Found the staff very professional and friendly. Campground well maintained. Our cabin was very comfortable. Lights over bed and the porch didn’t work. Check the blinds, didn’t work. Loved the stream right out our door. Best KOA we stayed in.

Since Corp bought this out, it’s more than doubled price. It’s outrageous. They took microwave away from campers. There is no pool. No bathroom code given out at check in OR when it changed during week. Looked out during night both times. Corp has ruined this once so loved by us resort.

We LOVE staying at the Ouray KOA. Stayed a week in the Camping Cabin by stream and close to main store, restaurant and restrooms/showers. Camp host, Rakeem, Amaryllis and all the staff were amazing and very friendly. Excellent customer service, clean restrooms and great food in the restaurant. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!

The restaurant and coffee bar need help with their customer service and consistency. The gentlemen working the counter for breakfast was rude to several people who came in including myself. They are out of alot of the items and couldn't even give plastic ware for our to go order. We loved the camp ground and the location however.

Overall, the facilities are nice and well kept. We enjoy this KOA when it comes to tent camping. We stayed in one of the cabins after we had tent camped for several nights and the cabin was filthy. The bed frame had tons of dust, hair, and god knows what else built up in the corner of the frames. It clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. This was disappointing.

Very clean and beautiful site. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location for a campsite. Was disappointed the hot tub was out of order. We had the cabin behind the restaurant and the lights were left on all night. Very bright and annoying.

a little crowded in the back area, plus the dog off leash for the texans (horse people) didn't help. too expensive compared to the great staff and service at the grand junction one. your staff were friendly and will address the dog issues. maybe having security coming by in the early am 6am and later would help.

The cabin was nice, but IMO overpriced for the ameneties, or lack thereof. For $150/night, a mini fridge, microwave, etc, the same that many other area cabins have, would have been nice. Also, the mattresses were horribly hard, and uncomfortable.

I loved how clean the facilities are and how friendly the staff is. The grounds are well kept and quiet in the evening. The restaurant had good food, and an inviting atmosphere.

There was a slight mixup when we got there but the assistant manager, Jeff (I think) came in after hours and made sure we were taken care of. It was at that point we knew we made a great choice on our stay. The next two days were more of the same - everyone we came in contact with was friendly and inviting. We have already started discussing coming back again this summer! Thank you again!

One of the cleanest KOA's I have been to from the grounds to showers. Very friendly and helpful staff. The camping hut was really great. I will say it was overpriced and I may consider other options on my return trip. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This was our 23rd year to stay at Ouray. Due to the manager's unprofessional attitude and ineffective and uncaring management this was the worst experience we have ever encountered at KOA. All previous everywhere KOA stays were enjoyable. This manager is the worst and does not reflect the overall attitude of corporate KOA.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very nice in part because there was nobody in the RV pad next to us. Had there been, rating would probably be lower because it wouldn't have been as quiet/private. Shower bombs were a really nice touch. Next time in the area, would stay here again.

The cabin was great. Not that I expected them to be dirty but it was super clean. I’ve stayed in high end hotel rooms that weren’t as clean. It was quite and was perfect for an overnight stay.

The Deluxe Cabin was so incredibly clean and cozy, I'd choose to stay here over any hotel, anytime! It was spacious, the deck was huge, we parked our car right by the door and we were right by the creek. Who could ask for anything more?!

This was our 3rd stay at the Ouray KOA and it was wonderful. Just as expected. I would only request that in the camper cabins that they put up more hooks for campers to hang stuff from as there are no other tables or flat surfaces to put objects onto. You can NEVER have enough hooks! Otherwise it is wonderful.

Excellent accommodations. Too expensive for what you get. I rented 2 cabins (1 bed and 2 bed) and they cost over $1100 for both for two nights.

We absolutely loved the location the facilities are well-maintained and clean. The heater inside of the cabin was extremely loud, and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Once we went into town and purchased an inflatable mattress, it solved that issue. Overall we enjoyed the outdoor experience, the staff was very friendly & helpful.

I stayed in a cabin in order to join up with a group that had RVs (this was in June 2022). I was disappointed that blankets were not included in the cabin rental. Also, there was a coffee maker and no provided coffee. The only option was to purchase a full pound in the store and have the beans ground in the cafe. I did not have room in my suitcase to pack home any unused coffee.

It was our second time to stay there and it was just as great as the first time. Sandy and Frank were so very helpful and friendly!! We always have found the staff there to be so nice and friendly. We will be back next year!!

Several spiders and webs in the corners of the cabin. Just needs to be dusted after every visitor (and maybe have pest control spray). Other than that it was clean and comfortable. We love this KOA!!

We’ve been coming to this koa for 10 years with friends trailering off-road vehicles to ride in the Ouray mountains. This year our group booked all the deluxe cabins, spending around $6,000 for the cabins and meals. Frank and the manager treated us very rude about parking our enclosed and flatbed trailers that were parked in the designated parking area. We were told we are not to come back ever.

Nice facility! I really liked sleeping next tot he babbling brook. One suggestion: Install soap + shampoo dispensers in the showers. Better for the customer experience and for the environment.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
