Nice park except, speeding vehicles through the campground, excessive dust, and broken dryers in the laundry room. I would not recommend this KOA.

Outstanding campground in a perfect setting. Easily became my favorite KOA after just one stay. The staff is so helpful and focused on their campers, a shoutout to Eric who guided me to all the cool spots. Having a restaurant with excellent food was a bonus.

Ouray itself is beautiful, the KOA was nice! It had a mining area for the kids, dog park, and parks around, however we were disappointed to see there was no pool, especially for the cost. We got lucky with our particular site being under a tree, otherwise there wasn't a lot of shaded areas. The facilities were somewhat clean and well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels.

We love the Ouray KOA! It has everything we need and the staff are very friendly. Camp was clean and well cared for. Coffee shop was a delight when we wanted to stop in for some morning coffee!

The facilities are great. Very clean bathrooms and showers. However, it is VERY dusty and I was in a campsite with zero trees/shade, making it very hot.

Nice camp ground. Our spot was very dusty due to traffic. Area could use some more gravel. Bathhouse was awesome. Crew keeps all facilities clean and functioning.

Our family stay was amazing. The campsite was clean and had every amenity we needed. Our cabin was great and just as advertised. The staff and management were super friendly, helpful in guiding us to local attractions, and very responsive to any inquiries or needs. We are already planning our return trip next season and talking with our family to plan a family reunion trip to the location.

KOAs are almost always top notch. The service resembles a higher end hotel with a concierge service. If you ask for something it will more than likely arrive in 5 minutes to your campsite without you having to do hardly anything. Great service, always nice people. The sites are always clean.

Lovely last minute, one-night stay. Bathrooms were clean and we enjoyed the convenience of having the store steps from our campsite.

The staff were amazing, and we loved all the amenities! The tent site had a lot of rocks which made it difficult to put tent stakes in but overall a great experience.

Overall, it's okay compared to other KOA Holidays. Good camp store & very friendly staff. The roads kick up too much dust when vehicles and campground golf carts go by. Employees are constantly driving back and forth kicking up dust. Because of this the main campground roads really need to be paved. Our back-in FHU KOA Patio site was gravel and full of ruts. Restuarant hours not dependable.

General manager was rude and constantly complaining about us so we left. Way overpriced cabin. Checked into a hotel in Ouray with an on site hot springs for not much more than what we were paying for a cabin. KOA was not welcoming to my group of special needs teens. We took a break from setting up our tents to swim because it was 85 degrees out and got a call that our site was messy.

The staff was friendly, facilities were nice and clean. However, I wish there would have been a map of the campgrounds online so I could have requested a specific tent area. The second night, I woke up around 1:30 a.m. to a constant beeping.I was unable to sleep and the next morning found out it was a cabin smoke detector.Restrooms were clean and I enjoyed the hot shower. Very friendly staff.

Jeff and his staff were friendly and helpful. We rented a jeep from the KOA and explored the Alpine Loop. Jeff answered all our questions and gave us some good recommendations on the loop. We liked the location of the park - halfway between Ouray and Ridgeway. Laundry room was great, too! Sites are a bit tight, but clean and well managed.

Equipment areas could be tidier. Initial impressions going into campground were underwhelming with equipment in various areas, many projects underway. Location is excellent.Staff very friendly.and helpful.

Immediately upon pulling in, the general manager made a point of coming up to the car w no greeting to tell us to drive slowly. I had jusr turned off the gravel road in to the office. I was driving slowly. Later we got a call on our way back from town complaining our campsite was messy. We hadnt finished putting up the tent because it was 85 degrees. Food in cabin. We left and went to hotel.

Great views of the surrounding area, sites and cabins were exceptionally maintained, restaurant was a great bonus, a small bar would be a great plus given the location, the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. We would have stayed onger to enjoy the surrounding region if we had more time. Will definitely come back. Its a shame some of the cabins aren't available in the fall/winter.

Great staff and store. Dinner one night in cafe was very good. Drive thru sites were simply gravel. The backings had more privacy and greenery. Store closed at 5 pm. No pool.

We are a non pet family and we were placed 2 sites from the dog run. We would have a appreciated a site away from the pet area. Also, occasionally it smelled like sewage.

Full hookups, great amenities on-site, restaurant, store, showers, laundry machines, variety of spaces from back-in to pull#through as well as cabins. Class A and 2 trailers in our family group, plus a cabin. Was perfect for our week long stay, 4 wheeling in the mountains, etc. also spaces backing up to a flowing creek. Staff were great and helped accommodate our group as our plans evolved.

We love Ouray KOA! The location is peaceful, the campsites are spacious with lots of tall trees, and the bathrooms are clean. We especially appreciated the staff. They are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. When we arrived, our original site was being worked on so they upgraded us to one with a patio! We will definitely come back again for a longer stay.

Great campground and location is perfect. The only problem we had was signage out front on the Hwy. Our GPS put your campground in town, which was a mistake and there were no signs out on the street. We had to go thru town and turn around down a side street which had very large dips. Your employees said the county won't let you put one but there were 3 other signs out there, for sale signs.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our kids had so much fun. They like the jump pad. We were only there for a quick night, but now I would like to go back when we could stay longer.

Loved all the trees; grassy spots too with or without hookups. Very dog friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come every year if we could. Love that Ouray/Ridgeway area.

Camp ground is always clean n free of debris never any trash on the ground! The shower house/ restroom is always clean spotless after it's been cleaned. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and happy! The store had everything needed and they delivered almost everything with very reasonable prices service with a smile 😃. We'll be making some reservations here in the near future love and enjoyed every moment of this last camping trip there they made our little vacation very pleasant!

Nice size lots and a nice big campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the location is perfect! Great small local hikes with dogs is ideal and easy here. Close to town and easy to get to larger town if needed. Quiet. The stream through the campground is lovely. We saw deer every day on our hikes in the park.
