Our family had a nice stay at the campground. The kids loved the pool and were in it as much as possible! The service was great with one exception when a staff member was a bit rude to my kids when they didn't realize that the jumping pillow thing was closed or closing. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Very nice place to stay they have all kinds of activities for the kids. One thing after another. Everyone is super friendly. What an awesome campground.

Great location back in the woods! Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and everything was great. Could have used some more utensils and misc pans, etc but we were well prepared. Site has plenty to do for the kids and family.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of family activities that were available right at the campground. The staff was friendly and the cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff responded quickly any time I had a question (for example about after hours purchases). I would definitely recommend this as a place for family and/or friends to stay and will likely be back ourselves!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The pool party was amazing. A suggestion would be to fix the shower to function by the pool. The only real issue was the lack of WiFi. We are hoping the issue will be fixed by our next visit.

Our stay was fantastic! So many different fun activities for our grandkids to enjoy. The pool was clean and very nice. The sites were clean and spacious-loved the woodsy surroundings. The staff were so nice and helpful. Plus, you can order pizza and they will bring a hot delicious pizza right to your campsite. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great! One of my daughters has decided this is the only campground she wants to visit. The only downside to the campground from a tent campers perspective is the bathroom situation. While it is always clean, and in top working condition, it would be nice if there were a second bathhouse for showers at least. Truly not a huge concern, but just a minor mention.

Very well organized and kept campground. Owners are always present and working hard to satisfy campers. We visited this same campground a few years back - huge improvements, that delivered a great experience for us. We will tell others about our experience and we will be back!

One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at. So many fun activities and super friendly staff! Our grandkids loved the pool party, slide, tie dye and especially movie night. We didn’t have time for all activities as we had other excursions, but we will be back for more!

Site 222 was amazing! The problem is the wood you sell does not burn even with firestarters. I get not wanting people to bring outside wood BUT then you need to have wood that actually burns.

Found it interesting that the facility only had 1 restroom facility, although it was always clean. Might want to consider another one as we did have to wait a bit for use.

The one main issue I have is the price and quality of the firewood, which is a very important part of camping. The wood is overpriced, and to make things worse, it doesn’t burn! You pay $8 for a bundle of non-burning wood here. Everywhere else it’s $5 and burns like it should. It’s a real issue when trying to have a fire.

They’re really nice and friendly, it’s a great campground. Showers are hot, pool is clean. They do need more office help so the store can stay open later, and someone to cut grass and the dead branches off trees.

They said they have WiFi, but they don’t. When we hooked up to the water we had to run it for a couple of minutes to get out all the rust from their lines. We don’t know if it messed up our whole house water filter. We are almost certain we asked for a pull through but got a back in.

Great spot 260. Plenty of stuff for the kids. Was nice to just walk around the campground. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Will stay again at this campground when in the area. Thank you!

Clean and well maintained. Location is more than 30 minutes from Ludington. Camp store and office has minimal open hours.

This campground was the dirtiest campground we've ever stayed at and we camp every 2 weeks at a different spot. Not happy at all with this one and won't be staying here again.

Other than the GPS taking me down miles of dirt roads to get to the campground and the WiFi not working, the stay was relaxing.

Park was clean and staff was very friendly. Ton of activities and stuff for children to do. Pool was perfect for hot summer days.

One of the included amenities was free wifi, but it did not work. No one answers the phone in the office. Text and email correspondences were was also delayed, which makes it difficult to ask a question or edit reservation.

Everything was great! Your bathrooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing to give feedback on was the firewood. If you are going to require people to buy it for $8 a bundle, please make sure it's good wood. You can tell it was not dried out and we saw where you kept your big pile of wood. It probably should be covered to keep it out of the elements.

This KOA was short of help so the store hours were minimal. Also, the store did not carry camping essentials. Thankfully, there was a tiny store outside of the park that carried what we needed. We will never return to this campground.

Not a good KOA experience. Our campsite was full of old leaves and twigs and could have been twice the size if the grounds were raked and cleaned better. Also our electric box only had one working outlet and made things challenging. I could not use all my lights and too dark to see at night. Others had the same problem. Also only having one bathroom for the entire KOA is not enough.

Another excellent 4th of July week at the Ludington KOA! Top notch service from checking in to re-booking for next year. The fireworks were amazing, as usual, and ammentities were plentiful. Thank you Nichole, Brian and the rest of the staff. See you next year!

We had a fabulous first time stay. The hospitality of this KOA was unmatched to any others we have ever stayed at! We will be back for sure.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
