They switched our sites for “branch down”. No branch down on that site. Gave us one with barely any room. Two hours later there was no power or water until 1:30pm next day. Zero compensation for their broken line. Broken line had nothing to do with storm that didn’t come through until midnight.

Campground is very nice! And we liked our cabin over our weekend stay except there was some mouse poop in the floor vents and in the kitchen drawers.

The Campground was very quiet, the spaces were large and roomy. The events went on as scheduled. The text messages before, during and upon checking out were very helpful. We only stayed for the weekend, but plan to go back and bring our grand daughter with us the next time as the campground isn't far from home and there was quite a bit there to do to keep kids occuppied.

We visit this campground every year and absolutely love it. The activities and amenities keep our kids busy and active and the staff is always amazing, friendly, and helpful.

Love the workers and the owners, they really know how to make your stay fun. I took my two grandkids and they loved it and want to come back. Thank you for giving us a great stay.

This was our first time camping here and it was amazing! Not only was our cabin cute and roomy it was super clean! So much for the kiddos to do pool, jump pillow and park. Then the staff added so many more activities including a foam party, tie dye and opened the giant slides for FREE! The atmosphere and our time was so great that we made sure to book x2 nights for the end of June!!

The KOA was very nice and family oriented, with plenty of activities for children. Although I was surprised that there was only one location for taking showers and bathrooms for the entire park. The Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable, it kept coming in and out.

Lots of activities for families! The cabin was clean. I didn't love the air freshener as it woke us up at night when it sprayed it sounded like someone was opening the door. We loved the pancake breakfast and the family movie night.

We again enjoyed or stay at the Lundington KOA. They were responsive to concerns with our site and were able to resolve this issue. We liked the escort to our site and having the wood we preordered at the site ready for us. As far as check it was a bit confusing and wish the had better signage when entering the park. But all in all, we plan to return to this KOA again

We were just staying there for events in the area. Did not participate in any of the planned events that they held. Our campsite was clean and staffed seem to be quite friendly. We do plan on being back next year.

The mosquitoes where horrible and kids where mean to my kids calling them names and stuff

Has been a favorite campground for many years. This time was disappointing. Didn’t seem like it was ready for the season. The mosquitos were out of control, didn’t have propane, store hours were limited and was disorganized, the road in could use chloride, the flow pattern changed, was confusing and not well marked. First time there, looks like the owner is making improvements. Clearer signage would help especially if there's no one to guide you to the site.

My stay was peaceful and quiet and the amenities you offer are good. I did order 2 bundles of firewood but only used 1. I was told by Michele that KOA would not subtract it from my bill. Disappointed that was not an option. Also would appreciate the camp store being open for even a limited time during the day. Caretakers Dennis and Karen are an asset to KOA.

Such a lovely location out in the woods. The sites are beautiful and plenty of space. The facilities were well kept and clean. So many activities for the kids. We loved the Ludington area with so much to do!

It was a wonderful time, clean location and loved all of the activities. The only reason it is getting a 4 instead of a 5 is because the futon bed in Cabin 6 is hard as a rock.

Love the sites. Very nice and big. Didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Only thing I didn’t like was rented site with dog run and unfortunately there was big holes dug by the gate and our small dogs were able to get out. So that was a waste of money for us.

We stayed in the 16 person cabin. It was stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was spacious. I loved all the activites they had for the kids. The Halloween weekend was a blast!

Great Campgrounds, facilities were clean, hosts were great. Couple things to change, need better lighting for fish cleaning station, and the fire wood should be a little cheaper, $8 is pretty steap for 6 pcs of wood, of which most were punky and don’t burn real well.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
