Internet sucked and no TV connection!Camp ground was clean. I would recommend, but only for short period stay.

Great visit with our grandchildren. All activities were well organized and fun. Only negative is that campground is advertised as WIFI , however the sites 200 and above did not have wifi. We were able to connect at the camp store but feel that since this is a holiday KOA wifi should be accessible throughout the campground.

You have a lovely campground that is well maintained. The pool is very nice. My only complaint is the extreme loudness at the time of the pool parties and when a movie is being show at dusk. The last weekend we were there the movie was scheduled to start at 9:30pm which means that it did not end until close to midnight and we could hear ALL of the action LOUD music even with windows shut.

If you want to relax and get away this is the campground for you. It is beautiful and so well done. Back in spaces are easy to use and the space between site is fantastic. Nice pool and lots of activities too.

I was disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work and that there were no batteries for the remote. I was very frustrated in the change in price from when we made the reservation. Although our original price was honored, I still spent half of the weekend extremely frustrated and that put a damper on the entire stay.

Everything was great except the firewood we had to to buy was very damp and wouldn’t stay burning. The bath house could be bigger. A lot of activities for kids. They loved it. Thank you

Stay was really nice. All employees where awesome. To me the negative was the stone roads. Could not ride my bike. Also the store did not have refrigerated food like milk, eggs etc. would I stay there again yes.

We are two seniors, veteran campers, pulling a 30-foot travel trailer, and preferring full hookups. We were in a newer section of the KOA (site 247) which had a nice concrete patio, fire ring, and grill. The KOA is about 22 miles from Ludington, MI which is the only town around to offer restaurants, Lake Michigan beaches and a full range of shopping. The campground itself offers playground activ

Campground was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Pool was very nice. Also, great for families with kids. Loved getting text messages as reminders too.

Best KOA experience ever! Shanna, the activity director went above and beyond!!! She drove herself to find my adult daughter who was very lost due to detours and no internet. Her father helped guide me and my travel trailer out of a tight turn in the park. He to was staff at this KOA ! I hope the excellent staff at this park gets recognized by KOA !!!!!

This was by far the cleanest KOA we have stayed at. It was deep in the woods so it was nice to not be in a city or by highways. However the WiFi is bad, the cell signal is bad, and the issue with that is you cannot get weather updates so if storms were coming you would not know. The camp store was small but nice. It is about 40 minutes from Ludington but right near Pere Marquette river.

This is a very nice campground. The tent sites are large and spread out, not right up against the road. The staff was great and had a lot of activities organized for the family. We will be back.

Quiet campground within Manistee Forest. Large sites. Not alot of weekday activities. Pool was nice. Staff was very accommodating. The camper rental we stayed in was nice but could be taken better care of (dirty outside and lights were out). We enjoyed our stay which was pretty chill. If your looking for a laid back stay with drivable access to activities, this could be the campground!

We made a last minute decision to go camping for a weekend and we got a space with KOA Holiday. We were hesitant about going because the only other KOA we went to had no activities for the kids other than a pool. KOA Holiday had it ALL!! They had a wonderful staff, great store, firewood delivered, an amazing site and activities through the day for the kids! Will ABSOLUTEY visit them again!

On arrival to our campsite we immediately noticed tree branches that were dangling. Upon setting up the tent one of the branches actually fell injuring two family members. We told the staff who at first were hesitant to switch sites as there were not many left. After few tries we got one but the office staff was cold, and un appoligetic even when the customers were hurt. Truly very sad :(

We stayed only 1 night, but had a great stay. The campgrounds are well kept and staff are very friendly! We also had very nice neighbors.

Our 2nd time staying here. The campgrounds are kept clean and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Dennis and his wife go above and beyond to help you as well as the rest of the staff. Our campsite was way in the back #241 and it was so peaceful back there. We will definitely be back next year. This is obviously a great place for families with kids also. Beautiful campground!! Lots of space, fun activities, friendly staff, and easy to pull our 5th wheel in and out. Night hike was awesome! We will be back in the fall.

We had a wonderful weekend at KOA. The cabin we rented was perfect! It was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed (we rented the linens). The events they offered were awesome and the kids had such a great time. The communication from the owners rivals some of the best 4 & 5 star hotels we've been to. We will definitively be back!

We were misappointed with the poor Wifi Internet connection. But the site was big, good, & level. The water pressurewas good. The bathrooms & laundry room were clean. The park activities & moive nights were good too. We'd return to camp there again.

Kids loved the activities, it was small and nicely spread out, clean, staff was very friendly. Price was to high for what we usually do. Most others are around $55-$65 a night for full hook up, some are even less.

This was our first experience with a KOA campground and we loved it! We wished there was more than one bathroom facility. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you! :)

I really wanted to give this particular KOA a 5, but one think that we didn’t like was the loose gravel at our site, which was the newer area. Our truck tires kept spinning when we left the site and we did get stuck upon arrival on our first day. You’re employee Dennis was super nice and helped us when our trucks wheels were spinning. Campground was nice, clean and pretty peaceful.

The amenities at the facility were great. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. It was practically non-existent. Fix that and it’s a 10 across the board.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
