Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Especially the folks at the front desk – they were amazing. And the bakery/Café that is on site – it really needs to be promoted more! We were surprised to find it, and it was awesome! And the staff in the café/bakery were great! Can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back with more people!

The staff was friendly, the campground was in perfect condition. We had our questions answered and there was communication by text about the weather, when the store was closing, and the weekend activities. They also gave us a 25% discount because we stayed for 5 nights. We had no complaints at all. Would definitely return to this KOA!

This place was great. Clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They hosted s’mores and a dinosaur scavenger hunt and my kids had a blast! My puppy loved it there too with the dog walk and dog park.

I usually always try and stay at KOA's and I should did better with site selection. We were in 61 right by the walking bridge to the restaurant, office and laundry Also maintenance golf cart going back and forth often. Not an ideal site noise and wide open to all people walking by you may get 5 ft from the bridge. My fault I'm not going back to change sites since many we open and available.

Park was nice, staff very friendly. I was in a tent and unfortunately had several days/nights of high wind that was a little sketchy, but I survived �Ϝ. Only down thing is there where stickers all over camp sites. Glad I didn’t bring my pup, she would have been miserable

All staff members are really nice and helpful. The activities for the kids were great. They were helpful in keeping our group closer together with cabins and an rv spot. Overall great experience.

We found all the staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Absolutely, one of our best camping experiences. Jeff, Carl, Dove, Chris and Kelly we will always remember them for their kindness. Facilities were always clean! A special thank you to Chris who helped us with our electrical issues and enabled us to continue our adventure �ϋ�

The staff was amazing. I do with that corporate would put a disclaimer on the website that there is currently no Internet at the location. The workers should not have to be yelled at like they were for things they have no control over. If it was disclosed that it wasn't working instead of being upgraded it would help tremendously. Staff worked hard too get its the space we wanted. Smoke from nearby campfire in evenings made it impossible to sit outside.

They were super awesome. I have a 45-foot trailer. They were really helpful and helped me back it into a super tight spot. They were really considerate about most things. And helpful.

Friendly staff, clean grounds, beautiful. We’ve been coming here since the late 80’s. While it was a hassle with little to no wi-fi, they are in process of updating to fiber optic!

We arrived early before check-in and because we had nowhere else to go, they checked us in early. Very nice hosts. The campgrounds were nice and our pull through was level. Lots of big trees kept us cool. I would heartily recommend this KOA.

The campground is just a few miles North of Ouray. It is clean, well maintained and had a wonderful walking trail through the woods where we could excercise our pup! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Sending a Big thank you to Kelly who checked us in! We will definately be back!

Great they are upgrading the Wifi and Laundry. However when I made my reservation months ago I didn’t know the laundry wouldn’t be operational. It would have been good if they would have sent an email advising its not be working and I could have made other plans. They put it on the website but who goes back to the website after a reservation is booked ? Could have the rate too since no laun

Great people at KOA Ouray, Ty was especially helpful when arriving with anything we asked and some useful local knowledge. Bathrooms super clean and very easily accessible from our camp site. Great camping experience for the entire week.

It is a wonderful campground! Aaron was so customer service oriented and friendly. Tyler was super nice too. Bathhouse was clean and set up well. All staff we encountered were so friendly.

We were disappointed the laundry facility was not available, there are no laundries in Ouray. The rocky mantle of the sites was dirty and dusty, but that is a common complant of a lot of RV parks. We like the location, the sound of the water as it washes thru the park. The staff were all very friendly. Our DISH tail gate receiver worked well. It is a great location.

There is a lot of great work being done to this KOA. When it’s finished the WiFi should be working, the laundromat should be in place. The host was very nice since we were early season. It’s a great campground for the dogs.

Very beautiful scenic views are awesome. The campground is very clean. Everyone is friendly and all of the employees work very hard to keep the campers. Satisfied and happy during their visit. Beautiful place recommended to anyone passing through Colorado.

Great location for fall color peeping. Close to Ridgway (cute little town). Wonderful hosts, restaurant was pretty good! Might definitely return!

The best KOA we stayed in last 20 years ! Unbelievable friendly stuff and efficient. The manager goes way overboard to make sure your stay is the best It was one of the best experiences we had Hallowing decoration was too amazing

Camp ground is always clean n free of debris never any trash on the ground! The shower house/ restroom is always clean spotless after it's been cleaned. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and happy! The store had everything needed and they delivered almost everything with very reasonable prices service with a smile 😃. We'll be making some reservations here in the near future love and enjoyed every moment of this last camping trip there they made our little vacation very pleasant!

Nice size lots and a nice big campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the location is perfect! Great small local hikes with dogs is ideal and easy here. Close to town and easy to get to larger town if needed. Quiet. The stream through the campground is lovely. We saw deer every day on our hikes in the park.
