I have been staying at this KOA twice a year for the last 20 years. It's the best KOA and I have been to many. Will be be back next year!

We came for the Big Head Todd concert and of course the leaf peeping on Million Dollar Hwy. We were excited we could have a fire, and appreciate the delivery to our site. ONE suggestion, you guys should consider a shuttle to Ouray. There is no parking and no Uber service. You guys could profit from a 12 passenfer van to and from Ouray a few times a day.

Love this KOA - sites are big and many have wooden fences around them and patios for the picnic table. Just wish the restaurant was open more

Wonderful experience in a fantastic location! Camping cabin was great for us and our pups, facilities were clean, staff were friendly, and the surroundings were beautiful. We’ll be back!

Super clean bathrooms. Rented a cabin and it was clean. Has a shelf with a chair and a bench which is nice. Was near the running water, the sound was lovely. Everyone was super nice.

Great cabin-clean, warm and a good location. No amenities including coffee bar which was closed the entire week.

I throughly enjoyed my stay! I arrived late to check in after hours, but the night check-in was so easy thanks to their system. The park was clean and all of the staff were super nice and helpful in any way you needed! The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. And they have a wonderful store of commonly needed food products and gifts! Great stay! My family will be back! :o)

Shower rooms were excellent and very clean, there were no garbage cans throughout the site and they would not allow me to park my in closed trailer in front of the cabin it was not blocking the roads. The overflow needs to be closer to the cabin site if that’s possible.

Friendly staff. clean bathrooms. very nice mattress in cabin. nice laundry area. CLOSE to Ouray and other attractions, such as the hot spring pools.

Deluxe Cabin was perfect for our small family reunion. Deck, fully furnished inside and out, very clean and comfortable. Loved the ceiling fan. It is squeaky. Thank you for the additional bedding. We ended up with some surprise guests Sunday night who could not make the full reunion. Thank you for the soap and shampoo dispensers, the broom, Kurig, micorwave and fridge. Would like more coffee pods

Great facilities everything was clean and the staff was great! My only complaint is the little restaurant. 1st if you say you open at 7:30 then do so, and be ready. The 1st morning late opening and when they did nothing was ready. Had biscuits and gravey which was delicious. Some of my family had cinnamon rolls, not good those things where hard. 2nd day B&G took forever and burned on the bottom.

We have stayed at this KOA since the first year David owned it. That is over thirty five years with very few years missed. We have made reservations for another week in 2027.

We were disappointed that there was no way to cook a meal inside the Deluxe cabin other than a microwave. Other KOAs where we've stayed had at least a burner on the counter. We had to try to use the gas grill outside which was difficult and not clean. With the price we paid for the cabin, there should have been at least a small range or electric burner inside.

Slight oversight not having a key to our cabin attached to our reservation packet when we arrived was quickly fixed. Otherwise, it was perfect. Beautiful campground.

Perfect camping experience. Beautiful facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked the breakfast area to be opened earlier than 7:30, and to have more menu items for hot breakfast. The only option seemed to be biscuits and gravy. Overall, a great experience.

Was a large campground with bark chip walkway next to stream. sites pretty close together but well maintained. beware of dog walk- must stay on pathway or get attacked by cactus ! staff super nice. wish i would've found little cafe sooner. but muffins & cookies were delish!!!!

Nice campground. Almost 5 stars but for couple things. The good: Great staff, one of best stocked stores encountered, clean restrooms and showers, wooded, and nice fire-pit. The not quite as good: Nice laundry room but 2 of 5 dryers out of order. (All washers working so had to wait on getting a dryer). It has a restaurant. In evening had a pizza and fried ravioli which hit the spot. For breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Our friends had pancakes and sausage patties and the patties were underdone. I had a breakfast skillet which was good , but bacon was small shreds had to hunt for. Husband's hiker's breakfast (fruit and eggs) was great. All in all glad to have stayed there.
