Everything was great! Your bathrooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing to give feedback on was the firewood. If you are going to require people to buy it for $8 a bundle, please make sure it's good wood. You can tell it was not dried out and we saw where you kept your big pile of wood. It probably should be covered to keep it out of the elements.

First - the campground allows aggressive dogs. There was a pit bull that got off the leash and chased my leashed small dog. Happened in front of office but nothing was addressed. The facilities are not safe. The men’s shower the only option was scalding hot water and the women’s were backwards hot and cold. Property was dirty with trash everywhere. Could not walk without smell of dirty gar

The park has expanded and it is beautiful. They had a lot of activities going on especially for the kids but we missed a lot of them because we found out after it had or was happening. They need a large white board or Caulk board by the office with the daily or weekend activities and times posted so it would be easily seen from a distance. Other than that our kids enjoyed what we did do.

Very accommodating and changed our sites so family could be near each other which was very important to our stay. Lots of unique activities and we all agreed loved the wooded settings. Check in was easy and lots of useful information sent to us before check in. Great stay!

We had a great stay, the cabin was clean, the wall mount fireplace was a nice touch! I liked that we didn’t have to have a key for the cabin but wished there was a screen door so we could go in and out without having to put the passcode in each time to open the door. Staff were all so friendly and we are hoping to come back if availability opens up!

This campground was perfect for our holiday weekend. The cabin was clean, and the site was large and private. Only complaint was the mosquitoes! The staff were friendly and helpful. Showers were clean and hot in the morning, but restrooms got dirty as the day went on. Lots of activities kept the kids busy all weekend. Will be back!

I stayed in a cabin during my annual fishing trip in mid-October. It was conveniently located only minutes away from the sections of the PM I fish. The cabin had a bathroom/shower, small fridge, sink & microwave. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to store my things. Fire pit outside w/chairs, along with a charcoal grill, plus chairs/table on porch. I would definitely return.

The deluxe cabin was very nice. We only had one campfire due to the weather but it would be better if the wood was kept dry. It was hard to get the fire started and very smoky. Especially since the price is higher than at a store.

It's a Fantastic Family Fun Place ���� staff is always friendly and helpful grounds are well kept and lots of activities for kids. Can't wait to go back next Summer � and again for Halloween �

It was quite upsetting to be hassled over $8 KOA campfire wood non purchase. I paid over $600 for the deluxe cabin and did not need the petty evening hassle by I assumed was a KOA staff member. My guest did not know the KOA rule and promptly made the firewood purchase. They were told they do not mark down the campsite that purchased the firewood. Also, FYI, Fry pan in cabin no Teflon, toss it.

Cabin was very clean and well kept. Staff was extremely attentive. Loved cabin #5, close to the pool and store but because of the way the cabin is situated it felt like we just camping in the woods. Kids also had a ton of fun Halloween camping here!

I have been to this campground for my yearly fishing trip for 12 years now and this year I decided to bring my family along with me and my girls had a great time. My boy and I have used the KOA for several years when we come up salmon fishing. Staff members are always friendly. We are looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks!

I LOVED the KOA and what was offered. HOWEVER, I would NEVER stay in the travel trailer we did this past weekend. The floor was outrageously soft in multiple areas and I was afraid of falling through several times. There were no known active leaks, but the evidence of floor rot as soon as you walk in the door, sit on the toilet were quite apparent. The furnace did not work when I woke up freezing.

Our cabin was great - I think we had the best one on the premises. The rest of the park was pretty tightly packed. They had fun things for the kids, though - bounce pillow, crafts, pool, playground, etc. It was a nice, restful getaway out in nature.

I’m a single mom with 3 kids. This is a fantastic getaway for us! We come annually and it’s always a blast with plenty of things to do for the kids. We will continue to come back!

To begin, the cabin we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous! But, for $190 a night I was completely shocked by the fact that they do not give little complementary coffee for the room, and no towels anywhere on the cabin. The TV was staticky on every single channel, if you want sheets or any bedding it was an extra $60 charge, they charge $50 for your animal EVEN if they’re service dogs.

It was Awesome the cabin was fantastic and the staff was extremely attentive and there were so many activities for kids. I can't say enough good things about this campground we loved that they allowed pets in the deluxe cabins we wish more KOAs would allow them in deluxe cabins. We will definitely be returning to the Ludington East KOA several times in the future

I liked much about Ludington East KOA. The campground has a fun vibe and the employees were working hard on a busy night. My only complaint is the poor access to WiFi/mobile connections. I realize that camping is an experience best remembered for quiet and getting away from busy life. There are times, however, where staying connected is essential and I could not do this well while at this KOA.

The KOA was clean & nice. We stayed 5 nights & the kids enjoyed the bounce pad & play ground. The large slide was closed, never got to try it. This KOA rates low due to the management being very unprofessional. They made multiple rude comments. Implying that if we can’t follow the rules, there would be consequences. Referring to a 2 year old climbing the slide. We will NOT return. Not friendly!

We love the Ludington East KOA. This was our 3rd time, and I’m sure we’ll be back! The amenities are great for the price of the stay. A little slow during the week but, on the weekend, it’s very busy with lots to do.

Very nice staff. Clean bathrooms/campground. Great swimming pool. Camp store is closed up a lot of the times. Uneven gravel/cement patios on campsite is a real tripping hazard. Ice is over priced at $5 a bag, down the road party store is just over $2 a bag.

This is the best KOA we have stayed at to date. It wasn't too big, but not too small, which allowed for the true camping/glamping experience without being overwhelmed with too many people. The activities were a blast, especially the dance party with the headphones. That was such a fun experience! The pool was clean and warm. We loved the pool party!! The owners were so kind. Great stay!!!

The campground itself was very nice! Great pool and playground! The RV we rented had a mouse and ant problem in the kitchen and no storage space (cupboards were full from the RV owners). The only seating was a picnic table which surprised us. We will visit this KOA again, but will opt for a deluxe cabin and come over the weekend so we can experience all the extra activities that we missed out on.

We had a wonderful time staying in a camping cabin with our two young daughters! We really enjoyed the fresh cinnamon rolls in the mornings and hanging out by the pool and activity area in the evenings!

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
