Loved my spot beside the office with the little creek in behind my spot, however, I was beside the kitchen and everybody came out and sat on my fence and smoked. I don't like smelling cigarette smoke so that was disgusting!!!

The Deluxe Cabin was so incredibly clean and cozy, I'd choose to stay here over any hotel, anytime! It was spacious, the deck was huge, we parked our car right by the door and we were right by the creek. Who could ask for anything more?!

Good space. Would rather be closer to the trees but the early morning greetings of the horses were fun too. Staff were helpful and responsive especially in handling noisy customers. Definitely needs upgrading in some facilities but as it is, the staff makes up for it.

Campground well maintained and quiet. Staff very helpful & friendly. Access road needs some maintenance, large potholes. Will be staying there again!

Great location and the folks are very friendly and helpful. Shower stalls in bath were very small, suggest enlarging and adding shelves for toiletries. Sites were very narrow and difficult to back into.

This was our 3rd stay at the Ouray KOA and it was wonderful. Just as expected. I would only request that in the camper cabins that they put up more hooks for campers to hang stuff from as there are no other tables or flat surfaces to put objects onto. You can NEVER have enough hooks! Otherwise it is wonderful.

Excellent accommodations. Too expensive for what you get. I rented 2 cabins (1 bed and 2 bed) and they cost over $1100 for both for two nights.

We absolutely loved the location the facilities are well-maintained and clean. The heater inside of the cabin was extremely loud, and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Once we went into town and purchased an inflatable mattress, it solved that issue. Overall we enjoyed the outdoor experience, the staff was very friendly & helpful.

Sites are way to close together. Typical KOA. I first time in a KOA. Much prefer state and national parks.

Not sure why with all the empty spots our small tow behind was placed next to a gigantic RV with a huge family galluping through their camper all night. Otherwise the shower/restroom facilities were clean and nice to have nearby. For $76.00

A very nice campground in one of the most beautiful parts of Colorado. It had been many years since I camped there, so I was shocked by the many improvements and how nice the place is now. I would certainly recommend this campground.

I stayed in a cabin in order to join up with a group that had RVs (this was in June 2022). I was disappointed that blankets were not included in the cabin rental. Also, there was a coffee maker and no provided coffee. The only option was to purchase a full pound in the store and have the beans ground in the cafe. I did not have room in my suitcase to pack home any unused coffee.

Very clean grounds, clean bathrooms and showers. Loved the shower pressure. Our neighbor campers were friendly.

It was our second time to stay there and it was just as great as the first time. Sandy and Frank were so very helpful and friendly!! We always have found the staff there to be so nice and friendly. We will be back next year!!

Everybody I interacted with was delightful. Including the cat with the Ouray KOA collar. Restrooms/Shower facilities were excellent.

Several spiders and webs in the corners of the cabin. Just needs to be dusted after every visitor (and maybe have pest control spray). Other than that it was clean and comfortable. We love this KOA!!

Very expensive. Charged extra to put us next to our traveling companions. The area is great but I would try to find somewhere else next time.

This was a nice place to stay to camp at much reduced rate than lodging. There were somewhat limited options for camping around Ouray. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a visitor from Alabama in a white truck in a camping cabin who left his dog, which howled and barked for about an hour straight until he returned which was very disruptive for most of the campground.

We’ve been coming to this koa for 10 years with friends trailering off-road vehicles to ride in the Ouray mountains. This year our group booked all the deluxe cabins, spending around $6,000 for the cabins and meals. Frank and the manager treated us very rude about parking our enclosed and flatbed trailers that were parked in the designated parking area. We were told we are not to come back ever.

This KOA was the BEST! Altho a bit awkward to check in, then negotiate a tight u-turn to exit in order to access the larger RV section - it was well worth it. The camp hosts were very friendly & knowledgeable. Sites are large, accommodating our 40'+tow vehicle+follow car. The wifi was terrible, even with a booster like Camp Pro. The onsite Mt Top Social Cafe was amazing - great smoked ribs!

Park was nice and well kept. We stayed in low season and first sight assigned was no where near possible to park our overland tent trailer. Second place had a tree right in the middle of the spot? Wtf? It was located 50 feet from the hoarse pen and piles of what horses do…… for the life of me why assign such a “crappy” spot to any one with a campground 25% capacity? Bathrooms were clean!

Clean, comfortable and quaint! Only recommendation is to serve coffee/tea/hot chocolate at the restaurant whenever it is open, not just in the mornings. It would be perfect on a chilly evening. Great access to both Ridgeway and Ouray.

Nice facility! I really liked sleeping next tot he babbling brook. One suggestion: Install soap + shampoo dispensers in the showers. Better for the customer experience and for the environment.

We had a great time. The playground is wonderful. The employees are awesome. I would book a pull through next time as I think our backin spot was a bit too small.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our two week stay. The only thing we would change is the buddy site set up. We were traveling alone and put on a site that faced our neighbor. The sites are very close forcing shared space with strangers. We would prefer the option of having a more private setting. We enjoyed everything else about the park and would definitely come again.

Rakeem was an awesome host, very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed his infectious happiness. The facility is incredible and it's clear a lot of work has gone into it lately.

For once after the past owners, we didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of with extravagant add ons and felt like it was similar to the way David and Deb ran things the previous owners prior to the Crossons. Thank you KOA for taking over. It was a more pleasant visit this time.

Spots are small and hard to get into. Dirt roads make dust. No Cable or over air tv. You have to be next to the office to get internet. Very expensive for what you have

Cabins were very nice. They are not UTV friendly! Frank was very rude to our group and we had no parking. Between our group we paid $6000. Next year we are looking to go to a different place.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded. We have booked again for next..
