Campground is very nice! And we liked our cabin over our weekend stay except there was some mouse poop in the floor vents and in the kitchen drawers.

This was our first time camping here and it was amazing! Not only was our cabin cute and roomy it was super clean! So much for the kiddos to do pool, jump pillow and park. Then the staff added so many more activities including a foam party, tie dye and opened the giant slides for FREE! The atmosphere and our time was so great that we made sure to book x2 nights for the end of June!!

Lots of activities for families! The cabin was clean. I didn't love the air freshener as it woke us up at night when it sprayed it sounded like someone was opening the door. We loved the pancake breakfast and the family movie night.

The mosquitoes where horrible and kids where mean to my kids calling them names and stuff

My stay was peaceful and quiet and the amenities you offer are good. I did order 2 bundles of firewood but only used 1. I was told by Michele that KOA would not subtract it from my bill. Disappointed that was not an option. Also would appreciate the camp store being open for even a limited time during the day. Caretakers Dennis and Karen are an asset to KOA.

It was a wonderful time, clean location and loved all of the activities. The only reason it is getting a 4 instead of a 5 is because the futon bed in Cabin 6 is hard as a rock.

We stayed in the 16 person cabin. It was stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was spacious. I loved all the activites they had for the kids. The Halloween weekend was a blast!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin during the Kamp Rewards weekend. Although the weather was cool, we enjoyed our stay. A couple of things to note about the campground. We came on motorcycles and the loose gravel was a bit challenging to navigate up by the cabin. Our cabin was missing paper towel, shower gel, and shampoo, although this may be the end of the season. Overall, great stay!

Everything was great. Not sure why the one part of the house was lo ked off. Last time we stayed, we had the whole house. Also there was a bad odor in the cupboard. There must have been a mouse that died at some point in there because the smell definitely was. Besides those two things, it was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at KOA. The campground is very secluded and peaceful, but this meant internet was very limited. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was nice having a partial kitchen and bathroom. I wish there was a list of everything included so we knew what to bring, the list wasn't exact. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but everything looked nice. We would stay again.

The campground was nice and clean, I was surprised there wasn’t much staff on site, we arrived at 5pm no one there to check us in and the store was closed most of the 3 day stay. The beds in the cabin were terrible.

My first KOA stay, and I had high hopes since the deluxe cabin cost more than a hotel. The cabin was tidy, but the AC had mold, and I got a sore throat after a while. The fridge had spots, and the floor could’ve used a mop. The water smelled of copper and sulfur, though not the campground’s fault. A few fixes could make it much more comfortable!

I am torn. I love Ludington East KOA but the pool was closed 2 of 3 days we were there which disappointed several campers with children. The employee made it seem pre-planned vs mechanical. We pivoted and went to Lake Michigan but I wasn’t expecting to ever leave. I also brought my own shirts for tie die but the prices to participate were through the roof so we decided to buy a $10 kit at home.

My family arrived after hours and was instantly approached by an off duty camp ranger who showed us where our camper was located. The grounds were pretty empty, but well kept. While unpacking, my husband had a medical emergency and all the staff and guests were fast to respond. EMS/PD responded quickly considering the location. DO NOT GO ON DIRT ROADS OTHER THAN 40th! Don't travel after dark!

We had a great stay! The kids loved the pool and the slide. The cabins were perfect- exactly what we needed. The staff was great- they were so helpful. The weekend cinnamon rolls were delicious!

The staff were excellent and helpful. However, the luxury cabin was not luxurious. We entered the cabin and were greeted by a strong chemical smell that persisted throughout our stay. We had multiple large dead and alive ants every day, Cabin - not very clean. Tub water - very hard to regulate to an acceptable temp. Bed - very uncomfortable. Full-size fridge - college size with no freezer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Areas of improvement: offer activities for campers to do all week long, not just weekends. We thought the kids could have fun activities to do all week, but found out that wasn't accurate. We also bought the bracelets to use "during the duration of our stay" only to find out that wasn't true. We didn't know the ice cream/popcorn chips could only be used on weekends.

We had the best time! Just a grandma and her 6 year old granddaughter and a dog and there was so many activities to keep my little girl busy and entertained. Everyone who worked at the campground was also amazing and we got a great cabin site! 100% recommend.

I rented a delux cabin. It was not stocked well. The only coffee pot was a kuierig. Only 4 forks. And there was a neighbor dog that barked continously.

The escort to the site at check in was awesome! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The texts with the activities list each day was very convenient and being able to text the office for anything is always a wonderful option.Wish the included items/dees were consistent across all KOAs. WiFi didn’t work in the cabin which was disappointing. Bedding was lacking items

It was overall nice but not as good as last year. Issues included: The deluxe cottage had ants (and traps), the fridge didn’t get adequately cold and the internal thermostat was broken off and there was no toaster this time. The activity schedules changed without much notice & late check in had no code provided leaving us locked out / stranded for a bit. Wall ac only. Fun but room for improvemen

Great place to stay. Great staff who do a great job taking care of everyone. Only complaint is how much events cost. A lot of campgrounds do not charge for events.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
