Staff were very attentive and helpful. It was quiet. However, the lack of shade was tough. Bathrooms/shower cleanliness was acceptable, but I would have like to see that maintained a little bit better. Wish there was a swimming pool, too!

Super friendly, helpful staff . Beautiful setting . Lots of places to walk our dog. Didn't get a chance to try the laundry or enjoy the fresh baked goods. Next time for sure. We will return

We are dry campers, so I didn't care for how close the sites are to each other. The weather was hot and windy, so having the full hook ups was nice. We were able to watch movies in air conditioned comfort. If I was traveling, this would be a nice stop over.

Everything about the stay was excellent. Wow! Every KOA should be run like this. Staff is super friendly, everything is clean and well maintained. Definitely would visit again.

The staff were great! Very helpful and accommodating! A couple things to make it better: 1) replace all bright white lights with night sky, animal friendly lighting; 2) the strongly perfumed bathrooms are very hard on people with asthma and allergies, tone it down by a lot please; why have grass that you mow? It looks ridiculous within the surrounding natural beauty.

Your campground is very neat and clean. All the employees were very friendly and nice to talk to. And they were very helpful. The senary is so beautiful. The creek that runs through the campground is awesome too. Your campground is my #1 place to stay. Maybe I will get back someday. Wisconsin is a long drive.

This is one of our favorite places to camp. It's because of the location, staff, and activities they host for kids. We always make it into Ouray for shopping and for lunch and/or dinner on one afternoon or night.

Our spots were great right by the stream however the entry road is right there and people kick up a ton of dust and speed even though there are multiple 5mph signs. They need to add some more options to slow people down. Kid signs, speed bums or something. The staff was very friendly. Oh, if you bring a SxS they will make you park it in the back overflow. Can’t keep it on your sight.

We requested a 60 foot site and didn’t get that. Our 16 foot Airstream barely fit. We had to move the table to be able to park our vehicle in the site. Bathrooms were not very clean. And there were not enough showers for that size of campground. We were told to slow down when our speedometer said we were going 6 miles per hour. I watched the camp hosts fly through there in their jeeps.

Nice, beautifull area, relaxing, helpful and friendly staff. lots of goat head thorns, some minor maintenance and upgrade to the internet was there during our stay. It would have been almost perfect.

This is a great campground, with a great location and beautiful scenery. The staff that we dealt with couldn't have been any nicer. It's too bad that we only had two days to spend there, wish we could have stayed for about a month!

The bathrooms were good quality and very clean. Much appreciated. I guess the only thing that would make your place a bit better is to have a pool. It was pretty hot and it would have been great to have a swim.

Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Especially the folks at the front desk – they were amazing. And the bakery/Café that is on site – it really needs to be promoted more! We were surprised to find it, and it was awesome! And the staff in the café/bakery were great! Can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back with more people!

The staff was friendly, the campground was in perfect condition. We had our questions answered and there was communication by text about the weather, when the store was closing, and the weekend activities. They also gave us a 25% discount because we stayed for 5 nights. We had no complaints at all. Would definitely return to this KOA!

This place was great. Clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They hosted s’mores and a dinosaur scavenger hunt and my kids had a blast! My puppy loved it there too with the dog walk and dog park.

I usually always try and stay at KOA's and I should did better with site selection. We were in 61 right by the walking bridge to the restaurant, office and laundry Also maintenance golf cart going back and forth often. Not an ideal site noise and wide open to all people walking by you may get 5 ft from the bridge. My fault I'm not going back to change sites since many we open and available.

Park was nice, staff very friendly. I was in a tent and unfortunately had several days/nights of high wind that was a little sketchy, but I survived �Ϝ. Only down thing is there where stickers all over camp sites. Glad I didn’t bring my pup, she would have been miserable

All staff members are really nice and helpful. The activities for the kids were great. They were helpful in keeping our group closer together with cabins and an rv spot. Overall great experience.

We found all the staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Absolutely, one of our best camping experiences. Jeff, Carl, Dove, Chris and Kelly we will always remember them for their kindness. Facilities were always clean! A special thank you to Chris who helped us with our electrical issues and enabled us to continue our adventure �ϋ�

The staff was amazing. I do with that corporate would put a disclaimer on the website that there is currently no Internet at the location. The workers should not have to be yelled at like they were for things they have no control over. If it was disclosed that it wasn't working instead of being upgraded it would help tremendously. Friendly staff, clean grounds, beautiful. We’ve been coming here since the late 80’s. While it was a hassle with little to no wi-fi, they are in process of updating to fiber optic!

We arrived early before check-in and because we had nowhere else to go, they checked us in early. Very nice hosts. The campgrounds were nice and our pull through was level. Lots of big trees kept us cool. I would heartily recommend this KOA.

The campground is just a few miles North of Ouray. It is clean, well maintained and had a wonderful walking trail through the woods where we could excercise our pup! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Sending a Big thank you to Kelly who checked us in! We will definately be back!

Great they are upgrading the Wifi and Laundry. However when I made my reservation months ago I didn’t know the laundry wouldn’t be operational. It would have been good if they would have sent an email advising its not be working and I could have made other plans. They put it on the website but who goes back to the website after a reservation is booked ? Could have the rate too since no laun

Great people at KOA Ouray, Ty was especially helpful when arriving with anything we asked and some useful local knowledge. Bathrooms super clean and very easily accessible from our camp site. Great camping experience for the entire week.

Was a large campground with bark chip walkway next to stream. sites pretty close together but well maintained. beware of dog walk- must stay on pathway or get attacked by cactus ! staff super nice. wish i would've found little cafe sooner. but muffins & cookies were delish!!!!

Nice campground. Almost 5 stars but for couple things. The good: Great staff, one of best stocked stores encountered, clean restrooms and showers, wooded, and nice fire-pit. The not quite as good: Nice laundry room but 2 of 5 dryers out of order. (All washers working so had to wait on getting a dryer). It has a restaurant. In evening had a pizza and fried ravioli which hit the spot. For breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Our friends had pancakes and sausage patties and the patties were underdone. I had a breakfast skillet which was good , but bacon was small shreds had to hunt for. Husband's hiker's breakfast (fruit and eggs) was great. All in all glad to have stayed there.
