Early check-in is based on availability.
If late checkout is requested a fee will be applied.

Waterlily Road Speed Limit

For the courtesy of our neighbors on Waterlily Road, please be cautious and adhere to the 25MPH speed limit.

How long is the shuttle ride?

About 20 minutes one way to Timbuk II Shopping. Still need to time out everything once the boat is certified.

Sunset cruise information

The Sunset cruise is first come, first serve - sign up at the welcome center (must have at least 5 passengers, no more than 20).
The 2-hour is on Thursdays & Fridays leaving 1 hour before sunset.

Deposit Policy

The standard deposit for all campground reservations is the first-night stay plus tax at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy - RV & Tent Sites

Please call the campground to cancel your reservation. Text, E-mail, and Voicemail notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not speaking to a representative or a no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

RV and Tent Site Cancellations: If the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund with a $10 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.

Sites on Holiday Dates: If the holiday reservation is canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund with a $20 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.

Cabins, RV Rentals, and Safari Tents Cancellations: If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund with a $10 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's stay plus tax.

Accommodation on Holiday Dates (Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, etc.): 
If the reservation is canceled prior to fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded except a $20.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled less than fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax.

Cancellation Policy - Groups

If your reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $20 change fee per reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 29 days prior to your arrival, all deposits paid will be consumed as your cancellation fee and your reservation will be released.

Occupant Policy

A maximum of six occupants are permitted per RV site.
The maximum number of occupants on an accommodation site cannot exceed the maximum number of guests the unit can sleep.

Pet Policy

A copy of the rabies certificate is required to be provided at the time of check-in. All guests will be required to sign a pet agreement at the time of check-in. The resort pet fee in our accommodations is $50.00 per pet and a maximum of 4 pets per RV reservations or 2 pets per Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Visitor Policy

A $10 fee, which includes the vehicle fee, will be charged per visitor. 
All visitors must leave by 10 p.m. of the day they are visiting.
Visitors must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on a site.

Vehicles

One vehicle is included in the site fee. One extra vehicle may be parked on your site for an additional $10 per day.

Golf Carts

A $10 per day fee will be charged for personal golf carts and rental golf carts $55 a day plus tax.
All guests must fill out a golf cart waiver for both personal and rental golf carts. 
There is no fee for seasonal campers who wish to bring their own golf cart.
All guests including seasonal campers must provide a copy of insurance for personal golf carts.
