This was our second stay in Ouray KOA. Campground and the facilities are clean, and well maintained and the staff is friendly. Laundry room was very nice. My suggestion would be to put a globe or partial reflector on the outside light bulb that is on the cabins so the light reflects more down and isn't as annoyingly bright in the evenings and at night to the other campers. :)

I would say that if people are a late check in, to ask them to be quiet because there were a few groups who came in at 10pm who where very loudly setting up there tents. A small reminder to them through text would also have been helpful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Kelly and Chris. Also appreciated trash pickup. I have stayed there before and hopefully I will have an opportunity to stay again some day. Beautiful area.

It was awesome everything went well. Then are fur baby passed and I told the front desk we were leaving early. And without hesitation they said we would refund the last two nights. Didn't expect that but we will be back thank you so very much.

I didn’t like the fact that our tent was next to a cabin, which left its porch light on all night. Otherwise, very clean and wonderful camp!!

Kelly Banks was a gracious camp host and so very accommodating! She explained everything about the camp very well, Such a pleasant person to talk to! Her husband, Chris, does some camp maintenance, and also is a remote RV repair person. He was also very friendly and accommodating! The Ouray area is beautiful, especially the "million dollar highway"! Also, jeep rental was easy there!

Deluxe Cabin was perfect for our small family reunion. Deck, fully furnished inside and out, very clean and comfortable. Loved the ceiling fan. It is squeaky. Thank you for the additional bedding. We ended up with some surprise guests Sunday night who could not make the full reunion. Thank you for the soap and shampoo dispensers, the broom, Kurig, micorwave and fridge. Would like more coffee pods

The best KOA we’ve stayed at. The staff was awesome. Kelli helped get us closer to other family members that met us there. They offered to bring ice to our camp spot. Trash was gone almost as quick as it was put out. Restrooms were always clean. This place is beautiful! Laundry room was clean & nice. Props to everyone there! Thanks for a great stay. We look forward to staying here again!

Great facilities everything was clean and the staff was great! My only complaint is the little restaurant. 1st if you say you open at 7:30 then do so, and be ready. The 1st morning late opening and when they did nothing was ready. Had biscuits and gravey which was delicious. Some of my family had cinnamon rolls, not good those things where hard. 2nd day B&G took forever and burned on the bottom.

I loved this KOA. It in a pretty area and the sites were nice. The bathrooms were very clean and the store has literally anything you could need.

This was by far the best KOA after Devils Tower KOA that we stayed at on our journey across America. Highly recommended. The town of Ouray was so nice with all the architectural designs. And the day trip across the Million Dollar Highway is a must do if you are in this area. Thank you for making our stay one of the best.

Ouray KOA was a nice quiet campground and convenient to town. We had a great spot with a patio and it became the meeting place. Park was clean and well maintained. Sites were big enough for us to easily pull through and unhook. Definitely will be staying there again.

Your campground was very clean and your sites, at least ours, were the most level grounds that I've ever camped in..Staff is excellent! From the front desk to grounds maintenance everyone was nice, helpful and professional. And of course the views of the surrounding mountains were spectacular. We will be back soon. We have stayed at this KOA since the first year David owned it. That is over thirty five years with very few years missed. We have made reservations for another week in 2027.

Ouray KOA was not only our first KOA expertise but our first RV experience. And what a great three night stay we had. The location is great for exploring, the amenities and facilities were just great, the staff was super helpful and during this unseasonably hot summer in CO, the trees and babbling brook were a huge bonus. It was quiet and perfect!

We were disappointed that there was no way to cook a meal inside the Deluxe cabin other than a microwave. Other KOAs where we've stayed had at least a burner on the counter. We had to try to use the gas grill outside which was difficult and not clean. With the price we paid for the cabin, there should have been at least a small range or electric burner inside.

Was a large campground with bark chip walkway next to stream. sites pretty close together but well maintained. beware of dog walk- must stay on pathway or get attacked by cactus ! staff super nice. wish i would've found little cafe sooner. but muffins & cookies were delish!!!!

Nice campground. Almost 5 stars but for couple things. The good: Great staff, one of best stocked stores encountered, clean restrooms and showers, wooded, and nice fire-pit. The not quite as good: Nice laundry room but 2 of 5 dryers out of order. (All washers working so had to wait on getting a dryer). It has a restaurant. In evening had a pizza and fried ravioli which hit the spot. For breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Our friends had pancakes and sausage patties and the patties were underdone. I had a breakfast skillet which was good , but bacon was small shreds had to hunt for. Husband's hiker's breakfast (fruit and eggs) was great. All in all glad to have stayed there.
