are VIP status with KOA, which means that we stay at KOA's A LOT. We travel cross country every summer and stay at KOA's at every opportunity. This particular KOA is really outstanding. Not only do they have a beautiful park, but their staff is SO friendly and helpful! The next time we are coming through, we will be sure and stay again! Highly recommend!
