loved our stay at Ludington KOA. we got to know the owner Joel, hes awesome and hes a working fool. everything was clean and lawn was mowed nicely. Thanks Joel and KOA

Great place to camp. Clean. Owner is friendly. You can see the improvements being done. New gravel not dirt roads. More/new full hook up sites. Great play area and a pool for the kids. We have been recommending this campground and will return ourselves. Close enough to Ludington State Park to do everything, but far enough to have your own space.

This campground is amazing, staff and owner are incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner drives around on a golf cart to the campsites dropping off firewood and informing all guests of upcoming events for the day/weekend. This is the second time we have stayed at this campground and both times we had a very positive experience! Our family will be coming again soon.

The campground was very clean and well maintained. The gentleman that operated the campground was very nice/pleasant and even was willing to help you spot your camper in your site. We plan on making this a yearly trip in the future.

The owners are super kind, helpful, and welcoming. The camp sites are nice size. The bathrooms were clean. It was a great experience. We will be back.

I have to give a huge thank you to the owner and manager, we had a health scare my husband ended up in the hospital and the owner kept checking up on me and to ask how he was doing. He also said that if we needed to leave our camper there as they transferred him to Grand Rapids that we could leave it there free of charge although we luckily didn’t have to do that it was very much appreciated.

We had a very relaxing experience At first we were upset because the KOA had changed our reserved spot. Thankfully, our original site was still open and we could move to that. We loved our site. The swings were relaxing near the firepit. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

We absolutely loved our time at this KOA. They go above and beyond to make sure it is a true family experience. Also, their pool and jump pad is awesome. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the absolute price gouging at their camp store. We forgot hotdog buns so we walked over to buy some. I’m not joking when I tell you they charged $7.50 for a small pack. Absolutely crazy!

Our camp site was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed with our grand children and they had a fun time. The pool is very nice. The bathrooms were clean but they really need to add another shower/bath building. Two shower stalls and three toilet stalls were not adequate for the size of the campground. The location is very pretty with lots of trees.

We really enjoyed the area and our site was great. We met the owner, he was so helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Only cons that we were quite a walk away from the bathhouse and it would be nice if the benches in the shower were a bit larger to hold a tote bag. The store closed kind of early. Our kids loved the Friday evening activities. We plan to stay again.

We tried cancelling our reservation. They made me jump through hoops and still didn’t refund us. They have no option to talk to a real person on their answering service. After submitting all the requested documents we still were denied a refund. Other Koa campground offices have been very helpful even allowing a cancellation the same day with a 100% refund. Just not very good customer service.

We enjoyed KOA for many years but unfortunately I don’t think we will be back for awhile if at all. The bathrooms were never clean, out of toilet paper and no hot water. They have definitely dated over the years and since it’s the only bathhouse I would expect more cleaning needed. Events seemed unorganized and we never knew where they were located or what time. Staff was always nice and helpf

So kid friendly and just friendly in general. Our 2 year old loved talking to the man on the golf cart that we saw everyday. Customer service was awesome. We appreciated the longer jump pillow hours. Our favorite KOA so far!

Great KOA Holiday. Stayed on one of the pull-thru sites at the entrance. Close to everything. Kids loved the pool and slide, along with the scheduled activities. Only downside was no hot water in the shower house for 2 of the 4 days there. Would definitely recommend! We will stay here again! Thank you for the fireworks show and the fun holiday weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at Ludington East KOA! The firewood we purchased there didn't burn well but...... The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you seek a campground that has no nearby road noise, this is it! Very peaceful. We will absolutely return again.

The park is clean and updated. The staff were helpful and kind. We felt well taken care of during our stay. There were tons of kids having a great time! Dog park was clean!

We stayed last weekend and had such a great experience we came back for the weekend of the fourth, the staff is so nice and helpful also great to talk to. There is so much for every one to do if your bored then it’s your own fault, because from hiking to the pool to the events that happen every hour this place will keep you busy if you want to be.

They switched our sites for “branch down”. No branch down on that site. Gave us one with barely any room. Two hours later there was no power or water until 1:30pm next day. Zero compensation for their broken line. Broken line had nothing to do with storm that didn’t come through until midnight.

The Campground was very quiet, the spaces were large and roomy. The events went on as scheduled. The text messages before, during and upon checking out were very helpful. We only stayed for the weekend, but plan to go back and bring our grand daughter with us the next time as the campground isn't far from home and there was quite a bit there to do to keep kids occuppied.

We visit this campground every year and absolutely love it. The activities and amenities keep our kids busy and active and the staff is always amazing, friendly, and helpful.

We again enjoyed or stay at the Lundington KOA. They were responsive to concerns with our site and were able to resolve this issue. We liked the escort to our site and having the wood we preordered at the site ready for us. As far as check it was a bit confusing and wish the had better signage when entering the park. But all in all, we plan to return to this KOA again

We were just staying there for events in the area. Did not participate in any of the planned events that they held. Our campsite was clean and staffed seem to be quite friendly. We do plan on being back next year.

Has been a favorite campground for many years. This time was disappointing. Didn’t seem like it was ready for the season. The mosquitos were out of control, didn’t have propane, store hours were limited and was disorganized, the road in could use chloride, the flow pattern changed, was confusing and not well marked. We love this campground! We try to stay here at least once per year. In the fall, the campground hosts several "trick or treat" weekends, and we absolutely love seeing all the kids and families in costume. The campground is near the Pere Marquette River, which is fun to fish and tube. Only downside this year is it seemed that the campground was short on staff...saw several arrivals driving around the campground looking for their assigned spots...in the past these campers would have been escorted to their campsites.

What a fun little campground tucked back in the woods in Baldwin. I hope we will be back we enjoyed our short stay..so peaceful, clean, and fun!
