This is a lovely campground. It is arranged in a lovely pattern with beautiful old trees, nice paths and a river running through it. It is quiet but very close to Ouray and all the activities.

We had a great tent camping spot with wonderful views of mountains. The staff was helpful and amazing and made us feel welcome. Wonderful place to stay and drive the Million Dollar Highway to see all the fall colors. Can't wait to book again next year! One of our favorite KOA's so will definitely be back.

Very pricey and basic. Only few washroom for lots of tent campers. Not that impressive. Don’t think will go back to this KOA again.

When we arrived our tent site was next to the group camp site. We called the after hours number to see if we could move to a site further away from the group site. They were very nice and moved us to a very quiet camp site. They even drove our new car tag over to us and asked us if the new site was ok.

The campground facilities and staff are exceptional; however, the contracted restaurant operation is significantly substandard. The food quality was unpalatable and posed a potential health risk, specifically regarding a breakfast burrito that appeared spoiled. Should you intend to continue jeopardizing guest health, renewing the current lease would be appropriate, though I strongly advise against

The staff is very friendly and was able to accommodate us from a tent site in the rain to a cozy cabin which was very affordable. Will definitely come again!

We keep coming back here. Gorgeous campground, amazing locations, SUPER CLEAN, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We can't say enough good things about this place. The fact that we drive 1,000 miles (each way) twice a year to stay here says a lot! Thanks to Jeff and the great team for another great experience!

Beautiful campground!! Staff extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you're taken care of. Lots of different types of campsites to choose from.....all with terrific views. Grounds, campsites and restroom/showers very neat and clean. Liked the fact that they rent newer-model Jeeps there so that you can leave your vehicle in your campsite.

Dustin was super helpful and friendly from taking my reservation over the phone to checking me in onsite in late Sept. My gripe was the women’s bathroom: the circulation of air was poor to non-existent. The smell from someone’s bowel movement was still present 3 hrs after I first went in there and the heavy humidity from the showers made the room feel stifling. Not pleasant at all!!!

Stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. Great customer service and the grounds were very well kept. We would definitely highly recommend this KOA.

Love this KOA - sites are big and many have wooden fences around them and patios for the picnic table. Just wish the restaurant was open more

Super clean bathrooms. Rented a cabin and it was clean. Has a shelf with a chair and a bench which is nice. Was near the running water, the sound was lovely. Everyone was super nice.

Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Very clean. Friendly staff. Near both Ouray and Ridgway. Million dollar highway was amazing. Silverton is a great town.

We arrived after hours and arranged for a night check-in. Regrettably, our reservation was not in the check-in box. There were back-in sites available and marked on an erasable board, so we had a place to spent the evening. Whether the back-up plan is KOA or Ouray practice, I commend them. This was our first KOA experience and we are pleased with the bathroom and shower facilities.

The staff was flexible in relocating us to a better spot (from 52 to 82). The campground is a great location for day trips on all directions. The only recommendation for improvement would be a larger dog park.

Love the location and the employees were all so helpful . We enjoyed the natural settings , naturally dark and no street light to ruin the mountain vibe at night.

Was a large campground with bark chip walkway next to stream. sites pretty close together but well maintained. beware of dog walk- must stay on pathway or get attacked by cactus ! staff super nice. wish i would've found little cafe sooner. but muffins & cookies were delish!!!!

Nice campground. Almost 5 stars but for couple things. The good: Great staff, one of best stocked stores encountered, clean restrooms and showers, wooded, and nice fire-pit. The not quite as good: Nice laundry room but 2 of 5 dryers out of order. (All washers working so had to wait on getting a dryer). It has a restaurant. In evening had a pizza and fried ravioli which hit the spot. For breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Our friends had pancakes and sausage patties and the patties were underdone. I had a breakfast skillet which was good , but bacon was small shreds had to hunt for. Husband's hiker's breakfast (fruit and eggs) was great. All in all glad to have stayed there.
