The cabin we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The environment was friendly and inviting. Next time definitely gonna bring the kids because the campground offers alot of fun family events.

We have an annual family reunion float trip down the nearby Pere Marquette River. This is the perfect place! The various “housing” options-cabins, tent sites-are perfect for our group, and the grandkids use the pool, slide and inflatable bubble. Finally, the staff is friendly, flexible and accommodating. Excellent place! 5 stars all the way!

The whole time we were there the pool wan never 90 as advertised. That was disappointing, looked forward to 90 water. We were there wed-Sat. The bathroom was decently clean but I saw the same dead bee on the floor day one thru day 4, as well as a piece of plastic bag on the counter the whole stay. The bathroom cleaning checklist was always marked off that it had been cleaned though.

I wouldn't recommend this campground to anyone !!! Our truck broke down on our way there and they refused to refund any of our money !!! Crooks !!!

Nice site, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Campground was well maintained including the pool, bounce pillow, and dog run.

Nice quiet place to stay. Off the beaten path. Plenty of staff to help you and answering questions.

When reservations were made, no mention of no tv in cabin. Also not one hook, hanger, towel rack, toilet paper holder in cabin. Moved to different cabin with no bed, only futon covered in dog hair. Poor staffing: only two people running the entire campground. Store was closed more than it was open. Laundry room issues. Security concerns due to no staff. Wi-Fi was almost non-existent.

We stayed Monday through Thursday. The campsite was relaxed and peaceful. The staff helped solve any issues that we had as best they could.

We rented the Deluxe Cabin for our stay. The cabin was clean and cozy. The owners and staff were very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the bounce pillow and the pool. The camp ground had a quiet and family friendly feel.

The park is large and clean. Our pull thru site was large and neat. The staff is friendly and keep campers busy with activities for all. A downer for us was the lack of WiFi in the area of the park we were.

We love the site size, love the cinnamon rolls, staff very friendly. Wifi did not work in back lots nor cellular service. Our site actually had butter wrappers and garbage along with broken glass on the ground. Unusual since campground is very clean.

Hopefully you found my letter in the drop box. Our stay was very nice. Your campground is beautiful. Your daily updates texts are a great idea. Our only issue was housekeeping. We paid a lot of money for cabin and it should be as clean as possible before arrival. TVs probably should not be advertised since none of the 3 units we rented the TVs did not work.

The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Loved the music playing in the pool area. Our cabin was clean. I loved that this was not a parking lot style campground. I just wish it were closer to Ludington.

Very nice campground. Sites aren’t clearly designated in some areas. Our electrical box did have a wasp nest but neighbors let us use theirs. Very quiet and family friendly. Kids loved the pool and playground

This wasn't one of the most upkept KOAs we have stayed at. Still had all the amenities, just felt older and a little more run down. The bathroom facilities weren't as nice as the other KOAs. The dog park felt like an after thought. The sites were clean and well kept. I appeared they put a lot of time into the pool.

Came to check in everything closed. Poor cell service and site number not in texts. Found buried in an email. No WiFi access as code provided at check in. Site picture was end paved. No paved sites in campground. Road in terrible. Charged extra for a 5# dog. Not disclosed until showed up on charges.

Campground was very clean and our site was great. I have young kids and was excited for the themed weekend. We were disappointed not much happened that had to do with theme and activities on the website like a wagon ride and heating the pool did not happen. Nothing changed at the pool for the splash party. If you want a clean campground but limited activities this place is for you.

We had a great time. There were lots of activities going on. The food truck they had was delicious. Everything was in walking distance. Great all around weekend there.

The mattress in the cabin was very uncomfortable and seemed to have springs just about poking out, however the campground was great, and had a lot for the kids to do.

The owners / staff were excellent Downfall: the events for the children are misleading - example - the gem find states $1 but you have to buy the bag of sand / gems for $11.99 (for the small bag) That should be listed instead of misleading that this event will be $1 - Maybe say $5 and include the bag Also - everyday crafts - thought that was free for the kids. At least that cost was only $5

Everything was great except we stayed at Cabin #8 and there was a large patch of poison ivy all along the back edge of the cabin. Kind of disappointed as we have two kids and a dog and we couldn’t really hang out at our site because we didn’t want to risk getting poison ivy. If the poison ivy can’t be removed, campers should be warned when checking in with kids and dogs. Love the kids activi

I loved how quiet the tent site was. Once it was dark, it was wonderfully for sleeping. I'm giving four stars as there was no kitchen facility (that I could find) so I had to wash my camp dishes with the hose by the pool with tap water. As I arrived after hours with a reservation and left at 6am, a sign at the ice chest is needed explaining the cost of the ice and how to pay for it after hours.

Great place to camp. Clean. Owner is friendly. You can see the improvements being done. New gravel not dirt roads. More/new full hook up sites. Great play area and a pool for the kids. We have been recommending this campground and will return ourselves. Close enough to Ludington State Park to do everything, but far enough to have your own space.

This campground is amazing, staff and owner are incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner drives around on a golf cart to the campsites dropping off firewood and informing all guests of upcoming events for the day/weekend. This is the second time we have stayed at this campground and both times we had a very positive experience! Our family will be coming again soon.

Was a good stay. Host was very friendly and very helpful. Note about accommodation: Bathroom desperately requires towels racks (there are none) -- also needed are hooks to hang clothes in bathroom. Hooks to hang clothes in main room. Shower desperately requires a soap dish and/or shelf to place toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, etc. A shelf under mirror at sink would be very useful.

The campground was very clean and well maintained. The gentleman that operated the campground was very nice/pleasant and even was willing to help you spot your camper in your site. We plan on making this a yearly trip in the future.

The owners are super kind, helpful, and welcoming. The camp sites are nice size. The bathrooms were clean. It was a great experience. We will be back.

We had a good stay. The adults in my group really appreciated how clean it was everywhere. However, I wish the slide was open daily. I had to tell my kids no to a huge slide everyday. Which, I understand that it needs supervision and can't be all day every day but maybe once a day? There's only two showers stalls in the ladies room, but I never had to wait. Hot water too!

We love this campground! We try to stay here at least once per year. In the fall, the campground hosts several "trick or treat" weekends, and we absolutely love seeing all the kids and families in costume. The campground is near the Pere Marquette River, which is fun to fish and tube. Only downside this year is it seemed that the campground was short on staff...saw several arrivals driving around the campground looking for their assigned spots...in the past these campers would have been escorted to their campsites.

What a fun little campground tucked back in the woods in Baldwin. I hope we will be back we enjoyed our short stay..so peaceful, clean, and fun!
