The park and facilities were fine for there age. The main issue was no Internet even though we were getting text messages constantly. Did not think the cost per night was represented other KOA parks.

Seemed like it was going to be a lot nicer than it was. We paid $350 for 3 nights and had weeds and tree stumps all over our site. Brian came and tried removing them and he was great but we shouldn’t have to pay top dollar for such a mess. Make sure lots are in good condition before renting.

Would have been a perfect stay in the new 200 section. We felt crowded in the 100 section. Staff was amazing! Very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities!

The stay was wonderful. The bathrooms are clean and showers nice and hot. The sites are a good size and the staff was top notch

Our stay started off a little rocky, regarding the site I had booked, but after I talked to Brian, we got it all straightened out and we had an excellent stay! Very good people there, very clean and safe campground. It’s what I would call a “real” campground that is away from civilization and the everyday rat race. Very secluded and quiet. Now one our favorites, will definitely be back.

Paid $15 for a wkd slide bracelet that could only be used for a couple 1 hr time frames. When my 4 year old went to the office to trade in his bracelet for a new one he was told if he came back again he would have to pay $15 (it was his first time) Lots of sand, old playground, activities that all evolve around spending more money yet I didn’t know about any of these activities prior to arrival

Have been coming to this KOA since Joel and Lydia (hope I got the names correct) purchased it. It gets better each year! Love staying here. Can’t say enough good things! Fun for whole family, very clean, staff is VERY helpful and friendly ALL the time!

If your staying during the week NOTHING exciting goes on at all, they save it for the weekends apparently. WIFI is a joke too, you have to go sit by the office if you need it, not convenient.1 of the reasons i choose this KOA is because of the slide, not open at all while we were there! We enjoyed our time at this campground and all the people were very friendly and helpful to our questions and needs. The only problem was with the internet as they had a lightening strike and were using their backup system. The good news is that a total upgrade is scheduled by the end of the year. I’m sure that we’ll be back again.

Loved the different activities they had for kids and adults. Brian and his wife were wonderful and helped make the stay enjoyable. Also loved the feel of a small campground, even though there are plenty of sites. Nice and quiet.

Fantastic fun for the whole family because the owners go all out to make your stay warm and friendly. Kids have a ton of stuff to keep them busy.

We had a great first time experience at KOA Ludington East/Pere Marquette River. The owners and staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating. We were updated by text message of campground events, office hours, we were able to have wood and ice delivered right to our camp. Our kids (7 & 9) loved the playground, pool, slide and jumping pad, and all the other activities. Would come back for sure!

What a wonderful stay! I received texts the night before and day off about my upcoming stay and specific directions how to get there! They kept us updated by text, we were able to order and check out through text. Had wonderful events for the kids, were super friendly and accommodating! We will definitely come back here again! The campsite was fine, definitely can see the appeal for families. Wish there were more trees and grass and the campsites are super close together. The bathrooms were well maintained.

We had our 2 grands with us, so much fun for them. Pool, playground, crafts, movies. Our deluxe site was amazing. We loved our stay. Also amazing staff.

Activities are plentiful. Staff was fantastic! Pool is small, but has a great area for the littles to splash around. Good for family activities. The grounds were well kept, but are very sandy/muddy. The cabins are pricey for the size and what's included, very limited hot water. GREAT camp store. Water has a very strong sulfur smell, bring a water purifier pitcher for drinking water.

Came to East Ludington KOA for a work trip. Campground was very quiet all week and a pleasant stay. Cell service was non existent and the Wi-Fi did not reach to the area I was in. But overall a great stay and very nice campground. Site was extremely nice and fairly level for being on a hill. Site 233.

We had a wonderful time. The staff/family were so nice & friendly. We received daily updates on what was going on. We have been to many KOA's & not one did this. So nice when they delivered pizza to our site. The only thing they did not have in the back sites (Motorhome/ big camper sites was WiFi & Internet. They are in the process of getting that up & running. Thank you we had a blast.

Their upgrades to their campground is "Awesome"! Actually I would rate it 4.5. Very clean! The sites are not cramped, full hook-up, and the playground area for the kids is perfect. Very nice pool. They are still in the upgrade of their campground which will raise it to a 5 rating. This fall they are putting in a cell tower. In the plans, another bathroom-shower facility.

We had a group camping trip with 7 sites and 19 people total. The campground is really clean, and surprisingly quiet for the amount of people, lots to do for the kids, and a small dog park was available. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. It was a great trip and I'd definitely go back again.

The bathroom was very clean and the pool was warm. There was a lot for the kids to do and it was close enough to Lake Michigan to do a day trip.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
