Easy check in and loved that they were willing to deliver wood or food right to the campsite.

Overall nice campground for tent camping. Site we were at this time was great with sand pad but also lacked a bit of privacy which was a shame. Only issue with our stay was getting a text around 8pm stating bathrooms were out of order and we would be updated when they were available again - when we left at 11am the next day they were still closed. Very unfortunate when tent camping.

Our family enjoyed our long weekend stay. Tent sites met our needs and there were plenty of activities for our kids to attend. The staff was very responsive and site delivery for items like ice and firewood were nice extra touches! We do wish there was a bathroom at the top of the hill, the walk down to the single bath house sometimes felt far with 2 little kids.

Our stay was great! One of my daughters has decided this is the only campground she wants to visit. The only downside to the campground from a tent campers perspective is the bathroom situation. While it is always clean, and in top working condition, it would be nice if there were a second bathhouse for showers at least. Truly not a huge concern, but just a minor mention.

Site 222 was amazing! The problem is the wood you sell does not burn even with firestarters. I get not wanting people to bring outside wood BUT then you need to have wood that actually burns.

The one main issue I have is the price and quality of the firewood, which is a very important part of camping. The wood is overpriced, and to make things worse, it doesn’t burn! You pay $8 for a bundle of non-burning wood here. Everywhere else it’s $5 and burns like it should. It’s a real issue when trying to have a fire.

Not a good KOA experience. Our campsite was full of old leaves and twigs and could have been twice the size if the grounds were raked and cleaned better. Also our electric box only had one working outlet and made things challenging. I could not use all my lights and too dark to see at night. Others had the same problem. Also only having one bathroom for the entire KOA is not enough.

only complaint is the lighted post for the electric and water. The light shined into my camper and was very annoying!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ludington East KOA. It’s in a beautiful wooded setting with lots of activities for the kids. Restrooms were well stocked and clean. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at this KOA. First time at a KOA for me, but I enjoyed it! Great location and the sites were huge for tenters! Always something to do as well! Facilities were clean and the upkeep was great. Would recommend this to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the amenities available and the privacy of my campsite. Check in and check out were easy and quick. The campground bathrooms were clean and organized. I look forward to returning.

Definitely not a typical KOA and that was the cool part. Plenty to do and they offered a lot of unique things like the warm cinnamon rolls in Saturday morning. It was perfect while we packed up to head out to another KOA. The staff were more than helpful after we showed up late on check in night.

While it rained quite a bit one of our days, the staff still made sure to keep activities going as they could. They went above and beyond with replacing our wet wood with dry amongst other things. The team was super friendly and everything was very clean! Definitely would recommend and plan to visit again in the future!

Check in and out was easy. Purchasing items at the store was convenient and easy. Site was clean, bathrooms were clean. So close to the ludington beach and lots of things to do inside the KOA as well. Definitely going again.

Ludington KOA has everything one would need for a great experience. Nicole and Brian run a good operation. Clean facilities, plenty of activities, great customer service, and fast response to texts. The only reason I couldn’t give my review full ratings is because those car Camping are not allowed to hook up to site electricity. If KOA assumes such high energy use then fee the customer extra.

We were lucky enough to grab the last spot on MemDay weekend. The perfect spot for our family of 4, right across from the large jumping dome. Ecstatic kids! This campground was built with so much thought for families. It was exceptionally well kept by very friendly hosts. Because we stayed into Tuesday, most traffic had gone home. Some things were closed down. They opened ice cream just for us!

We had an awesome visit! I was a little surprised about the small number of bathroom and shower stalls. It was more than made up for with all of the cleaning being done. Not the most up to date facility but super clean!! We would definitely go back!

For a soft opening you guys still had stuff for our little guy to do!!! As always we miss everyone at the campground when we go home and can’t wait to come back! We can’t wait to try out the new slide the next time we come back. We are looking forward to coming back very soon!!! Z is already talking about swimming. I would say everything was perfect and above our expectations on our stay at this KOA. Good location, wooded sites, friendly and helpful staff/management, very well maintained common areas and lots of activities for kids and even for adults. We had a good time at this KOA. We will definitely visit this one again in future. Thanks

Everything was great except the firewood we had to to buy was very damp and wouldn’t stay burning. The bath house could be bigger. A lot of activities for kids. They loved it. Thank you

Campground was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Pool was very nice. Also, great for families with kids. Loved getting text messages as reminders too.

This is a very nice campground. The tent sites are large and spread out, not right up against the road. The staff was great and had a lot of activities organized for the family. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. It is very spacious and lively here with plenty of things to do. We stayed in a tent and it was secluded and very shaded. We loved it.

Nice setting, helpful staff. But very noisy: movie starting at 10:00 pm with full-volume outdoor speakers. Noisy social group of teens/young adults “partying” starting at 11:00. Made an otherwise pleasant location very unattractive.

We love this campground. Our kids (6 and 2) have a blast here. The pool is clean and very nice. We typically tent at site 221. We like that it’s close to the pool and restrooms. This year the mosquitos on the site were terrible because it’s such a shaded site (what do we expect huh?) :) Next year we will probably pick a different site given that. Week days are less eventful but quiet.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was our first experience at renting a cabin as we have a travel trailer but husband is having health problems so we opted for a cabin. Very good experience, it's clean, well stocked. Not many here as we stayed during weekdays, camp store wasn't open, and didn't need any services such as laundry or bathhouses. Only about 30 minutes from Ludington where we biked. Would definitely stay again!
