We were skeptical at first but very, very pleased with our stay. We were greeted by warm smiles, clean facilities, and a quiet and relaxing campground. KOA won lifelong customers with this visit!

The price of the camping cabin was raised too much from last year and I didn't like the fact of paying more for Friday and Saturday nights over the quote I got for Sunday night that I took out of my reservation because I can't afford it. Missed the biscuits and gravy that I had for breakfast over 35 years of camping there.

Great friendly staff, loved them :) super helpful. Lots of thing to do and info. Loved our stay so we stayed an extra night.

The staff in front office were very helpful and courteous. Showers & toilet stalls were cramped. Small black gnats were bad.

No issues with anything but the WiFi and the office hours being short. It was a lot different as a company store rather than the previous owners in the past several years. I do not know why this was the case but worth mentioning.

It was great no problems except it was cloudy the last day not a good view from 13,000 ft. still, it was good to see Telluride when the clouds opened up for a minute. Mother Nature is amazing, Climate is variable, and to think many people believe we can control it. Jeep rental was great we visited 4 summits and had a great Mountain Burger at the Cafe one evening. Staff is the best!

We had a great time! Our spot was right by a horse pasture which most of our group loved but we were not aware of that ahead of time. The place was clean and quiet. We would stay again!

Beautiful area! Some sites too close with tent sites facing from all directions. Very weak wifi. Staff was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay except for the FLIES. We were giving a RV site on the back side of the campgrounds, it was just across the street from the corral for the horse's. The huge flies came at the campers like cloud. We could not open the door of our Fifth-Wheel with out flies invading us. We would have liked to eat a meal outside in the beautiful surroundings but for the flies.

Nice clean campground, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the spot we where. I was barley able to back in and pull of it out spot. They said it was a large back in, but my 46’ motorhome barley fit

I stayed 2 nights to attend the John Wayne Cancer Foundation marathon in Ridgway. I stayed at the Ouray KOA two years ago and liked it.

We rented the small cabin and it was cozy, warm and clean. It’s a great location with options in Ouray or Ridgeway. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.

It was okay. Could have been better. The facility is getting a little crusty. Staff are mostly friendly, but messed up my reservation. They’ve already changed to off season hours even though the place was booked solid. Website says the social club has tap beer and a pool table, was looking forward to that but it neither were there.

We love Ouray and we love this camp ground. The staff is extremely friendly great location and everything is kept nice. I would recommend this KOA to anyone.

Very nice clean easy too get to everything quite except last day neighbor dogs barked a lot. This was the second year we've stayed with u all and missed the breakfast cooked food items this year. But overall great vacation thanks guys!

We made reservations 4 mounts in advance for our stay; at that time, I was not given a choice to reserve a spot, and since I had not been to their facility before, I did not know where I would prefer. I was given a spot with 4 campers on one side, a camper behind, and the pathway to the restroom/showers between the camper on the other side. The site had no shade and was gravel. The worst spot!

Our deluxe cabin was advertised as having wi-fi but did not. Disappointed how poorly stocked the kitchenet was, there was only 1 glass other than coffee cups. The BBQ was poorly maintained and we actually had a grease fire flare up. Luckily a camper next door alerted us and we got the gas shut off but not before charring our dinner. Restaurant wasn't reliably open & couldn't buy ice after hours.

Location location location is what it has going for it. No one ever in the office. We arrived late. Called first specifically asking for the WiFi info to be left for us ( still working) but it was blank on our check in sheet. I then called and left a message.. never got a call back . The grounds are beautiful and the bathrooms clean but the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a koa

We loved our sight. Loved all the trees-made it very outdoorsy. One thing that needs improvement-customer service. Most all KOA will escort you to your sight but not here. Little confusing!!

It was a great stay. My only suggestion is maybe don’t put families with small children (mine are ages 2&4) backed into sites with the very fast stream only feet away. It was lovely to hear but stressful to not be able to let my kids out of my sight for even a second to be sure they didn't go near it. If i had to go into the trailer for something i had to have them come inside with me each time.

Lovely camp ground nestled along the mountains just outside of Ouray. Great camp store, great breakfast and dinner service at kitchen just behind store. Our kabin with showers along the canal was fantastic. cant wait to visit again!

We stayed a week, meeting up with a friend there. We had spots next to each other which was awesome! We loved the campground, store and restaurant. We would most definitely stay there again!!

Trevor did great managing checking in a customer on the phone and me in person. Tired and weary from my travels, Lika walked in the back door and with her cheery personality she greated me and she made me feel happy and great. Lucky to have these two on staff.

I was shocked by the negative reviews once we arrived and checked it out for ourselves. This place is a dream! Great location, spotless clean bathrooms, and the kindest staff. We would absolutely come back. I genuinely have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from!

Ouray KOA campground is a great place to stay friendly staff good restaurant great coffee and great location they do however need to upgrade their bathrooms and showers in the back part of the campground I know this has the potential of big cost but I believe it would pay off immensely please consider doing a bathroom and shower remodel

The bathrooms and cabin were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated the willingness of staff to take garbage even off hours from their normal drive around, especially with an infant in tow. A playground down the road would be the cherry on top! :)

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
