Very crowded but I love the dog wash station! Also great, clean bathrooms and convenient that there’s ice for purchase in the lobby.

Outstanding campground in a perfect setting. Easily became my favorite KOA after just one stay. The staff is so helpful and focused on their campers, a shoutout to Eric who guided me to all the cool spots. Having a restaurant with excellent food was a bonus.

Ouray itself is beautiful, the KOA was nice! It had a mining area for the kids, dog park, and parks around, however we were disappointed to see there was no pool, especially for the cost. We got lucky with our particular site being under a tree, otherwise there wasn't a lot of shaded areas. The facilities were somewhat clean and well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels.

We love the Ouray KOA! It has everything we need and the staff are very friendly. Camp was clean and well cared for. Coffee shop was a delight when we wanted to stop in for some morning coffee!

Lovely last minute, one-night stay. Bathrooms were clean and we enjoyed the convenience of having the store steps from our campsite.

The staff were amazing, and we loved all the amenities! The tent site had a lot of rocks which made it difficult to put tent stakes in but overall a great experience.

The staff was friendly, facilities were nice and clean. However, I wish there would have been a map of the campgrounds online so I could have requested a specific tent area. The second night, I woke up around 1:30 a.m. to a constant beeping.I was unable to sleep and the next morning found out it was a cabin smoke detector.Restrooms were clean and I enjoyed the hot shower. Very friendly staff.

Immediately upon pulling in, the general manager made a point of coming up to the car w no greeting to tell us to drive slowly. I had jusr turned off the gravel road in to the office. I was driving slowly. Later we got a call on our way back from town complaining our campsite was messy. We hadnt finished putting up the tent because it was 85 degrees. Food in cabin. We left and went to hotel.

We are a non pet family and we were placed 2 sites from the dog run. We would have a appreciated a site away from the pet area. Also, occasionally it smelled like sewage.

A large campground with beautiful scenery and friendly staff. The tent sites are clean and maintained, while the restrooms are plentiful and periodically cleaned. I loved the ample tree coverage & green grass of my site. I would stay again!

We loved Ouray KOA and have already planned our next visit with more family! This is hands down the best KOA ever, the staff and the amenities were above and beyond! Can ot reccomed this stay enough :)

We had the best time! Perfect mix of rugged and comfort, we did the via Ferrata while we were there and were very comfortable!

The staff and the campground itself were amazing. The facilities were so nice and clean. They even had a restaurant and a shop on site. There were so many cool little activities like a mineral panning activity and there was even a hiking trail within the campground. I definitely will be coming back. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. They had really good knowledge of the local 4x4 trai

It was nice to have a dog park and bathrooms so close to our campsite since we were tent camping. However the bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner.

Campground was clean/well maintained and staff were friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the tent site in front of the office feel like they’re on top of each other. Wish there was a little more space.

The remodeled grounds are awesome although can be a bit noisy for campers as they have been relocated along the road coming into the campground. However there's plenty of space and the camping pits are soft with wood mulch so be sure to have a good ground sheet. Restrooms/showers are amazing. I came in late and it was very nice of the hosts to provide the number for the restrooms on the form

Considering that half of the bathrooms where out of service I felt that there should have at least been complimentary coffee in the morning. Also the spacing of the campsites could have been better thought out instead of cramming people right next to one another when there was ample space.

The very large bus of kids and the front bathroom closure made it very difficult to use the restroom the last few days of our stay. Otherwise great service and great stay.

In the past we have been very happy with our this KOA, but this time much less so. Part of this was our fault in not planning ahead to reserve the type of site we prefer (grassy tent, basic cabin). Tent pad was too small for our family tent so we used our backpack tent and the wood chips stuck to everything as we crawled out. Women’s shower drain did not drain. No electric, wobbly table.

The campground is very clean and in a nice setting . Only problem was the inconsiderate drivers stirring up dust from going too fast . Speed bumps might be in order . The bath house was spotless !

Camp ground is always clean n free of debris never any trash on the ground! The shower house/ restroom is always clean spotless after it's been cleaned. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and happy! The store had everything needed and they delivered almost everything with very reasonable prices service with a smile 😃. We'll be making some reservations here in the near future love and enjoyed every moment of this last camping trip there they made our little vacation very pleasant!

Nice size lots and a nice big campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the location is perfect! Great small local hikes with dogs is ideal and easy here. Close to town and easy to get to larger town if needed. Quiet. The stream through the campground is lovely. We saw deer every day on our hikes in the park.
