This is our favorite campground in the USA. They have so many fun activities aimed especially for families with kids. The campground is beautiful with plenty of space at each site. They even do firewood, pizza, and cinnamon roll deliveries! They're super friendly, too. We are in our 60s and camped this past weekend specifically to enjoy the trick or treating they have. It's so much fun!

When we arrived there was no one in the office and we felt that we should have been notified that all of the services would not be available. When we went back on our return trip, it was a different experience. The young man that helped us was very nice and the area he switched us to (per our request) was better for us. If you have kids/gkids and want activities for them, go before October.

We loved our stay. Camping in the middle of a forest was a real treat. Star gazing was the best. Panned events are well thought out for the Halloween events. A printed schedule ( a generic schedule was available on line ) of events of activities of who, where, when would have been helpful. Beautiful, clean, and very friendly staff.

Lovely accommodations, clean campsites, well stocked camp store, seasonal decorations. Would be nice if the handicapped toilet in the rest room had a high-rise toilet instead of a standard height.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The reason for my lower rating is because there wasn't great communication about activities and events. I understand the reason why the store closes from 11-2 daily but it does pose some inconveniences and it would be great if there was staff available to keep the store open all day long.

This campground is ‘under development’. WiFi only worked in a limited area. That should be communicated on the website. The store has limited hours and limited offerings. Since it’s a fairly remote location, that’s disappointing. It’s a Holiday KOA, but new sites are challenging in their grade. If we return, it will be in a couple years when they have time to improve.

Great campground. Very quiet and clean. A bit of a distance from Ludington downtown, but loved the peacefulness.

Nicole in the office/store is absolutely AMAZING. She was the most helpful person i have ever dealt with at KOA and there are some pretty awesome people KOA camps. Shower very nice and clean. Bounce pad is great, (kids loved it) and nice activities. ONLY somewhat negative i have is the playground. Our 5 kids didn't really want to play at playground and VERY limited schedule for big slide.

Off the beaten path, but located in the beautiful surrounding forest. spacious, gravel pad site with deluxe patio. Very quiet during the time we were there, great place for stargazing. Friendly, attentive staff. WiFi signal in the newer section is not very strong. Lots of hiking nearby to explore.

We have camped here many times and we always have a good time. Brian & Nicole are always super helpful & fun! We usually head out to the beach in the morning and come back to the KOA around 5 pm each day. There are so many fun activities each afternoon, the kids are busy and loving every minute. Good times, every time! Thanks guys, see you again soon!

This KOA is a yearly favorite every year! Joel, Brian, Nicole and the whole team are so accommodating and helpful. The hardest working team I have seen at any KOA! They have so many activities for the kids throughout the whole weekend that our family really enjoy! See you next year!

Our 3rd year camping here. This KOA has set the standard for our kids to compare every other place we camp too. Pool parties are the highlight of the weekend for them followed by the glow party and ice-cream! Brian is a familiar face each year that chats with the husbands in the group and jokes with the kids. We could not ask for a better experience!

Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Really appreciated the text messaging communications about activities and services. Great environment for kids. Cons: We had no wifi service at all during our stay. Could only join the park wifi when near the office. Also, only having one bathroom/shower house was a problem.

Campsite is really good and we enjoyed our stay. One small negative was one set of campers played music very loudly all weekend and no one from KOA asked them to reduce the noise level.. the music could be heard 6 sites away. Other KOA sites we have stayed at music played that loudly would have been dealt with .. otherwise a great trip.

We had an absolute blast! Our kids throughly enjoyed everything the campground had to offer. Every worker was very personable. We cannot wait to come back again soon!

The camp hosts were extremely fun, and inviting. We loved the kiddo activities and amenities. We ate a few of the camp meals (cinnamon rolls and the family combo) and everyone was impressed. We really loved having firewood delivered and trash picked up as well.

Our first time camping using our travel trailer. We had all 4 of our kids with us ranging in ages 16 to 2 and there was always something fun for them to do. The manager and assistant manager as well as the ladies who ran the store were amazing! The manager ( can't remember his name) helped us with our slide outs when we were leaving. The slide outs got stuck, he fixed the issue! Definitely be back

$91 average stay for a tent site with electric and no shade in a field next to a building is extremely over priced. $8 for firewood is a bit much. Especially when you have to waste an entire bundle just trying to get a fire started with damp wood. 2 showers and 1 doesn't even get warm so that was so frustrating. Paying extra for the slide? Why? Only positive was the mat. Most staff was nice.

The site was perfect with a secluded view of the woods. The staff was outstanding—friendly, personable, and helpful. The hike onsite was perfect for taking the dogs for a hike in the tranquility of nature.

Everything was great! The one thing I would suggest adding more gravel on the right side, were the electrical box is, of the site. We couldn't get the trailer level because of the loose gravel.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
