It was a convenient location, and very quiet in the back section. However, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the internet and tv reception was basically not working. I know we were in a forest but it was spotty service for internet at best.

The activities kept our family of five busy for the entire stay, and our sons had a blast. Pool was clean and well kept, playground offered lots of different play style and age options. Facilities were clean and updated. Site amenities matched expectations. Staff was friendly, helpful, and made our stay wonderful. We booked another reservation for this year the moment we arrived home.

What a beautiful campground. Lovely pool area. Nice clean laundry, so much going on…., arts and crafts, tyedying, pool party, snow cones..Mega slides, hay ride. This place has it all. Large spaces and great staff

We plan to return at least once per month through October as we love this KOA. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Nicole and Brian.

My son and I loved staying here! As a single mom, traveling can be difficult. KOA makes it easy by delivering firewood, snacks, and linens right to the campsite. There are tons of fun activities with a great family atmosphere.

We had a great time and stay with our grand daughters. There was plenty to do and the staff was very friendly. The new slide was a big hit with the girls.

Stayed for 7 days, tons of activities for kids to stay busy. Staff is above and beyond, go the extra mile for everyone. This is Our KOA in the state !!!

This KOA is located on a lovely spot on the earth. It has great activities for kids, and perhaps the finest camping cabins, in excellent settings that I have seen. However - two criticisms: 1) the WIFI is horrible 2) the pull thru sites are bad - no trees, no grass, and crammed together like sheep. I would recommend moving the pull thrus to a better spot, and upgrading the WIFI...

The cabins were neat and clean! I think? However, that a more descriptive section stating what’s exactly in each cabin would be helpful (ex: has a coffee maker, stove top, oven, etc etc). I would personally love a volleyball net and I think others would, too. � Also, my brother called the off season number many times trying to book a cabin but no response was ever given. ���‍�����

Absolutely wonderful experience and I cannot say enough about how accommodating the hosts were and how much they wanted their guests to have the best time. The events were wonderful and the campground, bathrooms and pool were all very clean and I never once felt unsafe letting my son wander around the playground or jump pillow.

Expect to receive A LOT of text messages from this group. All day, every day trying to sell you something. Text "stop" to the text thread they start. This KOA takes nickel and diming to the next level, even trying to charge you for an evening wagon ride. $4 ice cream cone. $8 wood... they would have gotten a good rating if they were not trying to pry $ out of my pocket every waking second.

We had an excellent stay! Staff wa a super helpful getting is in to our site & lots of fun activities for kids. We had a beautiful site with patio, grill & table included. The campground is about 25 mins east of Ludington but the availability of full hook ups & the extra space between sites was worth the extra drive into town. Wifi was a bit sketchy but overall great place. We’ll be back!

I don't like the bright lights on the power outlet boxes at every site. looks like a parking lot. To me this is light pollution, and ruins the star gazing.

Only drawback as we were on a Motorcycle was that some of the roadway and our cabin Parking area was loose stone instead of Gravel or Dolomite. Makes balancing over ½ ton of Bike, Rider, and gear really interesting at low speed.

We only stayed one night but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The campground and setting was beautiful. We plan to return for a longer stay in the summer and/or fall.

We had a very nice stay and the staff was very helpful and fun! We had a great site and everything was neat and clean. The only thing missing was a lack of TV reception. We did enjoy watching the kids on the bouncing mat and even though we don't have small kids, the outdoor movie screen was great! It was a little difficult to get to, but well worth it and very quiet with no Highway noise.

For a soft opening you guys still had stuff for our little guy to do!!! As always we miss everyone at the campground when we go home and can’t wait to come back! We can’t wait to try out the new slide the next time we come back. We are looking forward to coming back very soon!!! Z is already talking about swimming. This KOA was incredible. The Halloween weekend was so much fun. All the events planned, mix of things paid and free, fun sip and shop! I could literally go on forever. We especially loved the prompt response on text with fire wood delivery and the delicious cinnamon rolls! Staff were all amazing and the facilities were clean and wonderful. I cannot WAIT to bring all my friends next year! Thank you

Lovely park, clean, spacious, mostly level site. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the inundation of text messages reminding me of activities and opportunities available. I was given a schedule before I arrived and feel that was sufficient. I felt a bit harassed.

We stayed 3 times this year, we tried 2 other KOAs and will never do that again! We love it here!!! Kids are so welcomed and have so many activities to keep them busy and so do the adults! It truly feels like home here and we absolutely cannot wait for the 2023 season!

We upgraded to the delux cabin this year and let me tell you… we loved it. The kids loved the bunk beds and the parents loved that there was a bathroom!!!

Love the campground and the people! I do wish the playground equipment could be updated. But otherwise great place and we will be back. FYI the wood was not very dry and it was difficult to burn especially for the price.

Enjoyed our site. Quiet. No WiFi, but that's not necessarily bad. Need more washers & dryers. Need small bench and/or more hooks in the showers.

Nice campground with a great staff! We have been going every year for their Halloween weekends, the kids love it. It’s quiet and tucked away, which is great for a relaxing weekend and for letting the kids go off by themselves.

This is by far the best KOA! This place is amazing for kids! They have things to do all day long kids are never bored, and large open lots nothing packed on top of each other. Love it here!

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
