Another excellent 4th of July week at the Ludington KOA! Top notch service from checking in to re-booking for next year. The fireworks were amazing, as usual, and ammentities were plentiful. Thank you Nichole, Brian and the rest of the staff. See you next year!

Had a great time. Loved our site with the patio. Plenty of room between the sites. Very family friendly and plenty of things to do for the kids. I liked the text updates and deliveries to our campsite. Easy to check in and checkout. The only thing to improve is the firewood. It was damp and hard to start.

This is my favorite KOA that we stay at. We come back every year for the 4th of July. The owners and staff are friendly and down to earth and they have a lot of fun activities going on that our family love. I would recommend that any camping family come stay here!

Our site 249 needs flattening out and closer access to the hookups. The host showed us where to park we were not allowed back it up or move it 2 feet over so things could align. it was so high off the ground we had to put 2 boards under the steps after they were fully extended to full reach the ground and not hang in the air! We had to climb up and down to get in the trailer. Needs leveling off!!!

The only downfall was not enough pet stations. People were not picking up After their pets due to lack of bags/dump sites.

Nicole was so helpful. She was always available via text messaging. She responded immediately. Nicole and her son made sure all the guest needs were met. We are definitely coming back! It was spectacular!!

the office seemed to be close during our entire stay; the printed internet information was "KOA Guest" which did not work, were informed by text it was LudingtonEastKOA which did not work either; not a single person from the resort came by to welcome or see if everything was OK....we had a nice site but came in after heavy rains so there was washed out sand everywhere, would not come again!

We had a breakdown on the way to the campground and had to be towed in about 8 pm. Nicole and Brian were absolutely wonderful; helping us with getting to our spot, helping us with everything we needed and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay, which turned a rough trip into a great one. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

First - the campground allows aggressive dogs. There was a pit bull that got off the leash and chased my leashed small dog. Happened in front of office but nothing was addressed. The facilities are not safe. The men’s shower the only option was scalding hot water and the women’s were backwards hot and cold. Property was dirty with trash everywhere. Everything about this location was perfect! Nicole was very friendly and I truly appreciated the help her husband and brother in law gave when I had camper issues. The amenities were great as well as the distance from water activities and the market. I can’t wait to come back this season.

This is the campground to make your destination every year. Fun atmosphere, great activities for kids and adults, perfect location and the BEST staff that feels more like family friends. The campground was nice, and well maintained. However, for a "Holiday" KOA intended for long stays, there were a couple of things that I didn't appreciate. 1) Although WI-FI is advertised (and I assume, included in the price), it did not work in the area of the campground where we were located. The price of fire word was outrageous, being $3.00 per bundle above the going rate. No more space...

only complaint is the lighted post for the electric and water. The light shined into my camper and was very annoying!!!!!

The park has expanded and it is beautiful. They had a lot of activities going on especially for the kids but we missed a lot of them because we found out after it had or was happening. They need a large white board or Caulk board by the office with the daily or weekend activities and times posted so it would be easily seen from a distance. Other than that our kids enjoyed what we did do.

Very accommodating and changed our sites so family could be near each other which was very important to our stay. Lots of unique activities and we all agreed loved the wooded settings. Check in was easy and lots of useful information sent to us before check in. Great stay!

We had a great stay, the cabin was clean, the wall mount fireplace was a nice touch! I liked that we didn’t have to have a key for the cabin but wished there was a screen door so we could go in and out without having to put the passcode in each time to open the door. Staff were all so friendly and we are hoping to come back if availability opens up!

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
