Nice A good stay and great pepole just need a little more to do bad weather as it was ( no falt of you) leaves you sitting in the camper.

Everything was just fine and the tent spaces were very nice, but I was thinking there would be some beach area. This is my fault for not checking the details out more and just presuming there would be beach areas based on the location. Everyone was very friendly and there was plenty to do as well as just walk and enjoy. I was sorry we didn't get to stay longer due to the weather. Thank you!

This was our second trip. We only live an hour away- so it’s an easy drive to have a quick family friendly getaway! We love it there! We will definitely be back again!

Indoor activities that were available, were great for the kids. First 2 days were rainy, but day 3 was gorgeous, and allowed us to enjoy the outdoor activities. Fishing and kayaking was awesome. The shop and laundry facility also made things super convenient. Would 100% go back again.

Sites are small, but there was no one at the site directly behind us so it really helped. Would have loved to stay at a waterfront site but they were so much more expensive! Wish there was a pool. My daughter LOVED the playground and bounce pad but sometimes the big kids took over the pad or playground which made it so my daughter couldn’t play.

Just like I remember and even better for kids with the upgrades like playground the dirt track and mini golf love it plan on coming back once a yr in July. Not this one but next yr.

This was my first time camping with my new camper . I had a beautiful view and a great spot. There was nothing y’all could have done about the weather but I would come again if I could get the same spot but thanks again for having us

My guest and I had a wonderful time, and I would definitely recommend this camp ground to anyone. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the cabin we stayed in was very clean!

We checked in on 5/6 for a relaxing Holiday weekend. Within an hour of getting setup smoke started rolling out the front of of coach. I started checking things out and discovered of fireplace was not working. Next day things got worse, we lost power to the entire coach and In the process our like new Air Fryer stopped working. To top it off the bathrooms were nothing short of nasty worse stay ever

Great campground and beautiful location. It's a bit out of the way if you want to go to Roanoke and Kitty Hawk, if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Beautiful individual bathrooms, average water pressure, clean laundry, well stock camp store. Great staff.

Except for the wind, we had a wonderful stay. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. A few blinds needed to be repaired and we would suggest hooks be hung in different places (front door; bathroom; bedrooms) to hang clothing. Also a second shelf in the master bedroom so that both sides of the bed have a shelf.

The staff went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The campground was very clean. We stayed in a waterfront cabin and the views over the water were spectacular! The nature trails were a nice place to ride our golf cart through. We stayed during a week that was very windy so can't wait to come back and enjoy the amenities like kayaking & paddle boarding.

I would have rated five stars, if it wasn't for the roads condition inside the camp. I had a small car to use, for rides to the city, and I almost destroyed the tires. Please, do something about the huge rocks you have as a pavement. That's the only reason I'd think twice before I come back. And, please, notify me if you've done something about it. We really liked the place. Thank you.

We were supposed to have an RV, but they no longer are renting RV's so they upgraded up to a waterfront cabin on them! It was beautfiul and the campgraound is well taken care of and quiet! Highly recommend and we will most likely go again!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there was only one towel bar to hang towels, would be nice to have hooks on the back of the doors. My grandson loves playing at the playground and riding the four wheeled bikes around the track.

Our stay was wonderful! The location is gorgeous, lots of fun amenities, and super friendly staff. Our kids really enjoyed the pedal cars. The bathrooms were super clean and had fun music playing. Thank you for the hospitality, we’ll be back soon!

Very well kept campground with an abundance of very polite staff who are always willing to help with anything that pops up. Beautiful views of the sound and the back of the grounds. A bit of a drive to see the attractions of the outer banks but with that comes a very quiet camping experience.

Only needed an overnite stay & it was going to rain whole time so could not enjoy all cabin included, so a reduced rate for situation would have been accommodating @ $99 not full price ckd in 8p left at 8a. It was nice to stay, but need more options & probably would consider going back. Staff who ckd me in was not very friendly & said dont come on Memorial Day its so expensive! Not what I have c

I was in desperate need of a quiet getaway. From making the call getting information through being checked in and checked out by Chris. It was an absolutely perfect day. KOA Currituck is a peaceful, beautiful place that everyone should take the time to visit. There is question that my dogs and I will be back. Thank you so much for providing a perfect getaway in the nick of time!

Great location, quite serene just what we needed to sit back and relax and enjoy the view. This KOAis tucked away behind churchs Island neighborhood so you wouldn't even know it's there. The roads are very narrow when going through this area before you get to the KOA so keep that in mind if you have a big rig, but don't let that scare you cause there are plenty of big rigs that go there. Yes we're going to visit again. staff was great location is great bathrooms and laundry. Facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Convenient store was great and the fun activities they have outside like a jump house putting green little mini go karts that use by pedal power if you wanna work out try those out real fun time. oh, and make sure you visit the Morris farmers market in Currituck, which is about 26 minutes away definitely a place you need to visit for the shopping the food the music and environment totally worth it. And if you want to venture out a little further like we did, we went to Kitty Hawk, which only took us barely an hour to get to, which was such an easy and scenic drive, and we got to see an awesome part of history when it comes to the first recorded flights and innovation.

Very well kept resort! The spaces are gravel and level and plenty of space between spots. Lots of things for kids to do. Bathrooms were super clean and tended to throughout the day. Our space had a really nice seating area overlooking the water. We were only there a few days to spend time at Outer Banks, so that is a journey. We would've stayed closer, had we realized. The speed signs are no joke…from the KOA where there's only one way in and out (the police were waiting to ticket a little outside the entrance) and all through the Outer Banks. We saw so many people pulled over (including us). Just pay attention because the speed changes fairly often.
