Got stuck in the check-in line when we arrived, then were told to not enter the office as they needed to close. When they took us to our site, no one told us where to unhitch our enclosed trailer. We put it on a dirt pile across from the camper. The park was dusty with only a dirty bounce pad. Looked like they were trying to expand, but no signs of helping guests navigate the construction area.

I will be back! Loved the camping cabin, the setting was so nice. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen at a campground. The store had a great variety and well stocked. The staff were all so friendly and gave me great suggestions of things to do in the area. Marchio's Grill was delicious, I had the green chili breakfast burrito. So happy I chose the Ouray KOA as my basecamp!

Staff was helpful and friendly! Our biggest complaint is value of sites. We paid $120 a night for a camp site and the table wasn’t even covered, no shade, we’d of loved to of enjoyed our patio more but it was too hot to do so. Meanwhile we watched folks who paid half as much for their site sit under the trees at a shaded picnic table. We spent $600 and roasted (: thanks!

We had a great stay! The campground was clean, the store well stocked and the staff was very friendly. I really appreciated the daily emails with regards to the local weather and events at the campground.

Polite and friendly staff. Maintenance man was at my cabin with a minute of my requesting a minor repair. (threshold nails were slightly sticking up). I saw house keeping staff allow guests into restrooms. multiple times while they were cleaning. Grounds looked amazing, Trees were beautiful and helpful in shading vehicles and Cabins.

Dusty from construction trucks and some staff driving too fast. Our site was very small and right on the road. Overpriced. Wifi never worked. Enquired about reserving specific, better site for next year, were told of extra fees, so forget it KOA. Staff is generally very nice, but owner is not. Marchio’s Grill was the best part of it. It was mostly really good! The wifi was out, and there were some issues with bathrooms closing. Lots of barking dogs and noisy neighbors, but that's just how it is sometimes. I appreciated having facilities, drinking water, and the very nice camp store.

It was our first time staying at a KOA! It was Amazing!! Dory was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable!! All the staff were friendly and so helpful!! It is so clean and nice, we will be back.

Location was awesome. The site was beautifully treed and situated in the mountains. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I stayed in one of their little air conditioned cabins and I thought it was great. There was a waterway in front of my cabin so at night I ditched the a/c and opened the windows to listen and fall asleep to the sound of running water. Very affordable- 4 mi. To Ouray!

Loved the camp ground, kids and dog enjoyed the dog park and play ground. Great showers and camp sites.

On our second night staying in a deluxe cabin the electricity went out in 4 or 5 cabins. The only communication we received was a simple text message saying they were working on it. We had to spend the night in a cabin that had no electricity, no hot water w/out even a flashlight. We called, went by office, but no one was onsite ‘til 8:00 AM

My husband and I like to backpack and rough it while camping, but staying at this KOA for a short night felt like a luxury hotel. Easy to navigate in the dark and having the super clean bathhouse nearby was so convenient upon arrival. We will be back!

Accomodations are exceptioal and all the staff are very pleasant and happy to help. The Mountain Top Restaurant is exceptional. All the maintenance and ground crews are happy to help in any way they can and go Over and Above!

Staff was friendly and always busy around the park. Everything was kept clean and saw staff going over the spaces as soon as campers checked out. Loved our 5 days there and can’t wait to come back next year, hopefully!

Revisiting Ouray, our old stay was horrible, unfriendly and was definetly predatory towards the customer. Circumstances dictated a return recently and we were amazed at the obvious difference entirely! The facility is clean, well organized. Staff friendly, helpfull, great spirits. Store,Restaurant & Amenities more than satisfied needs. Manager engages with all guests happily. Now our favorite KOA!

It’s a super family friendly atmosphere! My kiddo loves the playgrounds and hiking paths. The deluxe cabins are a great way to enjoy your visit! They are clean and comfortable.

It has changed since the last time I was here, but it’s a lot better. The only problem I got put back on top in the back and there is no dog walk back that area without going through peoples site so that would be nice back there but overall, it is a very nice RV Park also really good Wi-Fi. Thank you for that.

The staff was great and friendly and the grounds and restroom are clean. It was very noisy late at night ( after 10:00pm) a lot of people coming and going.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They went out of their way to rearrange our accommodations when we added a day to our stay. The Camp Ground was very nice! A pool would have been nice for the grandkids but the running stream by our campground site was a nice touch! We will be back!

Was a large campground with bark chip walkway next to stream. sites pretty close together but well maintained. beware of dog walk- must stay on pathway or get attacked by cactus ! staff super nice. wish i would've found little cafe sooner. but muffins & cookies were delish!!!!

Nice campground. Almost 5 stars but for couple things. The good: Great staff, one of best stocked stores encountered, clean restrooms and showers, wooded, and nice fire-pit. The not quite as good: Nice laundry room but 2 of 5 dryers out of order. (All washers working so had to wait on getting a dryer). It has a restaurant. In evening had a pizza and fried ravioli which hit the spot. For breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. Our friends had pancakes and sausage patties and the patties were underdone. I had a breakfast skillet which was good , but bacon was small shreds had to hunt for. Husband's hiker's breakfast (fruit and eggs) was great. All in all glad to have stayed there.
