This is by far the best KOA! This place is amazing for kids! They have things to do all day long kids are never bored, and large open lots nothing packed on top of each other. Love it here!

We rented an RV for three nights and it was great! This was our first time in this fun campground and we will certainly be back next year!! Thank you to the friendly and awesome staff for doing a great job here.

Rented a camping cabin for early October. The cabin was clean, heat worked, and campground was very peaceful. The 24 hour laundry room was great. We usually don't do laundry while camping. We were salmon fishing and needed it. The wifi connection was great in our cabin. My phone had service (Verizon), our son used the wifi. Bathrooms were clean and shower water was hot! Very happy staying here

Playground, jumping pillow and activities are good for the kids. The road to get in/out was in worse condition and should really be repaired.

We thoroughly enjoyed our late season camping experience. Our only complaint is that there was no heat in the restroom/shower rooms and they smelled atrocious.

Very nice and clean. Very well kept, however it is quite out of the way. The only thing I could mention is that 3/4 mile gravel road from the street to the campground entrance is a mess. Full of potholes and bumps. You must drive slowly and carefully otherwise you may damage your suspension.

The rustic cabin was perfect for our 3 person group! We stayed in early October so the fireplace was needed at night and in the morning. You can text the front store for anything you need and they will deliver it to you by golf cart... very convenient! Just be aware that you have to buy wood from the campground which starts to add up after multiple nights.

All of the workers are very nice and helpful. They had lots of activities for the weekend. Everything was very nice and well kept up.

Excellent campground! We loved all the trees, the facilities were new/updated and the kids loved the playground and jump pad. The entire staff did a great job with the Halloween activities and our entire family had a great stay!

My boy and I have coming up to this campground for several years to fish for salmon in the Pere Marquette river. Great campground and very friendly staff!

Everyrhing was great! The only disappointment that I had was that there was no Wi-Fi at the site I was in. My cell signal (Verizon) was very week and I was not able to receive emails, etc. I was able to down by the office - but it would have been nice to be able to do it at my camper. I hope to come again.

We found Ludington East/Pere Marquette River KOA to be exceptional. Our deluxe campsite was wonderful with a spacious patio and furniture and a path to our own firepit with swings and Edison lights. Plenty of mature shade trees and level gravel lots. There was an abundance of activity for kids. We had starry nights and a respectfully quiet stay.

Loved almost everything about this KOA my only qualms are: the mattress in the cabin was VERY hard & I was sore for 2 days after from sleeping poorly & I wish the music hadn't been played all day at the pool, especially when no one was there - I don't mind country but it would've been nice to either hear something else or not have to hear it at my cabin! Everything else was great! :)

We stayed in the hobbit cabin that was awesome plenty roomy for the size, nice size patio with oval table and two side chairs. Steps down to a fire ring complete with nice comfortable chairs and grill to cook our steaks on. Also water spicket close to cabin for cold water for dogs. Lots of activities and gorgeous pool, and of course hosts were wonderful and helpful in every way. Will go back.

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
