The campground was immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a super great kid friendly place to stay. Whether it was the new playgrounds, the giant trampoline, the trick-or-treating, or the family movie night, the kids were THRILLED to be part of it. Thank you Ouray KOA! We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely book with you all again.

Great campground in a beautiful part of Colorado. We got in late, but night reservation was easy to use. Excellent facilities, and incredibly kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Check in was a Breese. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The campground was nice with lots of trees. A bounce pad was there. We tried it out and it was so much fun. Showers were good and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The interior cabin space is tight, especially if for more than two people. But the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Friendly host. It was a plus that there was a laundry room available.

It is always a great place to stay, but some of the upgrades are nice, keyless entry, having a pile of wood at our cabin, and of course the staff...always friendly and helpful!!

This is the best KOA we've stayed at. My 7yr old daughter had a wonderful time. Loved the extra fall activities that were scheduled and all the employees were very friendly. We will be back!

We had a great stay! Deluxe cabin was very clean and well stocked. Neat little store and friendly people. Early morning coffee was greatly appreciated in the cafe.

First time we stayed in KOA cabin. Please include info telling guests to bring bedding. We had nothing but bare mattresses! Also heater instructions would have been helpful. We froze 1st night! Couldn't figure out how to set up heater till next day. Outstanding staff, facilities, & location made up for small glitches.

The gentleman who checked us in was great! The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee shop wasn’t open during posted open hours. I’m sure you probably have staffing issues like the rest of the country.

So improved over last year. New mattresses, clean rooms, heaters, air conditioners, nice staff, bathrooms very clean. I especially enjoyed the radio in the shower area. Love the new management. They seem to really care about this unique property.

That will be my first and last time staying at a KOA. Absolutely no privacy - everyone is on top of each other. Much too expensive for a camping cabin.

Our camping cabin was clean and close to the bathrooms. Our kids had a great time on the jump pad and the playground. The location to Ouray is perfect.

Everything was perfect! The Staff is amazing. The campgrounds and activities were fun, the breakfast in the morning at the restaurant was delicious and the bathrooms were very clean :) We loved our stay with KOA.

Great check in/out. Nice playground and excellent bounce pad. Hot tub was out of order. We stayed in the cabins with exceptionally uncomfortable beds.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. The mattresses on both the queen bed and the bunk beds could use some upgrades. The bunkbed mattress was so hard we needed to buy a foam pad just to make it bearable, the queen bed was old an worn out. Otherwise, it was a nice cabin. Would probably rent one again.

I love this campground. Its away from the town, in the woods. Across the river to the main Highway. A most excellent location to camp, rent jeeps, have a breakfast or a meal on site in a restaurant with good ambiance. The staff is great and the bathrooms are very clean. Wonderfull experience. I have stayed here in the past and will do so again.

Ladies shower area needs updating. Shower stool does not work to set your things on. Floor was sticky. Bathroom door left open all hours which is unsettling during the night. Overcrowded campground. Restaurant was closed our entire visit. No one available upon checkout as they were preoccupied with a photo shoot.

Need more bathhouses. We stayed in a cabin and our walk was at least 100 yards. The mattress was squeaky on the bed and not very comfortable. Men’s showers sprayed water everywhere and sinks backed up. The women’s sinks were good though and the cabin was clean. This was also the most expensive KOA we stayed at on our vacation!

Although we are FT RVers, we stayed in a cabin as it was only 2 nights. Great staff, wonderful park. Restaurant was very good food, but I wish the hours were different. No breakfast on the day we left, so no coffee. That was the only bad thing! We would definitely stay there again. Very nice park with lots of wildlife and prefect for my dog and cat!

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded. We have booked again for next..
