Nicole was so helpful. She was always available via text messaging. She responded immediately. Nicole and her son made sure all the guest needs were met. We are definitely coming back! It was spectacular!!

the office seemed to be close during our entire stay; the printed internet information was "KOA Guest" which did not work, were informed by text it was LudingtonEastKOA which did not work either; not a single person from the resort came by to welcome or see if everything was OK....we had a nice site but came in after heavy rains so there was washed out sand everywhere, would not come again!

We had a breakdown on the way to the campground and had to be towed in about 8 pm. Nicole and Brian were absolutely wonderful; helping us with getting to our spot, helping us with everything we needed and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay, which turned a rough trip into a great one. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

First - the campground allows aggressive dogs. There was a pit bull that got off the leash and chased my leashed small dog. Happened in front of office but nothing was addressed. The facilities are not safe. The men’s shower the only option was scalding hot water and the women’s were backwards hot and cold. Property was dirty with trash everywhere. Could not walk without smell of dirty gar

Everything about this location was perfect! Nicole was very friendly and I truly appreciated the help her husband and brother in law gave when I had camper issues. The amenities were great as well as the distance from water activities and the market. I can’t wait to come back this season.

This is the campground to make your destination every year. Fun atmosphere, great activities for kids and adults, perfect location and the BEST staff that feels more like family friends. The campground was nice, and well maintained. However, for a "Holiday" KOA intended for long stays, there were a couple of things that I didn't appreciate. 1) Although WI-FI is advertised (and I assume, included in the price), it did not work in the area of the campground where we were located. The price of fire word was outrageous, being $3.00 per bundle above the going rate. No more space...

The park has expanded and it is beautiful. They had a lot of activities going on especially for the kids but we missed a lot of them because we found out after it had or was happening. They need a large white board or Caulk board by the office with the daily or weekend activities and times posted so it would be easily seen from a distance. Other than that our kids enjoyed what we did do.

Very accommodating and changed our sites so family could be near each other which was very important to our stay. Lots of unique activities and we all agreed loved the wooded settings. Check in was easy and lots of useful information sent to us before check in. Great stay!

We had a great stay, the cabin was clean, the wall mount fireplace was a nice touch! I liked that we didn’t have to have a key for the cabin but wished there was a screen door so we could go in and out without having to put the passcode in each time to open the door. Staff were all so friendly and we are hoping to come back if availability opens up!

Best KOA ever! Always stuff to do in area if you want to get out and play. Always quieter during mid-week for adults looking for some of that and many activities on weekends for families and children. I highly recommend staying up in the back forest area. If you want a family friendly atmosphere where the workers are like family then this is absolutely the place to camp! Yes you still have to pay!

Brian, Alex, and Kyle do an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly, and go above & beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Liked the area and all the activities. My biggest grip is that the water and electric hook ups where on the wrong side. The staff was very friendly.

This is our third time staying at this KOA. We love it because it’s laid back but has enough activity to keep the kids busy. The pool Is nice, the staff is helpful, accessible and friendly. The Camp-store is great. Also, a big plus is only 20 minutes drive to Lake Michigan!

This campground was perfect for our holiday weekend. The cabin was clean, and the site was large and private. Only complaint was the mosquitoes! The staff were friendly and helpful. Showers were clean and hot in the morning, but restrooms got dirty as the day went on. Lots of activities kept the kids busy all weekend. Will be back!

A bit deceptive to call this campground location “Ludington.” It is about 22 miles out of town. NOT grass on site #28, as described online, it’s sand and tall weeds. I didn’t appreciate the campers directly behind me. They had 3 sites and yet parked 15 feet from our camper. Brian and Nicole are THE BEST and the only reason I would “possibly” return in the future.

Great management! Clean pool & restrooms. Lots of activities for kids. The name is deceiving, it’s not in Ludington, it’s in Branch, a 24 minute drive to Ludington. Sites were dirt/sand and weeds. They did not trim the weeds before we came & they were 8 inches tall. Travel trailers were sinking into the ground due to the sand/dirt. They need to work on the ground maintenance for sure.

This campground is fantastic, we always have a great time while we are there. The couple running the campground are always there and approachable for questions or local suggestions, they take an already great campground and put it way over the top.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was our first experience at renting a cabin as we have a travel trailer but husband is having health problems so we opted for a cabin. Very good experience, it's clean, well stocked. Not many here as we stayed during weekdays, camp store wasn't open, and didn't need any services such as laundry or bathhouses. Only about 30 minutes from Ludington where we biked. Would definitely stay again!
