A very nice campground in one of the most beautiful parts of Colorado. It had been many years since I camped there, so I was shocked by the many improvements and how nice the place is now. I would certainly recommend this campground.

Very expensive. Charged extra to put us next to our traveling companions. The area is great but I would try to find somewhere else next time.

This KOA was the BEST! Altho a bit awkward to check in, then negotiate a tight u-turn to exit in order to access the larger RV section - it was well worth it. The camp hosts were very friendly & knowledgeable. Sites are large, accommodating our 40'+tow vehicle+follow car. The wifi was terrible, even with a booster like Camp Pro. The onsite Mt Top Social Cafe was amazing - great smoked ribs!

Clean, comfortable and quaint! Only recommendation is to serve coffee/tea/hot chocolate at the restaurant whenever it is open, not just in the mornings. It would be perfect on a chilly evening. Great access to both Ridgeway and Ouray.

We had a great time. The playground is wonderful. The employees are awesome. I would book a pull through next time as I think our backin spot was a bit too small.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our two week stay. The only thing we would change is the buddy site set up. We were traveling alone and put on a site that faced our neighbor. The sites are very close forcing shared space with strangers. We would prefer the option of having a more private setting. We enjoyed everything else about the park and would definitely come again.

Rakeem was an awesome host, very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed his infectious happiness. The facility is incredible and it's clear a lot of work has gone into it lately.

For once after the past owners, we didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of with extravagant add ons and felt like it was similar to the way David and Deb ran things the previous owners prior to the Crossons. Thank you KOA for taking over. It was a more pleasant visit this time.

Spots are small and hard to get into. Dirt roads make dust. No Cable or over air tv. You have to be next to the office to get internet. Very expensive for what you have

The campground is beautiful! The staff is so helpful! The restaurant food and service was amazing! First solo camping trip with my grandsons was epic.

We were there for four days. Requested a site with electricity and close to the restrooms (we are old). We got exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly and cheerful. Although I usually prefer a quieter, more remote campground, those don't usually have electricity and showers. A good experience all round.

Very crowded spaces, expensive for what you get. Proposed upgrades sound good but new prices are even higher than anywhere else.

Close to Ouray and Ridgeway, Wi-Fi terrible, office staff not very friendly ( sorry we got there early, offered to drop our trailer or come back) bathrooms were ok clean, sites facing each other not our favorite… and again, full timers with stuff everywhere and no tv if you are not a big rig with your own cable/tv

Good facilities, peaceful atmosphere. Being off of Hwy 550 was great- no road noise. Nice store and although we didn’t eat at the restaurant, it was a nice feature.

Super clean and very friendly staff! Front office were fun and engaging, and everybody was fun to interact with. Bathrooms are well maintained and clean. The little restaurant/bar was perfect and excellent. Live music was entertaining and we had some of our best sleeps in a while. Thanks y'all!

Frank and Sandy were very friendly and helpful. Our site was outstanding, good space between the premium sites. We also rented a jeep which was in very good shape in all aspects except for worn tires.

Park was very clean and all amenities were accessible, staff was very helpful and park was located to most of the places we wanted to go. It was so relaxing to have the creek flowing behind our trailer.

Don’t trust the few bad reviews, this is a great KOA! In fact, probably the friendliest KOA I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed with KOA 57 times. Front desk staff were so nice and inviting, I could talk with them for hours. The camp was clean, no files like others have reported, smelled great and was beautifully set in the pine trees. Small stream running through. Great moto-camping on my KLR65

Sandys was great we had a big puddle right outside our door and was a mess getting in and out of RV, lots of rain for a couple of days. She found a much dryer spot for us. Thanks so much.

Put me in th gravel pits with the big Rigs. I listens to generators all night. They shouls change their name to POA..."Parking lots of America". $100 a night and I could have stayed in Montrose Walmart for $0. JohnC

The office staff was extremely helpful. They helped us move closer to our group. Only complaint is about the computer program “optimizer” — my opinion, the staff should be able to “lock in” a site for campers already in the park.

It was great. Our electricity did not work, which we didn't know until completely set up. Had to pack up and move sites. Staff were good about it but they should have known about it. There were several sites out. Overall a good KOA and will stay there again.

Really 3.5 but not availabl.Great staff but didn’t escort to site (used to be great service provided at all KOAs). Sites were gravel but level. Didn’t use but bathhouse but was clean, laundry was $2 for cold wash and $2 for drier. Worse part of the stay was the knats, they invaded my camper even with windows closed. Please do something, would probably look elsewhere because of this single prob

5 days, 5 families, minor check in issues, which were resolved with an upgrade that made our stay fabulous. Beautiful, pristine park.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
