Other than the GPS taking me down miles of dirt roads to get to the campground and the WiFi not working, the stay was relaxing.

Park was clean and staff was very friendly. Ton of activities and stuff for children to do. Pool was perfect for hot summer days.

One of the included amenities was free wifi, but it did not work. No one answers the phone in the office. Text and email correspondences were was also delayed, which makes it difficult to ask a question or edit reservation.

It was awesome! I only wish there was a little more tree coverage and privacy between the sites. But everything else is on point!

This KOA was short of help so the store hours were minimal. Also, the store did not carry camping essentials. Thankfully, there was a tiny store outside of the park that carried what we needed. We will never return to this campground.

Another excellent 4th of July week at the Ludington KOA! Top notch service from checking in to re-booking for next year. The fireworks were amazing, as usual, and ammentities were plentiful. Thank you Nichole, Brian and the rest of the staff. See you next year!

Had a great time. Loved our site with the patio. Plenty of room between the sites. Very family friendly and plenty of things to do for the kids. I liked the text updates and deliveries to our campsite. Easy to check in and checkout. The only thing to improve is the firewood. It was damp and hard to start.

This is my favorite KOA that we stay at. We come back every year for the 4th of July. The owners and staff are friendly and down to earth and they have a lot of fun activities going on that our family love. I would recommend that any camping family come stay here!

Our site 249 needs flattening out and closer access to the hookups. The host showed us where to park we were not allowed back it up or move it 2 feet over so things could align. it was so high off the ground we had to put 2 boards under the steps after they were fully extended to full reach the ground and not hang in the air! We had to climb up and down to get in the trailer. Needs leveling off!!!

The only downfall was not enough pet stations. People were not picking up After their pets due to lack of bags/dump sites.

Nicole was so helpful. She was always available via text messaging. She responded immediately. Nicole and her son made sure all the guest needs were met. We are definitely coming back! It was spectacular!!

the office seemed to be close during our entire stay; the printed internet information was "KOA Guest" which did not work, were informed by text it was LudingtonEastKOA which did not work either; not a single person from the resort came by to welcome or see if everything was OK....we had a nice site but came in after heavy rains so there was washed out sand everywhere, would not come again!

We had a breakdown on the way to the campground and had to be towed in about 8 pm. Nicole and Brian were absolutely wonderful; helping us with getting to our spot, helping us with everything we needed and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay, which turned a rough trip into a great one. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Everything about this location was perfect! Nicole was very friendly and I truly appreciated the help her husband and brother in law gave when I had camper issues. The amenities were great as well as the distance from water activities and the market. I can’t wait to come back this season.

This is the campground to make your destination every year. Fun atmosphere, great activities for kids and adults, perfect location and the BEST staff that feels more like family friends. If you wondering if this campground is right for your next trip, it is 100%! Do your family and self a favor and book it. The vibe with other campers is amazing when a park is run well. The campground was nice, and well maintained. However, for a "Holiday" KOA intended for long stays, there were a couple of things that I didn't appreciate. 1) Although WI-FI is advertised (and I assume, included in the price), it did not work in the area of the campground where we were located. The price of fire word was outrageous, being $3.00 per bundle above the going rate. No more space...

Best KOA ever! Always stuff to do in area if you want to get out and play. Always quieter during mid-week for adults looking for some of that and many activities on weekends for families and children. I highly recommend staying up in the back forest area. If you want a family friendly atmosphere where the workers are like family then this is absolutely the place to camp! Yes you still have to pay!

Brian, Alex, and Kyle do an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly, and go above & beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. This was our first camping adventure and we had a blast. Family came out to visit and the kids had such a great time with all the different activities. We will definitely be back!

Liked the area and all the activities. My biggest grip is that the water and electric hook ups where on the wrong side. The staff was very friendly.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
