The amenities at the facility were great. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. It was practically non-existent. Fix that and it’s a 10 across the board.

We loved our stay here. Staff was extra friendly. Great activities for the children. Large RV sites with full hook-ups. Will definitely go back next year.

The campground is out in the middle of nowhere which is different than stated. They also say they have WiFi but it is non existent nor is cell service. The store closes at 5 but was generally also closed throughout the day. We ended up leaving a day early as WiFi was a requirement to work. Very disappointing experience

Wow, this campground goes above and beyond. The service is outstanding. Love all the kids activities and the sites in the new section that borders the woods. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Beautiful location in the middle of a national forest. It's definitely in the middle of nowhere but still close to Ludington and we loved it! Enjoyed a wine tasting with my husband and my girls loved the outdoor movie. Amazing staff and great service!

The pool was clean and nice but not very deep. The layout of the campgrounds where ok but not very nice to drive around only one way. Are camp site drain did not work very well, it had no vent so it was backing up. We ended up using the dumping station instead on our way out.

Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent (tried using to find things to do in Ludington, etc. since our phone provider wasn't coming in well either) and Store hours sporadic. However, the staff was super nice and kept everyone well informed of events through texts. The campground was very well kept - nice and clean.

We love this KOA we stay here a couple times a year! The staff is awesome and it’s nicely kept and lots of fun for the kids!

The stay was fine all amenities wonderful. We enjoyed the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was the detour around the road over the bridge on the way in. We had no way of knowing that we could avoid the detour and come straight; we wasted an hour going all around on the detour. Hope its fixed by now.

Dirt road for 3/4 mile to enter campground. A little too far away from everything. 10 miles to the nearest gas station

Campground was fine, but expected more for the price. It was very kid friendly, but as we were not traveling with children it was not a good fit. We booked a site with a private fenced area for our dogs. It was disappointing (small and tucked into the wooded area). The staff were very pleasant and as accommodating as they could be with how busy they were.

Staff was super friendly. Love all the activities for the kids. That’s one of the reasons we love coming here. One thing that was a little weird was we were a pull thru and the people next to us was a back in. So we were facing each other. And their dog was coming into our site. But other than that our stay was great

This was our first stay at a KOA and we loved it, We have 3 kids 7, 5 & 3. The activities were timed perfectly to right about the time the kids were just getting antsy at the camp site. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and chatty. We will be back to this location again and will be looking for other KOA's to visit.

The campground staff were very nice but the site we had was a pull through and I have never been so close to the next site in every direction as they are here and no shade at all. I expected wifi but there was none. The pool was nice but there is work in progress here to improve as they are doing but we will not be back. Not worth the cost of the stay.

The campground is well-maintained. The activities staff and grounds keepers are absolutely phenomenal and made us feel welcome and included. However, the front desk/store staff were often dismissive, curt, and almost downright rude... The exception being the younger women. We appreciated the hot showers, clean bathrooms, and the pool.

Great place to stay! Fireworks were outstanding staff was very helpful. Pool and activities for everyone kept you right in the park. We are looking forward a return trip for the July 4 next year.Great Job everyone!!!

We had a wonderful time. Our kids said it was "Our best camping trip ever!" The grounds were beautiful, our campsite was perfect, and the activities were amazing! All in all just a fantastic family experience. Thank you!

Brian was the reason our stay was so great. He was very helpful as this was our first time out with our travel trailer and he helped answer our questions and show us how things worked. Amazing customer service by Brian, without him we would not have had any hot water. Only negative was unable to get any internet service which rendered our Fire Stick and IPad not usable.

Probably the nicest showers I have ever seen in a campground and I loved all the activities they do for kids and families. They try to make it a very family friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is I was not happy with our site at all. Online it said it was a wooded back in but when we got there we found out they had put in a new drain field so the back of our site was nothing but sand and dirty.

Great campground! Off the beaten path and set in an awesome wooded area. Loved being tucked back in the corner. Thanks to Brian, Kyle, Nicole, Karen and Dennis for being attentive and providing outstanding customer service. That’s one reason we will be back!

The KOA member that stood out was Brian! Brian took great care of us from the moment we arrived. Very personable and eager to make our stay great. He helped us get our travel trailer perfectly positioned for the week. He even helped us air up floats on his day off. Well done Ludington East. We booked for next year before we left. The fireworks, movies and activities were perfect for the family!

We had a great time with the outdoor movies at night that was with wine, beer and ice cream. The pool was wonderful & always clean. Our only downfall was that we were totally in dirt on site 31. Next time I'll ask to have more grass. The sweeping in the motorhome was endless� Besides that we will surely be back!!

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
