Stayed for one night but was impressed by the park and facilities. The hostess was very helpful and engaging. WE have already recommended the facility to friends.

This was my 4th consecutive year staying in a cabin at the KOA campground in mid-October, as I visit the area this time every year for a fishing trip. Hosts were communicative & gracious as usual. All the pertinent details about my stay were provided to me ahead of time, as well as during my stay. I enjoy the close proximity to the river areas I fish. Looking forward to next year's stay.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin- the bed was very uncomfortable, the furnace was extremely loud, and the floors were very squeaky. No one slept well and we left early to get home. We were also told a map with our cabin number and door code would be available at the store to check-in, but they were not and we didn’t get a reply to our text message inquiring about it. We had to find help.

We really enjoyed our stay. Will most definitely be coming back in the spring and summer for family gatherings! The host was amazing. Very very good experience.

Was looking for a place to stay while salmon fishing, had stayed once before and was nice We normally do not do KOA due to price and we do not use all the features Online reservation site was confusing so called to make reservation. VERY nice stay, we like a quiet atmosphere and was perfect! Grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained and made for a pleasurable stay. Will be back again.

The campground is very nice and we enjoyed our time there. Some activities that were originally offered when we booked were not available and we were only notified of this right before our stay. Other activities we had to ask for them to open after th scheduled time. Overall it was a good experience and the campgeound was very nice, relaxing, and well.cared for.

Camp sites are spacious and well maintained the staff is extremely helpful and energetic in all the activities they put in there’s fun for all ages and trails to walk or ride on just outside the campsite, highly recommend staying, we will be back next summer

I was basically the only rig there for two days to see the fall colors. Communication with the campground was fantastic. They put me in the front spot near the office. Wi-Fi was good. Very quiet. Very safe. Thank you.

Wonderfully helpful and kind management. I would recommend showing photos of the dog pens in the specialty campsites. The site with swings by the fire was amazing.

Very nice people running the place and great activities for the kids. Way overpriced for baby boomers traveling through and fishing. I paid $95 a night for two weekend nights, and 72 for Sunday night.

Overall, a good campground. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean. Facilities are sufficient but showing some age. The staff does tons to involve families with activities and events; however, this campground is a bit remote. If you’re looking to be close to town or amenities, maybe not for you.

The cabin was nice except I got the cabin so I could have WiFi to do work remotely and the cabin I had was out of reach of WiFi reception so I feel like I overpaid for something I couldn’t use. The firewood there was still green/wet and wouldn’t hold a flame and only smolder so I was disappointed with that as well. Service and owners were very nice

the men's shower and restroom need a deep cleaning. the showers look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

We stayed 40 nights and it was great ! Bridgette and her staff, Ashlie, Austin, Haley, Hunter and Amelia were so helpful ! They delivered pizza, ice and wood when purchased. The kids in the park loved all the things they could play on. Giant Slide, bouncy pad, playground stuff etc. We would definitely go back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend - all of the Luddington KOA team were so helpful to us. The cabin was charming and very clean. The children enjoyed the playground and sand pits very much - crafts too. The Camp Store had all the right stuff and we frequented it regularly. It was such a great time that I can't think of any suggested improvements. We will see you again!

Everything was great and perfect stay as alaways. Only complaint ( not really a complaint we love it there) was in pictures the cabin ( A Frame) we booked shows a tv on wall and there was no TV. we were not there to watch tv just expected one based off pics. we did not bring this up to staff or cared we just like a bit of backround noise at night and thought it had one. Campground and staff is A++

My only issue I had is with the campsite in the beginning and at the end of my stay. the site was not level and the sewer hook up was 35 foot away. It took me 40 minutes to empty my tanks because the ground is so un level. My hose support kept on tipping over and the sewer hook up is actually on a high part of the ground so you can’t get a good flow.. sewer hook ups should be at the center

We were looking for a last minute place to stay near Manistee. Ludington KOA? Not even close to Ludington! We had no choice, and it worked out ok. The one thing about KOA campgrounds is that they are consistent. If you are into off roading and river activities, it should be a nice place to be. If you have kids, the park has lots of activities. Skip having a fire, wood is to expensive.

So many activities for the whole family - games, crafts, pool parties, jump pillow, arcade, etc. Staff are always able to meet any need we have. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

At check in the clerk was using a weed vape in the store. Whole store smelled like weed. She was visibly high. Skipped me 3 times. Had to explain to my son why she was smoking indoors. My whole family was irate. Site that advertised electric didn’t have it. Had to run an extension cord from a neighbor. I will NEVER return. Requesting refund. Terrible experience. Weekend ruined.

The staff was nice. The main problem we had was our cabin was supposed to have WiFi access, and the cable TV didn't work, it was all static. The area had no cell phone coverage and without wifi we couldn't even use wifi calling to text or call, and no data on our phones. That was very frustrating having to drive miles to get any signal because our wifi didn't work. We also just left a day early.

We have stayed in the past. It seems to have declined. The pool was not heated, activities were not gatherings and food items paid for with wristbands were old and stale. For the price, I’m not in a hurry to return.

Overall, nice. A little too far away from just about anything. Lots for kids to do, but we don't have kids, so not too important. Bath/showers were OK, but a bit mildewy/dank. The biggest issue was 3 out of 5 days, I had to take a freezing cold shower due to absolutely no hot water. That's a deal breaker for me. If not fit that, we'd probably return.

Owners are very friendl! Camp ground and pool were very clean, lots of activities all day long for the kids! I highly recommend the Ludington KOA!

On a positive note the campground is a great place for families with young children as it provides lots of entertainment for children. Unfortunately the remaining amenities are in dire need for some maintenance. We booked a site with a fenced in dog area which was just a fenced in dirt patch. Sites were uneven, barely any gravel. Directions to the site were horrible. Were told to go the wrong way.

We love this campground! We try to stay here at least once per year. In the fall, the campground hosts several "trick or treat" weekends, and we absolutely love seeing all the kids and families in costume. The campground is near the Pere Marquette River, which is fun to fish and tube. Only downside this year is it seemed that the campground was short on staff...saw several arrivals driving around the campground looking for their assigned spots...in the past these campers would have been escorted to their campsites.

What a fun little campground tucked back in the woods in Baldwin. I hope we will be back we enjoyed our short stay..so peaceful, clean, and fun!
